LMFAO I love Taliesin so much, he just decided to set off his Dunamancy powers in front of the Bright Queen. hahahahahahahahahaha I haven't even watched what happens yet I'm so excited. This is such a bad Idea Taliesin knows exactly what he's doing I love it. Essek literally said 'hey, be careful, people are going to think you are a walking heresy and also want to dissect you' and Ashton was like, 'eh fuck it, hey Dunamancy lady, check this out!' The M9 found evidence of dunamancy and beacon symbols in Aeor.

Ludinus is using beacons to help power the Malleus Key and gave Otahan a harness feeding her distilled dunamancy.

Was dunamancy somehow part of the plan in the Age of Arcanum to destroy/replace the gods?

I really want to know how dunamis influences Ashton.

We understand the Titan portion (maybe, so far) but we know almost nothing about the little vial of pure dunamis that was poured into the gaping wound of their skull. We know that all of their rage abilities have to do with dunamis (Temporal Morass (Time), Violent Gateway (Space), Orbital Decay (Gravity), Probability Matrix (Potential)) and when Imogen and FCG went into their head, Imogen saw reflections of countless Ashton's that could have been.

But what is that going to mean? Is Essek going to show up and say "hey you! i wanna know more about that thing in your head, come with me if you wanna live" or is Caleb going to return and try and teach Ashton about what's going on or is the Becon itself going to speak to Ashton? We already got a lot of closure with the Titans but I'm so curious about the Luxon connection, especially after how important it was in campaign 2 and how many characters it mattered to, so it seems inevitable for such an important thing to be so secretly fundamental to a main character to be revealed in some way.

I don't know what I was saying. I just think that Ashton has so much going on that they don't understand and we don't know the real extent of and I love them a lot and I only want the best for them and if that means getting a "where do you find your strength?" scene with the Luxon then so be it

The Dwendalian Empire is Amestris

A German/West European-coded fantasy kingdom that is extremely militant but rather benign to the average citizen (Dwendalian Empire/Amestris).

The strong arm of the kingdom’s military might are the mage-soldiers that are specifically trained to be the attack dogs (Volstrucker/State Alchemists).

They are constantly having border conflicts, especially with the dark-skinned, fair-haired, red-eyed monotheistic denizens of the wasteland to their east (Xhorasians/Ishvalans).

These conflicts are used as an excuse to facilitate the creation of magic weapons capable of incredible power (Dunamis/Philosopher Stones).

And unbeknownst to the civilians, their leader is actually a puppet, and the true master pulling the strings is unfathomably old and a survivor of one of the worst cataclysms known in modern times (Ludinus Daleth/Father)—

—whose lone goal in life is to attack and dethrone god.

Something I don't get about Ashton

SPOILERS up to C3 Ep 74

Okay, so... according to the Tree of Atrophy, Ashton was always meant to be born, Efterin was always meant to do the ritual that turned him into an Earth Genasi/Titan of Blood and destroy the rest of the cult.

Yes? Yes.

Except...

Imogen and FCG have been in Ashton's head. The part infused with dunamis. And they saw other timelines where Ashton remained an Aasimar.

Meaning, the whole Titan of Blood destiny thing is not quite so absolute.

So, who's wrong here? The Tree or the Luxon? Or did I miss something?

If Ashton has dunamis juice in their head, does that mean they got some hapless consecuted soul's memories?

Are any of Ashton's flashbacks really someone else's memories? Will we find out soon if being in close proximity to the beacon in the Malleus Key activated anything in Ashton's head (especially since it's likely the same beacon whose extracted liquid is in Ashton's head)? How did Ludinus extract liquid dunamis, and what does it mean for any consecuted souls in that beacon?
