#hm actually that first tag may be triggering or smth so let's get this under the cut#how many tags does it take to do that i wonder#shall we try three and hope they will be enough or#i am very. thoroughly. sick. of wanting to die#it's just so EXHAUSTING guys#usually im more distractable than this but noooo it's been most of today#just there. existing. as a appealing possibility.#doesn't help that i have an imagination neither#so many possibilities! ha. (<- bitter)#tw suicide#tw sh#and i literally lost count of the number of times i harmed today. that hadn't happened yet#i did have two meals today! which probably didn't help the harming situation. but a net win imo#im just. sick of not being normal.#and i should care more than i do about harming. logically i know i should. but i don't care largely and i barely feel the pain.#there was one i thought briefly might send me to hospital but the bleeding did stop with pressure so it was fine#unfortunately one of my regular coping mechanisms/stims (playing the piano a particular song/way/whatever) is apparently becoming a trigger#for harm? i dont know why but this is very inconvenient probably if i care#my brain is a very messed up place to be in at the moment. i wish to check out of it permanently if you please#i did think for a while i might have to call lifeline again but the worst passed#and ha! when my parents ask how im going i am vague adn they think im fine#in reality? i am psychologically drowning and getting stressed over the fact that they rae returning home soon#realistically i will probably be safer as a result but also more stresses on all sorts of different points#woot woot#.....tomorrow's sunday oh no#if im feeling then like i am now i will not be able to go to church because i will not be safe to drive.#joy comes in the morning? i hope?#if i cannot go to church my brother will probably come and stay with me. don't know if i want that or if i don't. would probably entail#telling him about the fact that ive attempted and also been harming. which i keep chickening out of telling him. yay.#if you get this far anyway yes you can probably tell i need prayers.

𝐄𝐍𝐇𝐘𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐒! - hyung line
▏synopsis. enhypen hyung line as different types of angst tropes
▏warnings. angst, most of these are really sad.
▏wc. 2k
✩ heeseung - memory loss
You woke up in a blur. The lights to this very lit up room were blinding, coupled with the white walls and thin sheets you laid upon. Your mind was in a haze, your eyes taking long to adjust to its surroundings as your head pounded so hard you could feel the ache behind your eyes. Groggily you brought your hand up, pawing at your eyes to alleviate the bleariness from them.
Your confusion was laden on your face as you took in your surrounds. You were definitely in a hospital that was for certain. If it weren’t for the stark white of the room and the crisp smell of cleaning supplies you weren’t sure if your mind would have even registered it. It seemed that normal day to day things were splotchy to recall, names of objects and colors were hard to come by.
Your body had ached. Feeling as if you were hit by an a thousand pound truck at record speed and in the confusion to find your bearings you hadn’t noticed the hunched figure that sat directly next to your hospital bed, fast asleep. Chest rising and falling at a rhythm.
more under the cut!
A boy sat next to your bed, holding tightly to your hand as if it were his lifeline. You wiggled your hand out of the boys grip. The movement had caused the boy to stir, opening his eyes to peer at you. The boys eyes widened as he looked you.
"Y/n!" He said, hoping up from his place on the bed. "You're awake." His smile had brought a small sense of warmth to your chest, one you couldn't explain and were extremely confused by.
You tilt your head in confusion at the boy but said nothing, struggling to find the right words to say, to break his happy spirit when you tell this boy that you had no idea who he was. None at all.
Finally deciding to break the ice you asked "Who are you?" The bright smile that once adorn this beautiful boys fell, a look of confusion now replaced the happy expression. "What?" He asked his tone broken sounding.
"It's Heeseung? Your'e boyfriend.." You tried your hardest to force the memories of him back but it just wasn't working. You had no idea who he was and somehow deep down inside of you seeing him sad and heartbroken hurt you.
Your mind might not have any idea to who he was but your heart definitely had.
✩ Jake - bet
You were running. You weren't entirely sure where you were going but all you did know was that you had to get out of here.
You were trying to catch your breath but the bubbling of a sob was to hard to swallow, catching in your throat. The sound of footsteps behind you reminding you to keep your pace and not allow Jake to catch up to you. You feared that your resolve might break if you were face to face with him after what was just revealed to you.
"Y/n!" Jake shouted after you panting. His voice breathy from running. You started slowing down getting tired. The single lapse win pace was Jake's biggest advantage in catching up to you. "Listen to me please, baby"
Jake sounded desperate his voice breaking slightly at the end of his sentence. "Please" he pleaded again. You stood still your back to him hugging your arms around yourself, the only form of protection you could provide yourself.
