Cars walking into a haunted house Pt. 1

Okay- So, I know it's not a spooky month but it is to me! And I'm gonna show you, how the WGP, Cars 3 and 1 are gonna react when they are walking in a haunted house.

Montgomery "Lightning" McQueen - Okay, So Lightning is first so what he does is that he has this cocky attitude and goes inside the haunted house but deep down inside, he's actually scared (Reference to Cars on the Road) and if there happened to be a killer clown in there Oof- Say goodbye to your hearing- Cause he's gonna scream really loud (like really loud). ☠️

Tow Mater - Oh, Uh- You can figure that out...

Jeff Gorvette - Oh he'll stand there like a statue! And he moves slowly and quietly and he doesn't want any one popping up in front of his face. He'll throw tires/hands if he gets jumpscared.

Lewis Hamilton - Just starts walking as he tries not to get jumped scared by an actor or anything.

Vitaly Petrov - He may be Russian, Tough, and strong, but- Ha! Your wrong! He's gonna make solids in his pants and he'll have to clean them when he gets home- lol!

Miguel Camino - Yeah, he's Sprinter and people are gonna be able to scare him because he's like a blur. (Because he's the runner and runs from bulls in Spain-)

Carla Veloso - Oh Yeah- She'll have some sass when she walks into the house, nothing won't scare her because she's braver than the boys! (Girl power!)

Francesco Bernoulli - He may act brave, but no, if he was teamed up Raoul or anyone else he's gonna latch onto them starts shaking and chattering his teeth with wide terrified eyes.

Shu Todoroki - He is dead silent he'll be quiet as a mouse and actors won't know he's there- But if he squeaks or squeals then it's game over for him.

Max Schnell - Oh- He'll have his hands in his pockets and walk down the hallway without feeling scared, that dude's tough as a rock- And if an actor startles him or attempts to- He'll just move away quickly but just just shrug it off.

Raoul ÇaRoul - Oh boy- That dude would have a panic attack- If anything or anyone pops up in front of him- He'll jump and scream at the same time, he'll fall on his butt and start scooting away clenching onto his chest and starts Hyperventilating and he'll have an anxiety or panic attack while Hyperventilating, but his boyfriend Rip Clutchgoneski would help him out.

Rip Clutchgoneski - Oh, Well he'll be scared at first but he'll get used to it when he realizes it's not that scary, but if he gets scared or startled he'll let out a little squeak or yelp. But he'll continue. (Just to be clear Rip will be a nervous little boy- but he'll make it out without feeling scared. 😋)

Nigel Gearsly - Easy- He'll run like hell and get scared every time when he runs into an actor-

Vitaly Petrov is enjoying a snowy day with a few friends 😁

I mean, I believe that if Vitaly was a character in the Pokémon universe, he would be a great Ice Type trainer XD (also, I hope it's easily noticeable that it's Vitaly since his logos are covered by the snow 😅)

I drew this bc recently has snowed here in Romania (at least where I live) and for me snow is special bc it wasn't so common to have it in Italy where I used to live 😍 (I think I got the chance to experience snow only 3 or 4 times in my entire life in Italy)

I love your headcanons for the WGP! Such underutilized characters that Pixar will never come back to. Which makes it all the more fun to come up with the headcanons and their personalities.

Also do you have headcanons for the regional replacements of Jeff Gorvette in the international dubs of Cars 2: Long Ge (my personal bias), Flash Nilsson, Memo Rojas Jr, Frosty Winterbumper and Vitaly Petrov?

I must admit, it was a challenging one. I like to have a little background info before I add HC's to pre-made characters. But alas, there is not much to go on.

Im glad you bought these fine chaps to my attention. They are VERY cool. My favourite is Vitaly personally. Lets give this a go, shall we?

Long Ge - He is insanely polite and will go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of others in his presence, even sometimes to his own detriment.

He can occasionally get a little nervous talking to others, but thats down to a small amount of social anxiety. He wants everyone to like him.

Long Ge is respectful of his fellow competitors at all times, however, he can occasionally get a little arrogant, but its all in good humour.

He is heavily supportive of racers in need, especially when it comes to physical injury. Regardless of his position on the track, he will stop to help if he deems it necessary. In his spare time, he will volunteer to assist those in need.

He loves traditional board games.

Lightning McQueen ended up introducing him to Tex Dinoco and they got along straight off the bat.

