you know theres some studies out there that say it takes like a week to recover from bad sleep completely and it sounds like complete bullshit but sincerely if you have bad sleep hygiene and you perform the absolutely DIVINE miracle of getting decent sleep consistently for a week somehow, you finally wake up without a migraine or insane sleep inertia and youre just this whole new man. its insane. hate that, hate it when theyre right about the basic needs things
