Some Random (Humanized) Cars Headcanons

-Lightning grew out his hair for like six years and then one day just cut it super short.

-Everyone in Radiator Springs lost their minds when he walked in like that.

-He is also the blondest blond man you will ever meet.

-Sally is Hispanic and you can't convince me otherwise. I mean Carrera? Come on now.

-Whenever Lightning, Sally, and Cruz go somewhere just the three of them, people tell Cruz she looks like her mom.

-"But you've got your dad's freckles though!"

-This has made Cruz cry in public multiple times.

-(Sally and Lightning won't admit it, but they've teared up a little too.)

-Lightning's real name is Andrew, but Sally is the only one who knows.

-I feel like Jackson would be Japanese, idk just vibes.

-He's also the biggest mama's boy.

-He's got this thing where he doesn't touch fans in pictures.

-One time Cruz took a picture with him after a race with her arm around his shoulders.

-Fans were speculating for days about whether his personal rule extended to other racers or if Cruz was just special.

-That led to dating rumors.

-"It's the only picture on the internet of him touching another person. There's gotta be something going on!"

-They never addressed any of so it kind of died down.

-At Lightning's last race before Doc died, they took a picture together with his trophy.

-It's hanging in the garage with all the other Doc stuff.

-At some point, Lightning and Cruz take one that is super similar to the other.

-Somehow it gets hung up next to the original picture. (It was Sally)

-This is more of a fic idea, but I've always thought at their ages a lot of Lightning's racing buddies probably have kids that are teenager/young adults.

-So when he would invite the group to Radiator Springs in the off-season, they would bring their kids to hangout to.

-Cruz would get super friendly with all of them and take them racing.

-This probably led to a group of kids dying to become second generation racers.

- Knowing Lightning and his friends, they would eat this up. Taking all of them to train with them. (I mean wouldn't it be so cool if there was a whole group of first and second generation racers. ((Second and third in Lightning and Cruz's case. (((I will be pushing my Doc-Lightning-Cruz father-son/father-daughter agrnda.)))

- My HCs on ships are: Lightning and Sally (That's probably pretty obvious), Cal and Bobby (I've seen this a couple times and everyone's always been really chill about it), Cruz and Jackson (I've been growing super into this one for some reason), and Cruz and Natalie Certain (Not as big on this one, I've seen it a few times and thought it was alright).

Kingdom Hearts IV predictions: Radiator Springs/Dinoco Rust-eze Racing Center/Fireball Beach/Thunder Hollow/Thomasville/Florida International Speedway (Cars)

Takes place after Cars 3.

Is visited by Sora, who enters the world as a 2017 Nissan 370Z before visits to Luigi’s Casa Della Tires and Ramone’s House of Body Art end with him modified into a next-gen race car sponsored by Dinoco (with Tex’s blessing) and with Cruz’s number.

It isn’t combat based. Missions include keeping up with McQueen’s top speed by racing down Radiator Springs’ main street, learning how to turn right to go left at Willy’s Butte, driving backwards with Mater, keeping up with Cruz’s top speed on Fireball Beach, avoiding pushy competitors with the Thunder Hollow challengers, and practicing with Cruz at Thomasville, culminating in the Piston Cup race at Florida International Speedway, where the objective is to win against Jackson Storm.

It’s set during Cruz’s first Piston Cup racing season, so McQueen still has Doc’s colors and spends the Florida race as Sora’s crew chief. Also, Ramone wears his “Saludos Amigos” body paint from the epilogue of Cars 3.

As Sora finishes his story, Mater is certainly unhappy with Xehanort’s actions forcing Sora’s hand. “That dad-gum Xehanort,” he says angrily. Extra points if Sora doesn’t get to the part where Xehanort is dead, then Sarge gets in his face and demands him to teach Xehanort a lesson when he gets back in a militaristic manner. “Is that understood,” Sarge yells. Then Sora tries to correct him, but gets cut off and asked again, “Is that understood,” and has to respond, “Sir, yes, sir!”

