okay this headcannon is gonna crack my skull in half if I don't share it:

so basically, i love The Batman movie...but I don't like how they portrayed the Riddler. Paul Dano is a phenomenal actor (this is not a reflection on his skill, just the direction the writers + director took.) He's usually depicted as sleek, intellectual, like a goofier version of Moriarty. I love how his aesthetic contrasts Joker's more messy, chaotic style.

But then my brother said something that blew my mind...

What if in the next movie, Joker helps shape the Riddler into the more put together, stylish, intellectual from the comics?

I immediately imagined a scene where there's like a Met Gala going on and obviously Bruce is invited. Little does he know, Joker and the Riddler have broken out of Arkham and the Joker has planned this event to debut the Riddler after he 'rebrands' him. And then we get this EPIC villain entrance with Joker and Riddler at the top of the stairs, Joker in a snazzy but very clownish suit and Riddler in his semi-comic accurate suit with the question mark cane and bowler hat!!!

HOW AWESOME WITH THAT BE
