The Realization That Everything in Life is Temporary

A new mantra has occurred recently, in many people’s lives. And that is the idea that everything which is going on in your head, your heart and mind is temporary, it is not permanent. We live, and then we die and our lives may not be remembered or valued by the younger generations to come. However our impactful actions will leave a stain on this universe and the opportunities available to them.To believe that everything is permanent consciously or unconsciously narrows your view of the world, everything that has taken place in the past and the present affects you more. Since you allow your current emotions, thoughts and feeling to take over your actions, when it's more logical to pre – mediate your decisions instead of irrationally acting. To truly embrace the idea that everything is temporary, loosens your emotions and thoughts and its tight grip on the perception you have. Today’s clarity blog, we will be exploring the philosophy on how everything is temporary and how we can embrace and embody it.

The realization that this world is temporary doesn’t dissolve meaning from your life. It does not mean that there is no meaning to your personal thought, emotions and feelings. The realization can be the strength to deal with the moment for what it is, and accept that it is going to pass. Reality will change, and that no matter how great or terrible things are we will easily move on from it. It reminds us that the decisions we are currently making will affect our future, and the events leading to it. So we should pre – meditate, evaluate and think based on what best serves us and offers not or initial outbursts of emotion. Regardless of what thoughts are within your mind; those thoughts will change and everything is only a basing though building up to the future. We can create more meaning to our lives, since we can recognize the potential in the present. How with enough rational thought it can be transformed. It allows material values and possessions to become less of an attachment, we view them as having a small purpose in our lives and value. Rather than what the conventional world will have us believe that everything we have, is adding meaning to our lives and we must have material meaning. We have a higher quality than just our prized possessions, which are only of a small purpose.

However, this philosophy can be incredibly hard to fully remain conscious of purely because we are all having a human experience. We are all feeling the present moment, and at times the future can be such an abstract thing to visualize and current dilemmas sometimes have no or multiple future probabilities and outcomes. Our emotions, dogmas and ego have blurred the lines on what feels morally right and purposeful. And there are practices that we can do daily which keep us conscious of that truth. It is something as simple as gazing upon your hand whenever or wherever and say ‘this is not real’. Or ‘this is all a dream’ or ‘I am more than this physical body’. Anything which triggers the euphoric feeling, feeling spaced out and align with your higher self. Enough practice which also works is to randomly shake your body, tap your feet, laugh or jump around and say or think ‘my normal actions are temporary, I behave however I wish’. For one. Be sure to bear in mind that everything is temporary, your thoughts and actions can suddenly change and bare little consequence or can have very little meaning since it’s in your hands. To conclude, the power in the realization that everything is temporary can completely change your perspective and life becomes more than a moment, it is a journey of using the current temporary moment to form the future. That’s life is in your hands and that with pre – mediation, awareness and logic, our current emotions and thoughts have less of a grip on our actions.

People may love the sound of music you make, the stories you tell. the things you create.  But before you go making choices to use mind-altering substances or chemicals of various kinds to enhance your performance, consider this. You may become a hero for any number of people growing up listening and admiring your work.

Now imagine what it might do to those folks when they learn that you didn't just get in an airplane one day and fly out over the ocean and disappear. What really happened is that the chemicals you came to love more than anything killed you directly or indirectly. Or maybe it was a deliberate Act of suicide. Only you just didn't know it.

Imagine your beloved fans believing your accidental death, until they learn the truth when they're 60 years old. Think of how the knowledge breaks their heart into a thousand pieces, and how their tears rain down like falling stars over the mountains and country roads...

No matter how much your music mattered, no matter how much good you did. The last thing they'll remember is no matter how much you loved that teddy bear, it became the monkey on your back that just wouldn't let go until it killed you.

Please. Be the music that is you. Do not believe the lie that kills. Play the truth in you, through you. Those who love what you do will love you all the more. And for much longer, too.