Flash Nilsson - Flash is spritely and energetic and its utterly contagious. He knows exactly how to get a party going and how to keep it rolling.

He's amazing at poker.

He gets jestfully angry when fellows sing or play the Flash Gordan theme song when he enters a room or aproaches a group. He will start singing along with it though.

He's a bit of a practical joker and can spend ages thinking up amazing pranks to play on his friends. He loves to have a good laugh.

Flash spends a lot of time practicing on different tracks and honing his skillset in a variety of different ways. He's always looking to improve himself and learn loads of different techniques for different situations.

Memo Rojas Jr - Memo loves learning about different cultures and sightseeing the countries he visits.

He is a highly suspicious vehicle and carries a luck charm with him for his races.

You'll never not hear him humming or singing musical tunes and jigging along to it.

He gets on really well with Raoul and they have become quite firm friends after the WGP.

Memo is rediculously quick off the mark and shocks fellow racers with his ability to just shoot himself forward off the starting line. It can be quite startling and intimidating.

Frosty Winterbumper - Frosty is a talker. As in he is an incessant talker. Good luck shutting him up. Especially when its on a subject that he is particularly interested in.

He loves basking in gentle sunshine and believes there's nothing better than a quality nap and a decent amount of relaxation time.

He is a bit of a risk taker on the track and enjoys the rush of that.

Despite his wintery namesake, he despises being in cold environments. He can't stand the cold and will do pretty much anything to ensure he stays warm. A deeply set chill can really throw him off his game.

Vitaly Petrov (Виталий Петров) - Vitaly is an avid chess player. His father was a regional champion at the game and athough Vitaly had bigger interests in racing, he is still very good at the game. So good luck beating him.

He is used to freezing climates from growing up racing in rally sprints and ice races and just doesnt seem to get cold. He has techniques for staying warm and he will always share them with any fellow racer who feels the cold easily.

Vitaly is the only race fan in his family and built himself up in the racing world from scratch and he absolutely loves it. He does it purely for his own enjoyment. It just turns out he's really damn good at it.

Chrysler help you if you find yourself in a snowball fight with him. He is pretty merciless.

I absolutely adore this book! It is like “The Proposal”, but in young adult book form.

“Just Say Yes” follows Jimena Ramos, a seventeen-year-old who had no idea she was undocumented. The quickest way to get her green card is to find an American to marry. Her best candidate: Vitaly, her next-door neighbor and friend. But Vitaly has his own plans for the future. So Jimena tries online dating…only she can’t stop thinking about him.

I appreciate how this book not only focuses on teenage love, but also how difficult it can be for undocumented teens trying to go through the immigration process in the United States.

Within the first chapter, Jemina discovers that she is not a legal citizen. Her resilience and determination to overcome one of the most difficult times in her life is what made me love and admire her character so much. While I cannot relate to her situation personally, I understood her devastation and how badly she wanted to be a normal teenager. I couldn’t help but root for her.

I really loved Jimena and Vitaly’s slow development from neighbors-to-friends-to-lovers. They are so so cute and absolutely perfect for each other! I wish the ending was more drawn out so that I could bask longer in their coupledom because I could not get enough of them.

This might inspire a new AU for Humanized WGP Racers!

A Chinese ink painting of Madame White Snake ,a Masamune katana and a Faberge egg all gain human form and yearn to find their way back home after being looted from their respective countries sitting in a British museum.

Long Ge gained his form from spiritual cultivation, Shu Todoroki more of a Touken Ranbu sword spirit that copied its last wielder's appearance, and Vitaly Petrov just had the existential crisis of his briefly enlightened life.

Lightning McQueen is the intrepid photographer cum journalist caught up in the chaos as all of the now anthropomorphic artifacts trying to get back to home. All the while the British government is hunting all of them down.

Apparently the Chinese solution to the issue of museums holding other countries' national heritage - is for the items to cultivate to human form and just leave?

Vampire Cars Halloween Shenanigans

Halloween is upon us and I've finally got a bit for the Vampire Cars AU.

