i'm generally very skeptical of self-diagnosis/using webmd and the like to interpret symptomatology, but given the cesspool of medical info on the internet i understand why people fall down self-diagnosis and/or weird new age wellness rabbit holes so easily. like i had more or less pathological (i.e. daily) sensations of déjà rêvé (déjà vu sensation but applied from dreams to real life situations) in high school and according to the internet it's one of the following conditions: 1. temporal lobe epilepsy, 2. a completely benign indicator of good spatial memory, or 3. a curse derived from ancestral knowledge pools. i'm fairly certain i don't have epilepsy because ive never had a seizure in my life, and i don't believe in curses so i have to assume it's the second thing combined with my preexisting psychologic conditions - but those shouldn't be the most widely publicized diagnoses!! the two extremes of psychiatric raison d'être if you will shouldn't be fighting for dominion over the front page of google. psychiatry as a field is not without its faults and new age psychology is a whole nother can of worms, but people (especially people under duress/experiencing new and unfamiliar symptoms) shouldn't have to wade through eighty-nine line-items of sponsored content that are either poorly-vetted fearmongering or just straight up pseudoscience

ok just an in-general “our thoughts” thing;

we're. genuinely disappointed in how zoochosis turned out. the trailers fucked so hard. the concept is cool — mostly prey animals becoming mutated and killing each other? fuckin awesome — and most of the mutation designs are awesome too. (most. we don't fuckin talk about mutated zebra.) the whole...8 entire enclosures thing? epic. what isn't so epic is that you can only access four at a time, buuuut i digress. the Mother's design is cool — i wish she was an actual fight or something rather than a mid cutscene.

i do understand that the writer passed during production. i believe that the passion for the project died with him.

the subtitles definitely seem to be ai or something they dont match up with the lines at all dude. The gameplay is a little repetitive, honestly, just making minor differences (like, for example, not having the zebras throw up as a symptom, since they can't vomit) would have made it more interesting. it'd be cool if the difficulty amped up — like, maybe having more than one mutant, or the mutated ones having more hearts over time — but i guess thats just. apparently not important? whatever.

horror game where u can't die is a concept for sure. i also just kinda dont like how you only actually get to do 3 of the 4 enclosures. buddy you're already limiting us to four, can you at least let us do all four?

i dunno. im just a little disappointed about it. we were super hyped for it.

side note ; i dont get why they decided to make the , like, 'mascot' of the game the easiest to fucking miss. i know a LOT of people never saw the giraffe on their first (and even second) run because it was too easy to fail at triggering.

Lmao so context, Ebby has really sensitive skin and she gets eaten alive by flies every warm season. And well, frankly, I’m tired of having to spray her every couple of hours. She’s probably gonna absolutely destroy this fly suit, but until she does, I only have to spray her once before I put it on her. Woody doesn’t get one because he doesn’t need it. The flies don’t attack him like they attack Ebby for whatever reason

She’s such a good girl tho she’s never had anything on her legs before, and it’s always a toss up on how they’re gonna react to it the first time. I wasn’t expecting her to lose her mind, she’s just not that kinda horse (obviously since I only had a lead rope around her neck to handle her), but y’know that’s always a possibility. And if anyone’s wondering, no, Boo Boo wouldn’t have reacted at all. We used to show and trail ride so I had him in boots all the time. The first time he wore boots tho he did this for a couple minutes too 😂😂

Also also, don’t mind the mess in the video, I don’t keep them in that yard. That’s the chicken yard, I just feed her in there so that Woody doesn’t steal her food, cuz she gets a lot more than him and he doesn’t fuckin need it lol

i didnt know this was an 0.38mm! a pleasant surprise since i love thin pens and pencils. the writing is satisfying (the scratchy kind) and feels nice to use. the pen texture is very nice and not too distracting and also the clip is such a clever design... ive never tried uni-ball one before but this is a keeper >:)

it is so weird in retrospect that they make all these medical drama shows and they're all about fucking interns, like why is that. is it just cuz they're presumably younger and hotter and more volatile? but then there are so many moments where they want to emphasize the Medical Drama rather than the interpersonal drama and it's like, none of these people are qualified to do any of this. these are little infant babies. at least on house they're actual attendings.

While I know that I didn’t promise to make Disability Zebra right away, I still feel bad about not having been able to design it yet. But I do think about it everyday, and even if I’m not able to make it in time before Disability Pride Month ends, I’ll still make it and show my progress. It’s important to me to try and figure out this design than other pride flags at the moment, I’ve been feeling. So thank you for the ideas back when I asked them, and thank you for your patience :)
