I remember when I was a kid all the Bill Cipher fan art used the human twink design rather than the canon triangle design.

This led me to think I missed an episode of Gravity Falls that revealed that Bill Cipher was once human and in the episode he was able to return permanently to his human form.

I know it sounds stupid but at the time he had only had a major role in two episodes at that point. There wasn't really anything proving me wrong.

I love the idea of rich shuji as much as the next person but there's something about him on the come up when he doesn't have as much as he's having to be a bit smarter about it all- deliberately choosing cheap things for himself so he can take out his girl and she'll be none the wiser about him putting everything he has towards making you happy, saving on the sly for a ring he thinks you'll like that he saw you looking at, even if it means living off cheap takeout and maybe having to put in some extra work for a little while cos what his baby deserves is only the best.

I was on a summer camp when I was like 13/14 and I got roomed with a couple of 10/9yo girls so ofc I was the cool older knowledgeable teenager to them. And we were just chatting one day and one of them asked me, as kids often do, "do you have a boyfriend?"

So I gently explained to them that no, I don't have or want a boyfriend or girlfriend or anyone like that and that I'm happy just having friends. Didn't mention the label, just explained the concept. And she just went "oh. That does sound like you" And we moved on

It is. Truly that easy.