Of course, during the top speed races, Luigi is the one to signal the race to begin. In the Radiator Springs race, Sora’s top speed is tracked by Sheriff’s speed radar, and on Fireball Beach, it’s via Cruz’s personal assistant, Hamilton.

If you fail the “Turn Right to go Left” mission, Sora goes flying into the bed of cacti, and Mater fishes him out.

I wanted the player character in this world to be Kairi just so Storm can feel the embarrassment of losing to not one, but two “costume girls”.

The Piston Cup race is announced as a 500-lap race, but no game developer is that malicious to force the player to race 500 laps around an oval, so they’d take after the first Cars game and make it twelve laps with the sun slowly lowering throughout the race.

Okay sooo I've been on and off a bit because of the end of the semester at university, which is always chaotic but I'm finally on break. So that means UPDATES ON MY FANFIC YEEAAHH!!!!

Jackson’s the only one who can possibly understand, the only one who’s broken his records. They’re the fastest men alive and gambling your life for a living means everything else dulls by comparison. Maybe he’s fucked up for wanting this, but he can’t blame himself for yearning the thrill, needing to feel alive.

The race had barely ended when that signature jet black sports car rolled up outside his trailer, tinted windows down and electric track pulsing through the stereo at max volume, the deep rumble of the engine rattling the door frame Lightning was leaning against. Neither of them had even had time to change out of their race suits, the adrenaline of over 200 m/ph still singing in Lightning’s veins.

“Hey, champ,” The rookie took a deep drag of his vape, exhaling the smoke around his words. “Get in.”

And he’d be lying if he didn’t say everything about Jackson’s aggravating personality was kind of hot. Really hot. Rolling his eyes he slid into the passenger seat, threw a poorly-formed excuse back at his crew when they asked if he was really going somewhere with his rival, and Jackson slammed the pedal to the floor, the idling engine roaring to life as they tore away from the track and into the twilight.

Weaving in and out of traffic, Lightning had no idea where they were going, but naively trusted that the other knew what he was doing. There was no way they were obeying the speed limit, Jackson running every red and downshifting to rev the engine as he crossed the double line to pass slower vehicles. Driving like an absolute dick, though Lightning knew he could trust his control, that this was child's play to the talented rookie. Despite his cool demeanor, casually smoking with one elbow resting on the window sill, eyes lidded and lazily gripping the wheel, Lightning knew he was showing off.

And it was working. Unfazed and competent, dark hair in his eyes, shit-eating grin on his pretty face as the smoke curled past his lips. He was raw sex appeal, and the heady bass was hardly the only thing thumping in Lightning’s heart.

They pulled into a parking garage and Jackson killed the engine, beckoning the other to follow him wordlessly. Lightning had barely taken a step into Jackson’s hotel room when the other was on him, fisting one hand in the front of his suit and slamming him up against the closing door, forcing it shut and crushing their lips together.

When they’d started this, Lightning had been taken aback by how aggressive Jackson had been in every aspect of the act. Now he recognised it as passion, craved the energy, gave back as good as he got.

As they broke for air Lightning dragged down the zipper on his own suit, exposing his overheating skin as Jackson latched on to the column of his neck, dragging his tongue up his thundering pulse and sinking his teeth in below his jawline. They had an agreement to no marks where the cameras might see, which meant of course the rookie pushed that boundary every single time they did this.

He’s still so riled up from their race. Lightning hauls him back in for another bruising kiss, tasting the bitter chemical of the vape mixed with a spice that was undeniably him, forcing his tongue past his teeth in an attempt to claim some dominance and taste more. In response he’s pushed to his knees, Jackson shedding his suit over his defined muscles and dragging all 8 inches of his cock out to slap it against Lightning’s face like a complete fuckboy. It's a fascinating ship, one that I want to know more about. My good friend @ask-shu-todoroki wrote an amazing fic a while back, The Real Ripslinger, that I highly reccommend to fans of this ship or people who just wanna see Redeemed! Rip in general.
