Top Benefits of Implementing an Employee Training System in Your Organization
Modern businesses depend fundamentally on employee training systems to reach their organizational goals. Every organization that wants to reach higher productivity and workforce efficiency along with better compliance should implement some kind of structured learning system. Your enterprise LMS system will simplify training procedures so workers can enhance their skills, leading to successful business growth.
Your organization will gain these primary advantages by implementing an employee training system.
1. Improved Employee Performance
The employees demonstrate greater competence and confidence at their work following structured training programs. Updates on the most recent technological breakthroughs are presented, and thereby, it allows the employees to learn new information and hone whatever they already know. The resulting quality work produced with the optimum levels of efficiency leads to good organizational performance.
2. Higher Productivity
The efficient employee training system saves the time of employees figuring out tasks themselves. With streamlined learning, the employees become more proficient faster and improve efficiency and productivity. Enterprise LMS systems can offer on-demand training to employees, thus allowing them to upskill without disrupting their workflow.
3. Improved Employee Retention
It demonstrates to employees that the corporation is concerned with their growth and improvement in their profession. This ends in loyalty, decreases turnover quotes, and reduces the fee of recruiting and onboarding new employees. Organizations that provide employee training systems will receive workers who dedicate themselves to organizational success.
4. Compliance and Risk Minimization
All recent industries must conduct compliance training because it ensures strict regulatory compliance. The structured educational content along with the completion tracking system within employee training systems protects organizations from industry standards violations. This ensures that employees adhere to legal and safety regulations, reducing the risk of non-compliance penalties.
5. Cost-Effective Learning Solution
Traditional training methods cost money and time. The best LMS for small businesses is the less expensive option to be accessed via the digital module, accessed online. Online training presents financial benefits because it helps organizations reduce their expenses related to instructor fees and printed material costs alongside travel expenses.
6. Centralized Learning and Knowledge Retention
A cloud-based learning management system functions as a unified digital storage that enables employees to find appropriate courses at any time. Employee knowledge retention improves because they can access training content whenever needed. The system maintains equal training standards throughout the entire organization.
7. Scalability for Business Growth
The expansion of organizations creates increased demand for training solutions that can be easily scaled. An enterprise LMS system would help an organization train its personnel geographically and across locations with no barriers, but easily with added new courses, content changes, and staff onboarding being carried out uniformly with the learning experience being alike for everyone involved.
8. Customization and Personalization
Employee training systems allow an organization to define the learning path by an employee's job and skill levels. Tailored learning will include more participation by learners and satisfactory outcomes. Furthermore, it enables any enterprise to place its tailor-made eLearning content inside the package. This system enables the corporation to reach its goals, which are defined by its organizational targets.
9. Monitoring And Reporting On Time
Training systems contain analytic and reporting capabilities that allow employers to track employee development and assess their performance. Managers have access to data, which helps them both identify skill deficiencies and evaluate training success so they can use this information to transform their training methods. The automated reporting system creates transparent accountability throughout the workforce.
10. Supports Remote and Hybrid Work Models
Businesses empower workers to maintain ongoing education through employee training systems when they use remote and hybrid work arrangements. By using their digital platforms, workers receive industry-related content with organization guidelines and necessary skills for their roles no matter where they are located.
11. Promotes a Culture of Continuous Learning
An organization that organizes its training system builds a learning-based organizational culture. Employees pursue new learning opportunities because they may continuously access training materials under this system. The work culture serves as an innovative force that enables adaptability and professional development, which helps organizations maintain their position in a dynamic market environment.
12. Supports Leadership Development
Training systems function as essential processes that enable organizations to recognize future leaders and help develop them. The management of an organization delivers leadership training programs to prepare these high-potential employees for management roles. Leadership development provides a constant stream of competent professionals prepared for increased accountability that will help strengthen the longer-term success of the company.
13. Bridges Employee Skills Gaps
The training of employees serves to fill performance gaps across workforce competencies within organizational groups. The implementation of specific learning programs provides staff with essential competencies that improve organizational dependence on external hiring while nurturing internal talent.
Conclusion
An employee training system is an investment in the strategic improvement of the workforce's efficiency, compliance, and business growth. Skills Assurance is one of the leading platforms that streamline workforce management and project compliance, ideal for small businesses or large enterprises seeking a reliable and scalable training solution. The right training system will be the best decision for your company to succeed in the long run.

