Robotic Affirming
Hi lovelies!
Let’s talk Robotic Affirming! Robotic affirming is a manifestation method that works using repetition to replace assumptions and beliefs:
Key principles: (to any method / during manifestation)
- Repetition
- Saturation
- Persistence
- Discipline
Understanding Robotic Affirming:
Robotic affirming works by mindlessly affirming all throughout the day. You do not need to feel it real or visualise, you are simply repeating a (preferably short) affirmation over and over to saturate your mind and replace previous dominant thoughts / assumptions you held.
Saturating your mind is how you create new beliefs. Whether you work with affirmations or states, you saturate your mind with the decision you are making to change.
Ways to robotically affirm:
1. Mindlessly affirming for set periods of time or at any moment that you do not need to be focusing on something (like work or school). Mindless / robotic just means you are repeating the affirmation without thinking about it or needing to feel emotion
2. 10 minute method/ Power affirming: set a timer for ten minutes in which you only repeat your affirmation(s) (1-2). Do not focus on anything else, just your affirmations.
3. SATS affirming: if you struggle with visualisation you can also robotically affirm yourself to sleep :) just repeat the affirmations over and over, don’t think too hard about it. I like to count and affirm “1 I am *affirmation*. 2. I am *affirmation*. 3. i am *affirmation*” and so on.
When working with robotic affirmations it is best to work with 1-2 max 3 affirmations at a time, as it is just easier to remember and repeat less affirmations. Over time (not a long time) you will find yourself automatically start to affirm when you are not doing anything/ randomly thinking of your affirmations! it makes affirming feel far more normal.
Tip: if you get distracted easily, or to make it fun, use a counter app and see how many times you can affirm in the 10 minutes (or longer!).
Persistence as with any manifestation is key. If you have thoughts that pop up that don’t align with your affirmations, do not just allow them to sit and complain in your head. Those thoughts are irrelevant to who you now are deciding to be. It takes discipline to create new assumptions - but not a long time (unless you continuously assume it does). If an unfavourable thought pops up, take a deep breath and remember, this does not align with you anymore. it is irrelevant.
E.G.
my affirmation is: I have 5 thousand dollars in my bank account.
thought pops up: Man I am so broke.
Response: No, actually i know that i have five thousand dollars in my bank account so that thought is so irrelevant to me. *let the thought through and then move on! Do not let negative thoughts stress you out. you are doing everything right!*
Finding your strengths
not everyone will enjoy robotic affirming, they may find it tiring to affirm all the time and that’s fine. For me it is a simple and healthy habit that keeps my mind busy on positive saturation in time periods where typically negative thoughts may pop up!
For some visualisation and states may be tiring! So maybe this will suit you :)
Remember that it is not your affirmations that manifest, it is you. You are using the affirmations to change your subconscious beliefs - even if you don’t believe the affirmations, the repetition and saturation will train your mind - unless you spend all the time counter-affirming about “oh it is not working”, it is literally only not working because you are deciding it isn’t….
Also i really do not care if another content creator states “erm robotic affirming doesn’t work”, it may not have ‘worked’ for them but it has worked time and time again for others! As always, do not let one’s experience dictate what can and cannot work for you.

As a final note i want to remind you that manifestation is not a process it is a decision. You are not affirming to get something, you are affirming as a reminder to yourself of what is already yours. As you saturate your mind with this it becomes an undeniable fact to your mind and as such the 3D will reflect it.

SIDE NOTES: ‣ An "anchor" is a means to remind yourself to maintain mental focus and lucidity. Gently attach your awareness to the something and allowing it to act as an "anchor".
‣ You will know when you have entered the hypnagogic state if you feel your awareness slipping from you/dozing off to unconscious sleep and you feel extremely drowsy, foggy, groggy - like you could just barely open your eyelids if you forced it and hard to think or form proper thoughts.
‣ It doesn’t matter whether you actually believe in your assumptions so continue to persist and don’t focus on the doubts.

