I think you've said that you have pots - do you ever find that your feet/calfs are totally different sizes? I haven't been diagnosed yet but my feet swell like crazy even sitting at my desk and I get dizzy standing up so I suspect *something* is wrong, and I recently got a air of boots that fit perfectly on one foot and couldn't even zip past my ankle on the other one. I don't know if my body is just weird or if I need to cave nd buy compression gear or what 😭

I do have POTS! It absolutely sounds to me like you need to try out compression socks tbh!

Blood pooling can definitely make your feet swell up, and it could be uneven especially if you've been sitting down, and doing something like tapping one of your feet (therefore engaging the muscles) while leaving the other one still.

I just got a pack of knee high compression socks on amazon and wear them every day morning till evening. It helps so much! Compression is like magic for POTS, I swear. You might want to try them out for smaller amounts of time at first, see how you feel and build up from there :)

There's a buff gym rat that comes through my work that makes me want to risk it all. But how do I know if he's a top or bottom or if he even likes the same sex? How do I try and ask him or even if he likes me