"You lied to me" You whispered not able to conjure up anger only sadness. "I was a bet, a fucking bet" The tears from your eyes like a waterfall. You didn't turn to him, you didn't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing you cry. You wanted to appear stronger than that even though you knew you weren't.
"I can explain, ok." Jake said sucking in a breath "I'm sorry I hurt you-"
"You broke me!" You whipped around to look at him finally. The anger finally simmering in you, reaching its boiling point and exploding all over the two of you.
"I gave everything to you! Just to find out I was a fucking bet. The punch line of your sick fucking joke. I don't want any part of it anymore. Leave me alone." You spit the words at him trying to hurt him like he had hurt you. You think you succeeded when you watched his face drop. A look of despair over taking him. He was one hell of an actor you'd give him that.
"Just- let me explain before you berate me-"
"You deserve it" You said cutting him off again "You deserve to hurt like I hurt Jake."
"You were a bet." He said, you scoffed shaking your head at him "I know that already."
"But I fell in love with you, that was real. And I know that doesn't change how this happened but I mean it ok? I love you. " The tears felt like they were forming again.
Your heart breaking even more, you knew within yourself that you would not be able to forgive him. if now or if ever you weren't sure, you just knew that it hurt walking away from him.
✩ jay - saying hurtful things in anger during an argument
"You're not listening to me!" You shouted in frustration grabbing your head in annoyance. "You never have time for me anymore Jay. I miss you"
"I hear you loud and clear Y/n, and im telling you I can't help that I have a job and responsibilities." Jay sat on the couch head in his hands as you stood over him trying to get him to just hear you out god damnit.
"That's not what I mean and you know it Jay." You said defeated. "I just want you to make time for me. I miss my boyfriend, I miss who we used to be."
"I can't always be the same person y/n" Jay snapped, standing from his place on the couch. "Some of us are trying to do things in their life, some of us want to be successful and not be stuck at home listening to their nagging girlfriend all day." The words struck you.
You said nothing in surprise at his sudden outburst. The silence more than likely clearing Jay's mind. The realization of what he said hanging in the air over the two of you.
"So I'm just some loser girlfriend who waits at home all day for her more successful boyfriend to make a living for her. got it." You said curtly nodding at Jay.
"Y/n I didn't me-"
"You didn't mean it? Then why did you say it Jay. Stop kidding yourself that's the most real thing you've said to me in awhile." Your words stung him. The severity of the situation dawning on him.
"I didn't mean to say it like that Y/n." Jay said, reaching out to grab your waist. You turned away from him softly muttering "I need a break."
"You need a break?" He asked, his tone rushed. "Are you breaking up with me? Over something like this?"
His question had made you angry. Did he think what he said was nothing? That it weighed no significance. "I don't know" You responded honestly. "what I do know is that I need to be away from you. I'll be at Y/f/n's house don't call me." With that being said you walked out the door grabbing only the essentials not knowing if you'd ever be back.
✩ sunghoon - reader catches him talking badly about her
You were excited to finally see Sunghoon after he had been busy with comeback schedules and preparing for tour. He had been spending a lot of time in the dorms and not coming to see you as often as he used to. It was exhausting being away from him.
You often called him only to be sent to voicemail or to get a quick 'love u talk to you later' text. Something that rarely ever happened, you didn't end up talking later.
You would sometimes go days without talking to Sunghoon, you missed him dearly. So tonight you decided to surprise him. You were going to wait for him at the dorm. He would be home soon and finally you'd be able to spend some time together even if its for the night. You sat in Sunghoon's room scrolling on instagram waiting for the text from Jungwon that they were home. Finally your phone dinged with the notification that they were home.
You knew that it had been a long day for them so you decided to send a quick text to Sunghoon before he came up wanting him to be even more excited to see you when you surprised him.
You texted him ; have a goodnight babe! love you and miss you!!
it was simple and sweet and you just hoped that he loved in. Gathering the snacks you had gotten for the two of you, you felt giddy and jumpy at the thought of seeing Sunghoon after so long. Finally the door to dorms opened and you heard bustling of the boys coming in.
"I'm exhausted" You heard Jake groan out and then the sound of a thud that was most likely his bag. "Sunghoon why don't you go see Y/n tonight since we have the day off tomorrow." You heard Heeseung say. Sunghoon let out a groan. "She just texted me and honestly I'm not even going to answer I don't feel like dealing with her tonight."
Your ears perked up at that. A dreadful feeling sat at the pit of your stomach. "Hyung..." Jungwon spoke softly "maybe she just misses you?'
