you know theres some studies out there that say it takes like a week to recover from bad sleep completely and it sounds like complete bullshit but sincerely if you have bad sleep hygiene and you perform the absolutely DIVINE miracle of getting decent sleep consistently for a week somehow, you finally wake up without a migraine or insane sleep inertia and youre just this whole new man. its insane. hate that, hate it when theyre right about the basic needs things

leaving work early feels sooo good they should let me do this every day..

#good news tho i almost get to do it every day >:-) my manager said on days i get in 8:30 i can leave half an hour early #which is every day when my bus isnt late. but i have to stay until 5 if im working extra time to go towards a 4 day week #which will be like. 3/4 of the time from now on. but ive effectively already been doing 2 months of daily unpaid overtime #so its a relief to know im actually gonna be doing just the time theyre paying me for instead lmao #feeling fucking rough tho this is like day 4 of sleeping 4-5 non consecutive hours a night. my lungs are slowly killing me #i can cope w only getting 4-5 hours but not when its continually disturbed by pain/coughing + broken into 3-4 chunks over the night ugh #hopefully the worst is almost over.....#and fingers crossed ill sleep better on the weekend #forming sentences is so difficult rn my brain is Not cooperating im gonna zone out the rest of this bus journey byeee #.diaries

The song has been covered by many artists, though the original recording was the most successful, reaching number 8 on the UK Singles Chart in mid-1978. "Ça Plane Pour Moi" became a hit in several European countries, peaking at number 19 in Austria, number 12 in Sweden, number 11 in Bertrand's native Belgium, number 8 in the UK, number 6 in West Germany, number 4 in Ireland, number 2 in the Netherlands, number 7 in New Zealand and number 2 in Australia. It also topped the Swiss charts for one week and the French charts for two consecutive weeks. The single peaked at number 47 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and number 58 in Canada.