Most of us always focus on the process of shifting, the symptoms, the 5 senses, overanalyze our process and being very critical of ourselves, we try to analyze why we don't shift, giving ourselves excuses and explanations Saying "I didn't do enough", "I should have tried harder" I wish you guys to STOP THAT.
Actually, none of the above matters. The reason you think the methods, meditation, etc matters it's because of your assumptions and beliefs because you didn't get there and you think "you're doing something wrong" and you ARE NOT, leave that mentality behind and stop seeing shifting as a task or obligation, as something with steps that must be followed to the letter.
Stop and get back to BASICS, When you are trying to get to your DR, stop thinking and focus on "I have to get there" just think that YOU ARE THERE, think ABOUT YOU, about your dr self, who are you in your dr? This is why it is very important that you like your dr's self, and not just an "improved 2.0 me, now with ultra-powered engines" because it just makes you feel uncomfortable, and you need to feel comfortable with being your dr self, You must like being yourself, you must know yourself, dive into your brain and connect with your dr self and with who you're there.
And when you connect with who you are there, forget about everything else, forget how many breaths you have to take, what number you are on, or if you visualize enough, just connect with you, with who you are. By connecting with your 5 senses and with the environment, you are not traveling, I mean this is okay but when you're trying to shift, the shift it's in the mindset, not in the around, it happens in your subconscious, it happens when you become that person, you are becoming your dr self not your environment, WHO ARE YOU? Connect with that person. Start with "Who am I?" "What am I doing here?" "What is my name?" Until it becomes a natural flow, connect with your thoughts until it becomes a natural flow. You did it, you've shifted, when you are fully connected to your dr self and you no longer need to think like your dr self thinks, you are there, and nothing else matters, fuck if "your environment tells you otherwise", It doesn't matter what you see, hear or feel anymore, you are in your dr and you are your dr's person. You know that you're there because of your mindset, enjoy that because that is shifting, that is change, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE, this is manifesting, and manifestation happens instantly when you change your mindset.
The process of shifting doesn't have to take a long time, it doesn't have to take years, the only reason it takes you so long is because you see it as homework. Get out of that mindset, connect with yourself, change your mindset, delate everything else, stop making everything so difficult. "I didn't shift last night because-" STOP, there's no reason you haven't shifted. We shift in every decision we make, when you go to bed YOU HAVE ALREADY SHIFTED, but you are not going to accept it and you MUST accept it.

Why you should embody your dr self (good for lazy shifters):
You should try to connect with your dr self instead of using the five senses or connecting with your dr it's because:
1. It's a bit backwards to try to connect with your surroundings instead of yourself. As I said before, you are not shifting to be your environment, you are shifting to be you, to be your dr self. (Although I'm not saying that using all 5 senses is a bad thing, but you shouldn't focus only on that)
2. Embodying your dr self bypasses all the extra shit about you just lying in your bed trying to shift. The moment you connect with your dr's self, you have already shifted, because if you were not in your dr you would not be able to access the thoughts of your dr self. And when you are focused on this, you are no longer focused on the symptoms and that is the best thing that can happen to you because YOU SHOULDN'T FOCUS ON THE SYMPTOMS because it's not a physical process, physical change comes after the change of mentality. Connecting with your dr self's thoughts is much better than memorizing affirmations and meditating, it's more natural, you enjoy it more and it's less tiring.
3. In the case that your physical environment does not end up changing, you end up connecting with your dr self (THAT IS SO IMPORTANT) you alredy had the mindset shift. And many people when they start doing all this, they start having dreams about themselves being their dr self, and having experiences in their dreams being their dr self, and that is SO GOOD (it's literally happening to me) Taking this post into account, I assure you that YOU WILL SEE CHANGES YES OR YES this is a connecting point.

In imagination, nothing is hard or easy, everything just is. And so, learn to just be without littering it with fear, doubt, worry, urgency, impatience and what not. Ponder upon it, when you imagine, isn't everything already so? And is it not already so, now? Isn't that what you are yearning for? So why do you reject it? Because its 'not real'? Because 'it's just imagination'? Because 'It's not clothed in the 3d form yet'? Neville says you must yield to it, no questions asked and he says If you judge after appearances, you will continue to be enslaved by them. All these doubts arise when you try to feel the wish fulfilled while still thinking in terms of the 3D, still not letting it go, still not letting it be. No, you must let go of it, fully. Its like you're hugging the 4D while your pinky is linked with the 3D behind your back. You must pick one. And it must be the inner world, if you truly wish to be fulfilled for it is the only place that truly fulfills you without conditions and qualifications. Remember, what you wish for is not too far fetched, not impossible, not improbable. In fact, what you seek for is seeking you. Imagination is all giving regardless of how big or small you think your desire is, regardless of how hard and easy you think it is because In imagination, nothing is hard or easy, everything just is.

You have probably read it a million times, you control the 3D, you've also probably doubted it a million times. Why do you keep giving in to the 3D? Why do you continuously search for validation? Why do you keep asking yourself where it is?
The answer is simple, you still believe the 3D to be the true reality. You refuse to even entertain the idea that it can be wrong. "Ok but I don't have it" Says who? The 3D? The 3D is only saying it because you are.
If you never listen to another word I say listen to me now:
The reason you're struggling is because you see the physical world as immovable and final. The 3d is MALLEABLE and CANNOT exist if you do not validate it.
The SECOND you decide something is yours IT IS. STOP looking for validation from the 3D when the ONLY real validation comes from you.
Be honest with yourself is the 3D really "resisting" you or are you resisting the idea that your desire is FACT. So many people get stuck on this because they don't realize that yes, deciding you have it IS ENOUGH.
And because I get the same comment every time I tell people they already have it:
before you comment "where is it then", it isn't here because you do not hold the assumption that it is.
"Oh but I do" No. If you did truly believe you have it you would never argue with me to say that you don't.
Your subconscious will believe anything you tell it and produce proof of what you're telling it into your reality. So stop telling it you're struggling to manifest, if you say you're successful you are.