"She's over baring with it. She's like my mom with how much she texts and calls me. You think she would get the hint when I don't answer for days, I deal with millions of fangirls a day I don't need to deal with one when I get home too." Taken aback by his words you step back, hugging the wall.
You hadn't realized you were crying until you felt the wetness on your cheeks.
Sunghoon must have started to make his way towards the room because all you could hear was Jungwon's protest. It was too late though, the door swung open and you were met face to face with Sunghoon.
As soon as his eyes set on your his face turned as white as sheet. Realizing that you must have heard his harsh words based on the tears falling from your eyes.
"baby.." Sunghoon spoke shock written all over his painstakingly beautiful face.
"Is that how you really feel?" You asked him, the hears still falling from your eyes. "Like I'm some crazy fangirl"
Jungwon, Jake and Heeseung stood awkwardly behind Sunghoon watching the scene unfold before their eyes.
"Since i'm such a bother to you, I'll do you a favor by leaving and never coming back." You were stern. Turning to grab the things you had brought with you save for the snacks. He could have those.
"No, Y/n I didn't mean it like that I'm just stressed with work." He tried to reason with you. Trying to stop you from walking out go the dorm.
"I was only trying to help you Sunghoon. Not suffocate you." You were still crying. Humiliated as his members watched you break down.
"I know that baby- "
"don't call me that" You cut him off "I'm not your baby anymore."
"Y/n no" He said shaking his head. "Let's talk about this first." You shook your head a sigh falling from your lips.
"There's nothing to talk about I heard what you said, I got the message." With all your belongings in your hands you walked out the door leaving an embarrassed and heart broken sunghoon behind.

Through Me (The Flood) - secret baby fic Simon Riley / female reader - request: angst 2/3 - tw trauma
"How bad?"
You're trying to keep pace with Kyle, who's clocking a break neck speed at your side, mind still reeling, trying to turn everything over, make sense of it all, Orion heavy in your arms, nearly asleep again after you pulled him from his dreams to bring him with you... here.
To the hospital.
Kyle says your name. He says it softly, kindly, and there's sadness in his eyes. "He's tough, he's never not made it through... but he did go to surgery when we landed." Oh god. Your stomach roils.
"Mrs. Riley?" You blink. Nothing in this moment feels real, not the white hallway, the antiseptic smell, the hustle and bustle flowing around you like a rock in a river. The woman in scrubs smiles kindly, and you try to focus on her teeth. Straight. Perfect. "Would you like to see your husband?"
"Yeah..." Orion gurgles in his sleep, and you throw Kyle a desperate look.
"Here," he reaches, pulling him into his chest, "I"ll hang out with big man for a bit. You go on." The tightness in your chest loosens, only a fraction.
"Thank you."
The doctor explains the extent of the damage. Surgery. Broken ribs. His limbs are intact, but he 'rung his bell' pretty hard, resulting in an awful concussion. She stops at the doorway with a sympathetic smile. "He's been out of surgery for a few hours, but is fairly groggy. He was asleep the last time the nurse was in. There's a call button on the wall, ring us if you need anything, okay?" You nod, dumbly. Barely processing. Heart squeezing in your chest.
"Simon, it's okay, it's me, just me." He pulls at the oxygen tubing under his nose, and you tug on his wrist, trying to prevent him from yanking it free. "Hey, hey. You're okay, you're in the hospital." You try to soothe him, calm him, but his eyes are blank, lungs raspy and stuttering, full of panic. It's agony to know he's suffering, he's scared, and you can't fix it. "Simon," you try again, placing a hand on his neck, trying to steer his focus onto yourself, but his lip trembles. The monitors beep wildly, too fast, and you try to settle him.
"No, please." Tears spring to your eyes. Your heart breaks. "Stop, stop, please." His voice fractures, tears shining on his cheeks.
"I'm here." Your fingers find his. "I'm here, you're okay, you're in the hospital." You lean over him, gently pressing your lips to his forehead-
and his arm swings wildly at your chest, shoving you away so forcefully you stumble backwards with a gasp, nearly falling.
The door opens, Price and Soap sprinting into the room, the captain holding Simon by the shoulders as Soap slams the call button.
The next moments pass in a blur. A team files in and sedates him, forces something into his IV as he moans, slurring words together you don't understand.
Your sobs come easily.
Your nose keeps skimming across the top of Orion's head.
He didn't mean it. He wasn't in his right mind.
You repeat it over and over again, trying to engrain it in your soul. It's easy to imagine, where he was in his mind. Pleading not to be touched, something in the moment, you didn't understand. It's so obvious looking back.