It's August, so I wanted to start posting all the ko-fi commissions that I've done since last summer that have been sitting in my drafts.
I started on an anthology comic this time last year that is now in the coloring stage and that's been a very, very time consuming project; I was asked not to share details until artist announcements were made, so I've been vague about it the entire time (still waiting…) Also around the same time, I got several big batch orders (I'm still working on the last batch, but I won't be uploading it here to avoid spoilers for the project) so everything took more and more time…
Thank you everyone for supporting me and waiting patiently!
#Orion's Art#commission#Uncharted#Chloe Frazer#Sam Drake#Harry Flynn#Trigun#Other's OC#Vash the Stampede#Nicholas D. Wolfwood#Meryl Stryfe#cw smoking#long post#long long long ass post#commissions are technically closed at the moment#I have to finish the last big batch#and the comic#after that...#I'm going to go all-out on charity stuff#until everything is settled into a manageable rhythm#and then The Future#whatever that is#I want to make an artbook#and learn some programming#game stuff...#and eat ice cream...#I want to open commissions again in the future#and draw more people's characters#but I must admit I'm very tired

“do the hardest task first”
no. just… no.
hot take: this doesn’t work for people with adhd (in my experience/from what i’ve heard from other people with adhd in my life). i recommend doing the easy/moderately difficult stuff first, that way you can convince yourself that it’s all going to be this easy and undemanding. then hyper-focus will kick in because your brain is like, “yeah, we can do this, we’ve got this.” then, before you know it, you’ve completed both the easy tasks and the hard tasks while hyperfocusing.
like, on a serious note, it’s always been easier for me to convince myself to get the most difficult tasks done when i’m already working/in the working frame of mind, not when i’m laying in bed or sitting on the couch, mindlessly scrolling through stuff on my phone, and struggling to start at all.
if the choice comes down to you not starting at all or starting with the easiest task first (which, for me, it often does), always, always pick starting with the easiest task first. sometimes you need a small victory, a little bit of an accomplishment, to give you the courage to take on bigger challenges.
#adhd#audhd#in my experience… ‘study tips’ or ‘time management tips’ from neurotypical people will almost never work for us#they don’t conceptualize time the same way we do#they don’t look at challenges the same way we do#it’s okay to take bits and pieces of their advice#ya know… whatever parts of it work for you#but don’t think that you have to use all the strategies and programs that they do to be successful#because you don’t#all that fake business soft skills/mental health guru/grind mindset stuff is total bullshit#pick strategies that speak to/work for you#it’s okay to fail at things and to have to try again#it’s okay to make mistakes and not get shit done sometimes#sometimes you need a fucking break#it’s okay to start with the easy stuff first and just ease your way into being productive#it’s okay to hyperfocus and work for hours on end sometimes#if it’s hard for you to take breaks when you’re studying and you feel like you learn better if you stay in that hyperfocused zone#than just go until the hyperfocus wears off#then take a break… eat… nourish your body… take care of yourself… and come back later#maybe later is later on that day#maybe later is tomorrow#either way is completely fine#do what works best for you#work with your neurodivergent brain… no against it#pol’s diary <3

going into my final week of classes and we always have one last week after the final paper (so the professors have time for grading) where typically the only work we have is one last discussion post.
usually, this post is pretty simple and light (to go easy on us after the final). my ethics class is like “summarize your conclusions from your final paper! :)” and my communications class is like “tell the class about your career goals! :)”
meanwhile, statistics…
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/59c55e2d7c09f92e108fc6bfa7ada488/6c94721f35984e1c-03/s540x810/df7c48ad7e046b298b51b21d47afd961eb1f10d3.jpg)
#which is very easy - it’s just FUNNY#you thought we were done learning new material after the final? THINK AGAIN!!!!!!!!#READ THE PYTHON SCRIPT AND WEEP#no but stats was my favorite class this semester…#i still wanna take stats II but i haven’t decided for sure yet#it’s a lot of work but it’s very straightforward work#as opposed to my environmental and communications courses that involve a lot of opinion#which is fine but can be really tiring when the thing they want my opinion about is stupid or repetitive#like. FOUR courses made me take that one environmental footprint calculator quiz…#FOUR SEPARATE COURSES#and it’s like. i’m not saying it’s not important - but i GET IT!!!!!!!#at this point it’s just a waste of my time - teach me something i don’t already know!#i definitely should have taken a different online program but that’s beside the point#it’ll even out once i get my master’s#and i’m ultimately happy to have had the ‘broader’ education of environmental science (with a communication minor)#bc i think that’ll serve me better in management later in my career#even if it makes early career stuff more difficult

I got a letter from my excellent friend today, so that's absolutely made my day.
Yesterday we went on a long walk up a local hill, which tired us out and I ended up having a nap. The transition from August to September has been especially sharp here, with the last day of August being glorious sunshine, and then the first two days of September being full of mist and drizzle, which made the walk up the hill rather bracing. To commemorate the last days of summer, I have attached an image from back when it was sunny here.

Much could be said interrogating the concept of "gifted kid burnout" or "smart kid syndrome" or whatever you call it, and much of it's been said better than I can
But what gets to me about it sometimes is that.... I feel like people have described a reasonable concept and then related themselves to it backwards. Or taken a real problem and constructed their concept of it backwards.
Like yeah, it does kind of fuck a person up to be highly rewarded in this extremely arbitrary constructed environment, which incidentally is where you spend most of your waking hours, while being told that it's all deeply related to your excellence and worth as a person. And then when you leave that constructed environment, you fall apart and fail to function in all sorts of ways, because you've built your skills to so completely rely on that environment (while being told this is the best most excellent thing you could do and the best most valuable way to be).
And it basically leaves a person with several options:
1) cling tighter to the structure that validates you. Dedicate yourself to reaffirming that the structure itself is meaningful to reinforce it's ability to impart meaning back to you. Spend your whole life running from failure.
2) realize that you can't keep up with the demands, but construct this as either a personal failing or a failing of the system to train you well enough. Keep seeking sources of validation to replace the hole in your sense of self-worth where being special used to go.
3) realize that the whole thing was kind of a scam from the start. Being ranked is bad. Proving value is bad. Learn to do things and enjoy things without having to be good at them or prove something.
And the thing is that I think option 3 is necessary to actually be at peace with yourself as a person. (And also, it's necessary to find true solidarity with people who were fucked up by the same system on the opposite end, being told they *weren't* good enough. Which is worse. The fact that that's worse doesn't mean I can't or won't talk about how this one sucks, but if you can't acknowledge that that one's worse, I think that's a problem.)
Anyway. Probably I'm barking up entirely the wrong tree, because the whole concept of "gifted burnout" is basically the domain of people who are stuck on option 2. And it's not like I don't see tons of stuff aimed at "it's ok to be bad at things! Enjoy it anyway!" Like that message is very much out there and in ways that I can infer to mean other people are also wrangling with this same stuff.
The problem is. Sometimes I have a problem and this type of framing is the only way I have to get at it. Sometimes I take a class where I accidentally fall into the role of being the Whizz Kid, and it's a weird sort of adrenaline hit, where being Good At The Thing feels really good and important but it takes up too much of my brainspace and I find myself more easily frustrated and it's harder to find contentment. And then I have to unpick that whole thing and walk it back and remind myself that it literally doesn't matter to be good at the thing. It's just a thing and you're just some guy and you can engage with the actual world rather than the abstract field of Showing Off Land. Like it's this whole other plane of social interaction, which may or may not exist - as in, no one else in the room is necessarily there with you, sending or receiving any signals on that frequency - but you can get stuck there. And it feels bad to be stuck there, constantly sending out "look aren't I special?" and getting upset if you don't recieve back enough pings of "wow you're so special." What is this bullshit? I don't want to be that guy. I don't like that it runs so deeply in me that it can be activated by accident.
Sometimes I do something that turns out pretty well and I want to be regular proud of it but I find myself ping-ponging between thinking I'm amazing and unprecedented and thinking that actually it's probably stupid and all sorts of people can do it - and what sort of fucked up value scale is that? It turned out pretty good and that's neat. It doesn't matter how *common* it is, that isn't anything. If it's worth doing it's worth there being plenty of it.
Like it's fine. It's fine. I've learned to recognize it and I know how to combat it so I walk myself back out of it. It just also kind of sucks. And sometimes, I wish I had an easy way to vent about it, without falling into the whole circlejerk of people coming up with backhanded ways to tell each other they're still special enough. Rather than actually deeply accepting that it's ok that you're not any better than other people.
You are just some guy! Huzzah!
#The thing I'm trying to process here currently. Is why the way someone is hyping up my skills is making me dysphoric.#I had to work through this layer of 'is this imposter syndrome? is this the thing where you have to embrace that you actually do#have the skills? That someone is making a big deal out of it but you actually can do that so embrace it?'#But it like. It legitimately feels like being misgendered feels. Like you're framing me in a way that I do not want any part of.#I can do the thing you're asking me to do. That's within my capacity. I do not have the nebulous skillset/personality type you've imagined#and also I don't think it's a category that actually exists. I think it's a collective construction in showing-off-land.#And I don't want to go there and I don't want to be in that box.#I need to figure out a way to manage the sensation of being trotted around like a showpony for some skill i want to use#I want to use these skills and be able to learn and grow in those directions. Without it being a whole Talent Thing.#it's computer programming related which is probably the highest density of cultural bullshit factors it could have.#slash personal baggage factors because the classes I took in programming were probably some of the most Gifted Bullshit dynamics ever#So trial by fire I guess.#In terms of figuring out how to be chill about it.#Sorry it's extreme navel gazing hours over here#long post