RaoShu

OFC Raoul goes as himself, he just adds more feathers to his wings, horns and a devil's tail and calls himself an incubus

Shu on the other hand pulls out a nine tailed kitsune and kimono costume with little wearable tire spikes (he takes his anime cosplay very seriously)

Lightnesco

Francesco is always on top of the costume game and he goes as a slutty Roman emperor (technically he is the mordern equivalent of a slutty Roman gladiator but he digresses)

Lightning of course goes as a little cowpoke (def. inspired by the @kkelsey--spring's art of Cowboy Lightning

Velomino

Carla is a powerful confident girlboss and she's a fearsome melanistic jaguar girl: whiskers, spots and all

Miguel on the other hand is her little man in an inflatible bull costume

Schnenai

Nigel our proper British gentleman goes as Aziraphale from Good Omens, little wings and halo

Max is his Crowley, even with intricate details of snake scales and colored snake eye contacts

Jeffwis

Lewis is a pirate, looking for the elusive American booty; dreadlocks and sword at hand

Jeffy is the poor cabin boy that Lewis had picked up

GeGe/JieJie/Long ta has chosen to appear as a dragon in human form: billous tail, shining dragon pearl in clawed hand and antlers

Rivals: Fernando Alonso v Sebastian Vettel

This post is a response to an ask about the rivalry between Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso. Great ask! You have inspired me to create a new series, so I will post multiple ones in time about different F1 rivalries. If there is a specific one anyone wants me to talk on, please drop into my ask box.

Alright, let's go.

So, during the 2010s, Alonso was already an established figure in F1. He had won his titles in 2005 and 2006, was already seen as one of the best drivers on the grid, and was an all round 'paddock personality'. Vettel, on the other hand, entered F1 in 2007, right after both of Alonso's wins, and very quickly showed himself as a future star. But his star wouldn't really rise until he joined Red Bull in 2009.

2010 was when the rivalry really started. While 2009 had been a good year for Vettel, being a championship contender, it had not for Alonso. 2010 saw Alonso join Ferrari and with a competitive car underneath him, it became clear that the title fight was between him and Vettel. This tension certainly existed on the race track, but the drivers did remain cordial to each other throughout the year. They did not have many clashes, racing rather cleanly against one another throughout the year, and there were very little instances of smack talk. A real moment of tension did come to a head in Abu Dhabi. Alonso was leading the championship by a small margin, but a strategic error by Ferrari left him stuck in the midfield, and allowed Vettel to take the win and his first title. But after the race Alonso didn't seem to harbor any resentment toward Vettel, and actually expressed the most anger with the car he had been stuck behind, glaring at poor Vitaly Petrov who had been in a slow-moving Renault.

So, that was the start of this rivalry. The next championship they would battle is 2012, and this too saw Vettel win. There were a few memorable moments over the years, even when not fighting for the title, as they were often on podiums together, but mostly it was a very pure rivalry. When I say pure, I mean that the two seemed to be rivals on-track, but did not let it drag outside. There were only a few times they ever expressed disapproval of the other. For example, during the famous 'multi-21' event, Alonso (a good friend of Mark Webber's) expressed dissatisfaction with Vettel's behavior, saying "At Ferrari we have clear rules and drivers respect them." This marked one of the few times Alonso or Vettel had spoken poorly of the other in the press, rare for famous rivalries.

The public's perception of this rivalry was often much more intense than it actually was. In F1 people love a story, so presumably the idea of this more mature driver, a world champion known for his 'villainy', being beaten by a blue-eyed, blonde, young star was entertaining. In reality, Alonso and Vettel seemed to very much respect each other, even after close fights. Memorably, Vettel said in a post-race interview "It will always be tough to beat Fernando. He would fight like a lion, even if his car wasn't as good." Alonso has also stated similar sentiments, and in 2020 after Vettel announced his retirement from F1, Alonso said "He is a great champion, and he will be remembered as one of the best in Formula 1." They also very much enjoyed racing against the other, often describing their on-track battles as some of the most intense and enjoyable they have experienced. Nowadays, with Vettel retired and Alonso still in F1, they seem to have the casual friendship that most ex drivers share.

So that's an overview on the Vettel-Alonso rivalry. Certainly not as intensely personal as many people act like it was, but it defined the 2010s as one of its key rivalries (next to Rosberg and Hamilton) and showed off two of the best F1 drivers of this era.

I created all of the Long Ge relationships in the Pixar Cars fandom. Mostly aiming for relationships that mirror Hetalia ships like Rochu and Nichu.

So mostly Long Ge x Vitaly Petrov and Long Ge x Shu Todoroki. Also made a Long Ge x Finn McMissile in an AU in my Kinktober where Ge Ge was a triad boss and caught an undercover Finn.