"He's awake now." Soap eases himself into the chair next to you, the one you've been in for five hours, eyes wide, free hand gripping a lukewarm tea like a lifeline. "Askin' if ye're here."
"He doesn't remember." It's not a question, but Soap still nods.
"We hav'nae told him yet. Wanted to talk ye first." You take a deep breath.
"Will you... will you take the baby? I don't want..." Soap's gaze softens, deep with sympathy.
"O'course."
"There you are." He's desperately relieved, head turned towards you, eyes wide and eager. You long for him, but your body refuses to budge, feet unable to carry you to his side. "It's okay, mama. It's not as bad as it looks. I'm okay."
"S-Simon." You're on the verge, spiraling, and his head tilts, confused, brows creased.
"C'mere, sweetheart. It's okay. I'm alright." Your heart screams. Wails, pleads and begs, move, step forward, go go go... but your body does not budge. You're frozen. "Hey. What's wrong?" Everything. You should be comforting him, helping him, holding him, but fight or flight is slowly poisoning your mind. He struggles to sit up in the bed, monitors sounding off, faster and faster, same pace as before, worry starting to seize his muscles. "What is it? What... are you okay? Is it the baby?"
"N-no... I-" You want to tell him, but the words evaporate. The only thing you can do is press yourself against the wall. Your knees go weak. Your heart is beating too fast, and you turn dizzy, hands splayed behind you for support.
He says your name. When it fails to get your attention, he says it again, louder, hoarse with worry.
It's all too much.
He's still calling for you as you run out the door.

The moment that will haunt me forever is Eddie standing in the back of Buck's hospital room, exhausted and overwhelmed to the point that he physically cannot answer Christopher's questions. That moment when Christopher asks about the tubes and he just shakes his head in frustration because he just can't. He can barely stand to look at Buck, he certainly can't bring himself to explain all of the machines that are Buck's only lifeline because he can hardly bring himself to face that reality at all.
This poor man is so drained—from staying close at the hospital, from arguing with a stubborn kid who's not supposed to be there, but who deserves to be, from trying to take care of the rest of the team, from trying to pretend he's not falling apart.
This man. This beautiful, loving man—who would do anything at all for his son, who is exceptional at communicating when it comes to Christopher—he couldn't bring himself to do more than shake his head in frustration when his son asked this question.
The amount of pain and fear that implies in Eddie is utterly heartbreaking.

My name is Hazem Mohammed Albardawill. On October 11th 2023, my house was bombed by the Israeli army. I was taken to the hospital, where I lay in intensive care in a coma for days. When I woke up, I was told that my children and pregnant wife had all been martyred in the attack. I was the only survivor.
Now I am alone. I am without my family, and without a home. I live in a shelter that does not protect me from the weather- neither the heat nor the cold and rain. Everything has been taken from me in the most violent and horrifying way possible.
I sustained serious injuries from the attack on my home, but I do not have the funds necessary to treat them. In fact, I struggle to even provide myself with daily necessities like food and water. Your donation will go a long way to providing me not only with my basic needs, but with hope. You are my only lifeline.
Please help by donating if it is within your means, and please reblog and share this post so that more people will see it. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

"Hello guys, I am Muhammad Abu Hamam from northern Gaza. I am writing to you to create a gofundme campaign to rebuild what is left of my life and start a better life, God willing... Next December, I will be 28 years old. Throughout these years, I have been working tirelessly and diligently to build a good life that suits me. I have established a store that sells cellular devices, communication services, and mobile accessories inside Al-Rantisi Hospital. I worked at it for more than 3 years. I saved a fair amount of money for marriage, and I was looking for my life partner before the war. However, with the beginning of this barbaric war, I lost all of my work, leveled it to the ground, and completely destroyed my dream. As this war continued for more than 10 months, what I had saved was not enough for me. From money to buy my basic life, I am now without money and without a source of income, which the occupation has completely destroyed..."
Hello everyone! Let's give our support to the Hamam family!
Mahmoud, Muhammad's brother, reached out to me to help boost their campaign. They have currently raised $10,649 of their very achievable $25,000 goal. They are almost halfway, but d0nations have slowed to a crawl— they have only gotten two in the past day. Mahmoud and Muhammad have no means to support themselves or their families, and these d0nations are their lifeline. With the money they received before, Mahmoud and Muhammad were able to buy a white tent to help shield themselves and their family from unbearably intense sun and heat. Every contribution goes to materially lessen their suffering in this genocide.
If you can afford it, please don@te whatever you can to the Hamam family! And as always, whether you can or can't, share this campaign with as many people you can! That can be through reblogs, or by sharing in groupchats or with friends and family. There are many ways anyone can help! Mahmoud's next goal is to gain access to electricity by buying solar panels, so their temporary goal is $12,800. Let's reach that number as soon as possible!
THIS IS A VETTED FUNDRA1SER! Their campaign is verified by @/el-shab-hussein here and on the Vetted Gaza Evacuation Fundraiser List, where they are listed on line 149.
You can follow Mahmoud here! (@ma7moudgaza2) (This is his second account, as Tumblr loves banning Palestinians..)
ALSO, THERE IS A TATREEZ RAFFLE GOING ON BY @gothhabiba TO HELP SUPPORT THIS CAMPAIGN! You can find it and enter here!!

17:05 {by your side}
Idol!San x reader
You’re lying in the hospital bed, the sterile scent of antiseptic filling the air as the steady beeping of the monitor matches the rhythm of your racing heart. The soft hum of activity outside your room is a distant murmur, but inside, your world is shrinking to a single point of fear and anticipation. Your hands tremble as you rest them on your swollen belly, the weight of the moment pressing down on you. The contractions have started, each one a sharp reminder that you are on the brink of something monumental, something life-changing.
San is beside you, his hand wrapped around yours, strong and steady. His thumb gently strokes the back of your hand, a silent promise that he’s here, that he’s not going anywhere. But despite his presence, the fear claws at your chest, threatening to overwhelm you.
“What if I’m not ready?” you whisper, your voice breaking as tears well up in your eyes. “What if I can’t do this, San?”
He shifts closer, his free hand coming up to cup your face, his touch warm and reassuring. “You are ready,” he says softly, his eyes locked onto yours, filled with a love that makes your heart ache. “You’ve been ready for this since the day we found out. And you’re not alone, okay? I’m right here with you, every step of the way.”
His words are like a lifeline, pulling you back from the edge of panic. But still, the fear lingers, the enormity of what’s about to happen pressing down on you. “I’m scared,” you admit, your voice barely above a whisper. “I’ve never been this scared in my life.”
San leans in, his forehead resting gently against yours. You can feel his breath on your skin, warm and steady, grounding you in the moment. “I know,” he murmurs, his voice a soothing balm to your frayed nerves. “I’m scared too. But you’re the strongest person I know, and I believe in you. More than anything, I believe in us.”
His words hit you hard, a wave of emotion crashing over you as the tears spill over. You turn your face into his mountain-like shoulder, seeking comfort in the familiar scent of him, the solid presence of his body against yours. His arms wrap around you, holding you close as you let the tears come, releasing all the fear and doubt that have been building up inside.
“I’m here,” he whispers into your hair, his voice thick with emotion. “I’m right here, and I’m not going anywhere. We’re going to do this together, just like we’ve faced everything else. And when it’s over, we’re going to meet our little one. Our baby.”
The thought of it, of finally meeting the life that has been growing inside you, stirs something deep within you. A spark of hope, of determination. You pull back just enough to look into San’s eyes, finding strength in the love that shines there, in the unwavering belief he has in you.
“I love you,” you say, the words carrying the weight of all the emotions swirling inside you—love, fear, hope, and a fierce, protective determination.
San smiles, that dimple smile that has always been able to calm your storms. “I love you too,” he replies, his voice filled with so much tenderness that it makes your heart ache. “And I can’t wait to meet the little one who’s going to be just as incredible as you.”
Another contraction hits, this one stronger than the last, and you grip his hand tightly, drawing on the strength he offers. He doesn’t flinch, doesn’t let go, just holds on, anchoring you through the pain.
“We’ve got this,” he says, his voice steady, his eyes never leaving yours. “You’re not alone. We’ve got this, together.”
In that moment, as the pain ebbs and flows, you realize that he’s right. You’re not alone. You have him, and together, you can face anything. The fear is still there, but it’s no longer overwhelming.
And just as the contraction subsides, leaving you breathless, the nurse enters the room, her voice calm but urgent.
“It’s time,” she says, looking at you with a reassuring smile. “Are you ready?”
You turn to San, his hand still holding yours, his eyes full of love and encouragement. He nods, a small, steady smile on his lips.
“We’re ready,” he whispers, and you feel a rush of emotion as you squeeze his hand, drawing strength from his presence, from his love.
With a deep breath, you nod to the nurse, your heart pounding as the moment you’ve been waiting for finally arrives.
