-Traveling Frog Jumps聽- You will want to squat down past 90 degrees, touch the floor with finger tips, then jump forward. Repeat.

-Squat Jump Forward, Feet close together聽- Make sure your knees are not going over your toes!聽
-Weighted air squat hold, side step-together (4 on L side, 4 on R side)聽- You're going to stay in a squat position and walk sideways switching sides after 4 steps.

-Weighted, Traveling Toe Lunge twist聽- Watch this video to see how. You will do it just like this except for 3 adjustments:
