Yes, I've been RUBBING 2-3x daily....with FLABuLESS since I was introduced to it in October. . . No, I didn't believe that a RUB could do anymore for my physique than my reverse diet and workouts did. I'm a nutrition nerd so science is science...yet, something has been happening for people who hadn't made any lifestyle changes....their stomach went down, they saw more definition in areas of concern, the cellulite was smoothed out....in a shorter amount of time than body contouring 😳 . . 😞😟😢😩 I only lost 3 lbs I only lost 5 lbs I only lost 10 lbs I only lost 20 lbs...... . . I hear this so often....yet here's another way to look at what you released... 5 pounds of FAT released is better than zero fat lost! Fun fact: Fat loss looks WAY different than weight loss which includes mostly water loss/excess 💩 that you may have been holding onto. If you lift weights, you hold more water (also known as glycogen) within your muscles....which is also why many think muscle weighs more than fat! . . Be careful NOT to get romanced by everything quick and fast (weight loss cleanse, detoxes, wraps, etc)....cause, YES YOU CAN release excess 💧water weight quickly, BUT if you don't learn how to eat for your goals and as a LIFESTYLE....after the weight is gone, you'll find the weight again...because you never learned how to sustain your results (even after lipo, tummy tuck, lap band, gastric bypass, etc)....👀 - Fat Loss vs Weight Loss Lean vs Skinny Fat - ✔Do the work (nutrition and exercise) ✔Trust the process ✔Realize that 5 lbs lost in 5 days looks different than 5 lbs of fat released in 4-8 weeks. ✔Celebrate your success along the way without food or sweets involved ✔Plan out your meals this week and move more so you can set yourself up for success and better health! "I don't eat after 7pm, cause I don't wanna gain weight!" Have you ever said this or heard someone say it so YOU stopped eating after 7pm too? 🍩 DOES EATING AFTER 7 or 8PM MAKE YOU FAT? 🔥 - It's a common question, but the short answer is NO. - Here's why: - 🔥Your body is constantly burning energy for fuel from 2 sources: - 1️⃣ Your body fat 2️⃣ The food you eat - Weight gain happens from being in a caloric surplus (eating more calories than you burn) over time. Weight loss happens from being in a caloric deficit over time. - So if you burn 2500 calories during the day and save 1000 (or however many you want within your 2500 allotment) to eat right before bed, you'll still be within your maintenance calorie limits. - 😇 So0o0o0o0o0o while your body will be digesting the food during your sleep, you'll end up burning off what you stored the next day. - 😘 And if you were to eat all 2500 calories before noon, then eat nothing until the next morning, you'd burn mostly fat that night during sleep. - ➡️ If you wanted to lose fat, and you ate a big meal of 1000 calories in the morning and 1000 calories right before bed, you'd still create a 500 calorie deficit and magically... you'd lose fat over time even while stuffing your face before bed! 😁 - 🦄 How's that for some magic nutrition math? - #StayWoke instafam.