What Are the Qualifications for a Data Scientist?
In today's data-driven world, the role of a data scientist has become one of the most coveted career paths. With businesses relying on data for decision-making, understanding customer behavior, and improving products, the demand for skilled professionals who can analyze, interpret, and extract value from data is at an all-time high. If you're wondering what qualifications are needed to become a successful data scientist, how DataCouncil can help you get there, and why a data science course in Pune is a great option, this blog has the answers.
The Key Qualifications for a Data Scientist
To succeed as a data scientist, a mix of technical skills, education, and hands-on experience is essential. Here are the core qualifications required:
1. Educational Background
A strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or computer science is typically expected. Most data scientists hold at least a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields, with many pursuing higher education such as a master's or a Ph.D. A data science course in Pune with DataCouncil can bridge this gap, offering the academic and practical knowledge required for a strong start in the industry.
2. Proficiency in Programming Languages

The plan: Introductory Post
Hello everyone!
I'm mostly writing this post to pin it to my blog page for those who visit.
The heart of this blog is tracking a website I will build from the ground up. This includes the front-end, back-end, UX/UI design, and any other planning/work that pops up.
For some context, around a year ago, I started practicing web development to make it my career. However, things turned out differently than expected. I got another job after having horrendous luck finding work. I really enjoy it, so it snuffed out my drive to find a career in web development.
However, I've always liked web development and programming in general. I've always wanted to use it, but I just didn't have any ideas I wanted to commit to. Now, I have a site that I feel I can turn into a full-fledged application, and I'd like to track it here for those interested and connect with others interested.
I've been on a six-month hiatus, so I'm pretty rusty, but I've decided I want to build the site using Svelte and Supabase. Svelte has always been the framework I wanted to learn, so this website is the perfect excuse. I also have experience with Firebase, but I wanted to challenge myself by learning Supabase. Most of my experience is with React and Next.js. I've used them for volunteer work and for freelancing gigs in the past.
I'll also give a brief summary of my website for common understanding. The MVP will start as a blog, but I plan to expand it to turn it into an informative database (sort of like Wikipedia) and have some interactive elements. I won't get into the meat of the idea, but that's what to expect with my posts. But before that, my posts will mostly be centered around a summary of my learning. Since I'm learning Svelte, my current posts will be based on that.
Thanks for stopping by, and I look forward to hearing your comments or insights moving forward! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Someone insisting we don't learn language intuitively unless homeschooled...Did...did your parents put in you in school at 18 months of age? Did a teacher go around a room of toddlers with a dictionary saying, "This is what 'mama' means"? Because if the answer to that is no--and it is definitely no--you learned language intuitively, like everyone else. The finer points you learn in school, and later on your own, but even as you're doing that, you're still picking up words and phrases just by talking to people and reading.
#I was perfectly polite in my response to her#but she clearly wants to have a superiority complex#“you must have been homeschooled by an illiterate”#wasn't homeschooled and in fact excelled in English and creative writing classes#and happen to come from a family with three English teachers and two university professors thank you very much#language is and has been a particular interest of mine#when I did manage to get hold of a dictionary and thesaurus after leaving my mother to live with my nana#(one of the aforementioned English teachers) I pored over those for hours#but I didn't learn every word there is to know#that would be impossible#I was also an avid reader#I have learned many words from the dictionary or actively looking them up#but I've also learned intuitively because that is the primary way we learn language#sometimes the words you learn intuitively end up not being to the accepted definition#that's just how it goes#when writing you try to catch yourself#particularly on proof-read#like there's a fucking reason it's much more difficult to acquire a new language after the age of 10 years#and it's not because we become less adept at reading a dictionary or thesaurus after that age#but hey if we want to make baseless assumptions I'll assume she was one of those kids in the gifted program#who never got over the fact it meant absolutely nothing

I have been super close to a robust number of artists over the years and it is hugely funny how much I absolutely just fucking hate the process of creating digital art
#I've picked up nothing#desperately trying to make some new channel assets and I would rather tweeze my nose hairs#just shit some shapes on a couple of canvases hoping I'll open them again in the future and poke them again#and rinse and repeat until I have something#it's not even that self depreciating “I hate my own art” thing#frankly I LOVE my own art especially when I have An Idea That I Manage To Implement#what I fucking hate is digital art programs#it feels like drawing with reacher grabbers instead of arms#I know I don't want to learn the motor skills required to freehand draw (because I am not excited by it)#so here we are in aseprite vacillating between yelling at my monitor and arranging squares#by the time I even get a workable file and upload it to stream elements then I have negative patience for stream elements#which I also LOATHE#sidebar there are so many programs that grid has no problems with that I Cannot Comprehend#which would be super funny if it wasn't all the programs I need to use in order to make the ONE HOBBY I HAVE any better
