before the camera turns on, yushin cannnot believe they're already filming episode 3. this has always been a favourite part of their comebacks, and even better since there's a combination of members. maybe one day they'll do one as the full group too, which would be cool, but probably very chaotic, knowing their current dynamics. "you guys ready? yushin looks back to the leader(s) respectively, as they adjusted in their seats and got comfortable. it was fun to react to other group's songs, but yushin really did enjoy doing live reactions to their own feature the most.

among the boy groups in legacy, chaekyung was a huge dbsd fan until the group's activity slowed down and a new generation of boy groups emerged in the industry. v&a never captured her interest; she was more of a type zero fan. however, someone's official debut shifted her attention.

max's perseverance was renowned throughout the company, with most coaches using him as the embodiment of the quote, "determination will get you through this." due to his unwavering resolve, chaekyung soon became a fan. she wished she could possess even half of his willpower. although one might think it would be easy to find their idol if they were in the same company, chaekyung's encounters with max were rare. they had occasionally crossed paths in the hallways back when he was a trainee, but ever since max debuted, she hadn't noticed his presence.

it must have been her lucky day when she ran back to the practice room to retrieve her bottle. imagine her surprise when she noticed a familiar figure behind the glass door. oh shit. it was max. she stood outside for a few minutes, unsure whether to interrupt or leave her bottle for another time.

it was for a fact hyuk had been dodging from @lgcxmax since rehearsals for the famcon started. unlike the past year, where they bonded and developed some sort of friendship and shortly something else, things were still awkward between them. so hyuk decided it was best if they just swept everything under the imaginary rug and moved on.

things had been fine through the days - hyuk replied when max greeted him but chose specific training spots where he couldn’t be followed; it was petty, he was aware of that - jinyoung scolded him, jasper rolled his eyes and parker was being parker, but hyuk couldn’t just let go (he knew he was fighting a solo war, it was beyond ridiculous).

when concert day arrived hyuk was so focused on everything he was about to do in the next few minutes, how one mistake could lead to another flop in his career, he didn’t notice someone approaching him, a casual hand on his shoulder, and a supportive shake, as if to call his attention.

with startled eyes, hyuk focused on the figure he managed to escape. “fuck”, he muttered under his breath, trying to look around, to find an escape; there was none and he sighed, in defeat, “what do you want, myungsoo?”.

the stage name tasted awful on hyuk’s tongue and he made a disgusted face; deep down he hated how distant they became.

the adventures of kim cherry - season 3, episode 2

the blonde stands close to the camera, hitting record while only being able to see her, a big and bright smile on her lips. “hello everyone! and welcome to the adventures of kim cherry, i am your beloved host known as kim cherry, who of course, cherish you all! you might be wondering why i’m standing so close to the camera, but that’s because im hiding a secret!” she steps back so the camera is able to capture max as well. “correct! it’s this season’s guest, it’s a face you most likely know! and that i’m surprised to have been able to get on my show… would you like to introduce yourself?” she turns to look at max with a smile on her lips.

cherry loved having guests on her show, a bit sad that every trimester she was only allowed one guest at her show. she missed a bit when she had her own podcast or youtube show where there would be a guest on the show every time, but she was loving the creativity she had with her youtube channel, though she did majority of the money spending when it came to her channel.

Running through the hallways has always been no-go for anyone. Yet, it doesn’t stop him from hauling ass across the building, to his meeting. Not that his friend would mind, @lgcxmax would probably enjoy some down time. Especially with how busy everyone’s schedule is, but then again back to being a trainee now, means that he needs to be in vocal sessions in a couple of hours.

Does he dramatically bang the door open into the almost empty practice room; absolutely. With a massive grin on his face, he was his hands up, “ Maxie! How’s it going my guy?” Honestly, Jinhyuk has forgotten when his seen his friend last, and it’s a pleasant surprise that they finally for time to hang out for a bit.

Seyoon tossed his hair back and did his best fangirl dreamy sigh before launching himself at Max. What a pleasant surprise! Now that Max was an idol, he figured he'd never see him around again.

He did a full-on body tackle but kept his movement gentle and made sure to make plenty of noises to alert Max of his arrival. Seyoon did not wish, after all, to shock Max and cause the other to have an accident just some weeks after achieving his dream.

"How are you? How are things? How does it feel to be famous? Are you rich yet?" He rapid-fired the questions with his arms around Max's neck. "Which of your groupmates snore the loudest? Who is the best cook? Do you like all your songs?

being able to avoid staying in a tent and managing to score rooms in a luxury hotel, alex can't help but feel excited at the idea of 'living like royalty' even if it were just briefly. it's true that he had heard about those less fortunate having to stay in a haunted school, though if he had to be quite honest that didn't sound like such a bad idea seeing as he didn't tend to believe in things such as ghosts. maybe that's one of the reasons why he wished he could have ended up there (but also because of his girlfriend being there as well, though he wouldn't let that thought be known to anyone out there).

upon arriving at the hotel, and even making their way up to their rooms, alex walks in side-by-side with max while unable to hide the satisfied grin from his face. "i can't believe we're going to live like 'kings' in here..." he states, tossing his arm over the younger male's shoulders as he looks at max with a wide grin on his face. "what should we do first? order some room service? play some games? or~ we can even head out and see what else this place has to offer.." it's not like alex hadn't stayed in luxury hotels before and that could be why he was ready to actually do 'something' rather than just sit around doing nothing the whole night.

Byeongkwan had always tried to avoid that old adage of jack of all trades and master of none. It always justified his laser focus on his strengths, while letting other skills fall to the wayside. This mindset would do him little of good in a workshop such as this, though. Each lesson seemed to hammer the latter part of the phrase ( always better than one ) much to the trainee's chagrin.

His love/hate - teetering moreso on hate with every unintentional voice crack - relationship with his singing voice would leave him at quite the disadvantage this time around, and he really can't imagine being able to show that off too much. His dancing, however, had improved quite a bit as of late, but he'd never be pinned as a main dancer any time soon. Choosing a song with the right amount of balance was beginning to turn into a real challenge...

Well, when in doubt, why fix what wasn't broken?

He huffs a breath as '90s Love' comes to a close, jogging into the center of the practice room. The song was a well-polished performance in his repertoire - A little too polished, for obvious reason. "So?" he asks Max with a satisfied expression, fanning out his shirt a bit. "What d'ya think?"

this is milan's first day of her break. as much as she loves her members, she still had quickly packed a bag and fled back to her parent's appartment quite early in the morning, ready to not think about work and legacy for a whole week.

so why exactly is she at legacy entertainment's building right this minute? well, her past self had forgotten her arts and crafts tool case at the company. she had legit tossed kicked her bed upon realizing this, her only consolation being that she could just go in and go out without lingering there.

now with her prized case in hand, she's ready to go. just a few steps from the elavator, two button push away from freedom... but someone comes out of a room and to her field vision. she recognizes the person right away... and cannot ignore them. she wouldn't ignore anybody period, even a stranger. "oh! hello!" she exclaims at max. "i didn't think i'd meet anyone! i thought almost everybody's on break!" she says, assuming that agito might not be in this situation.

it had been a while since jaehwa had the opportunity to explore the country and she was grateful that the company provided them with the chance to do so (despite the challenges of the previous night). after traveling to various countries during crystallis' asia tour, today's itinerary led her away from the bustling city to the serene north chungcheong province, where the pace of life was more relaxed.

taking in a deep breath of the crisp, fresh air, jaehwa strolled across the mancheonha skywalk. the ground beneath her consisted of thick, transparent glass, offering a mesmerizing view of the forest below. heights held no fear for jaehwa which allowed her to confidently stand at the edge of the platform, arms resting on the railings. "it's lovely here, isn't it? takes your mind off everything," she remarked to the person standing beside her.

hyuntae knew that max had way more experience in this type of thing then he did. he had even been able to participate in future dreams. he deserved the spot in type zero. but was this because his self-esteem was plummeting because of something personal happening the previous night. he couldn't get the words out of his head. 'no-one important'. if he wasn't important to even his 'best friend' then how would he be important to millions of already solid type zero fans. hyuntae took a deep breath sliding down the wall of the practice room.

thankfully no-one was there yet and he had the room to himself. since his dorm was empty there wasn't really any reason for him to be there. so why not continue practicing until he got the dance at least perfect. thats when he saw someone walk into the studio. he quickly straightened himself up and waited for the other trainee to fully come in. "hey max! come to practice more too?" he knew that max's excuse wasn't the same as tae's but why not have more practice in during such a nervewracking time?

“hello darling”, hyukjae didn’t even knock on the forge that morning, he simply entered as if it were the most normal thing in the world. he had only just arrived at the palace and judging by the way he was carrying one of his blades, something was definitely wrong.

hyukjae had gotten to know max over the years. having a skilled blacksmith around was always a good thing, but befriending him was a plus. they had this catand dog relationship where hyukjae prided himself on making max so angry at him that he sometimes thought he should fear for his life when he understood that the man was surrounded by weapons on a daily basis.

but the traveler also knew that max was an extremely kind person, at least to him. and hyukjae was sure that having himself around the smith was one of the highlights of his day.

“one of my children needs your attention”," he wanted to start explaining what had happened on his last trip, but he noticed that max seemed a little worried, and that immediately put him on alert. “what happened? You do not look … not like Max.”

“Here you go!” Parker says with a grin as he taps an ice cream on his best friend’s shoulder before plopping down on the grass beside him. The sun has long set but whatever light still manages to linger, clinging on until night fully sets in. The day had been bright, hot and humid, but it has started to cool down a little, at least to the point that it feels comfortable to hang out outside. His first summer in Korea had been an experience, but he had come to love drinking beer and eating chicken by the Han River, forgetting momentarily about training. He didn’t grow up in Korea, but it felt just right. 

Keens still slightly bent in front of him, Parker works on carefully unwrapping his own ice cream, sure that despite how close the convenience store had been, and the dropping temperature that it’s probably has already started melting. Once free, he takes a bite and leans back on one palm, letting himself take in the view before him. It still surprises him how a foreign country could feel like home, but even with everything that has transpired since Type Zero’s return from China, he’s glad to be back. “I heard the company is sending the trainee’s on a trip, you excited?” He comments, turning to look at Max with a smile. A trip would also be good for Max seeing as his boyfriend also seemed to have left while Parker was away. “I heard some younger kids talking about it the other day at the company— I’m jealous! Haha!”