When you sleep, you go through about four stages:
Stage 1 - This is the transition from wakefulness to sleep, lasting about 5-10 minutes. In this stage, you close your eyes and get comfy in bed.
Stage 2 - This stage, which makes up about 45% of your sleep, lasts 25-30 minutes. Your eye movement stops, your heart rate and breathing slow, and your muscles relax. K-complexes, which are brief, high-amplitude brain waves, occur sporadically. They help protect sleep by reducing responses to external stimuli and supporting memory consolidation. Simultaneously, sleep spindles, which are bursts of rhythmic brain activity, help integrate sensory information and maintain sleep stability.
Stage 3 - Known for deep sleep, this stage lasts about 30-40 minutes and is your body in its most relaxed state. You become less aware of your surroundings during this stage.
Stage 4 (REM sleep) - Most commonly occurring after about 90 minutes of the first three stages, REM sleep involves rapid eye movement and temporary muscle paralysis (so that you don't move in response to your dreams. How cool is that?). This excludes your eyes and breathing muscles. Brain activity increases, leading to vivid dreams. REM sleep lasts 10 to 90 minutes and gets longer with each cycle. Dreams can happen at any stage, but they're most vivid and frequent during REM sleep.

Each stage is associated with a different type of brain wave. 
The most common brain waves, produced in waking hours, are called beta waves. In stage 1, your brain produces alpha waves; which shift to theta waves as you relax. In stage 2 the previously explained k-complexes and sleep spindles occur. Between these short bursts, your brain is producing theta waves. In stage 3 your brain is producing delta waves. These are the slowest brain waves and are (obviously) a characteristic of deep sleep. In stage 4 (REM) your brain waves are most similar to how they are when awake, which means your brain is dominantly producing beta waves.

I ALMOST SHIFTED AFTER 4 YEARS THANKS TO SHIFTBLR
i didnt think i would end up posting on this account but im too excited to not say anything about it.
so ive been apart of the shifting community on tiktok for about 4 years, but ive never had any success.
i just downloaded tumblr a couple weeks ago after deciding that shifttok was annoying LOL. i started to look at shifting here and take in some better info. i was focusing more on loa and myself rather than scavenging for some perfect “method” that was going to work.
ive been doing a lot of affirmations with loa and changing my mindset from “ugh this is so hard i cant do it” to “i have everything i want”
something felt different today, before my attempt i just knew i was going to do something and i kept telling myself how easy it is and how in control i am.
i laid down with no method in mind, just trusting my intention. i affirmed and visualized, occasionally drifiting off to sleep but never sleeping. i noticed i wasnt feeling my body much, and really tuned in to keep affirming.
i ended up seeing a bright light and then suddenly i felt like i was rising and falling and spinning all at the same time. i just *felt* something different like i was somewhere else. i kept affirming but the sudden onset of symptoms overwhelmed me bc its NEVER happened before. i ended up opening my eyes and i hadnt shifted, but i literally dont care because ive never been that close before. i just know i was so close and its because i had set intention and just knew how powerful my abilities are!
i realized ive been overcomplicating everything, theres no magic special method to make you shift, theres not one piece of advice that you havent found yet thats holding you back, all you need is you.

A Little Hack to Help You Live in the End :)
Hi lovelies <3
Sometimes, if our manifestation is something that is often mentioned or relevant in our lives - or rather the opposite to our manifestation - it can be a bit hard to remain disciplined and faithful to imagination / your new identity. Here’s a little hack that helps me.
Btw i did get this off of a tiktok ages ago and i have no clue where from i’m so sorry.
Imagine you are in some kind of competition, before the final results the judges call you up privately and inform you that you have won. The finale has not aired yet so nobody except you and the judges know you have won.
So now, if someone comes up to you and says “omg person B is totally gonna win” are you gonna go cry? No, because you already know you won. Are you gonna sit there and try to convince them that you’ve won, even though they love person B and are convinced they are gonna win? No, you KNOW the finale is going to air, so they’ll find out themselves without you having to go through them berating you like “why do you think you are going to win? it’s obviously person B, you’re delusional.” What people are saying right now isn’t going to change the fact you know you are going to win and that the finale reveal is going to happen.
Remain disciplined to yourself, and let it unfold.
Consciousness creates 3D reality, not the other way around.

After a 5 Month Break… I’m back With a Huge Success Story. I MANIFESTED REVERSING A REJECTION LETTER, TO ATTENDING MY DREAM SCHOOL IN A WEEK!

im back and im more motivated then ever. As you guys may know, my last post was 5 months ago as for I did NOT say I was taking a break. Welllll, I HAVE ONE OF MY BIGGEST SUCCESS STORIES YET. Before I left tumblr, I was super into “the void” and wanting to get in. Well no. Lol, Sammy Ingram snapped me right out of that. What I didn’t share was that I didn’t get into my dream school I been wanting to go for 3 years. Me and my sister was suppose to finally be going to the same school, walking on the same campus. Well let’s just say things didn’t go as planned. I didn’t get in, and when I saw my rejection letter my heart broke into a million pieces. I don’t remember how long I cried for. Until I remembered who I AM. I got myself together, and affirmed like a maniac. I affirmed through tears, hurt, through watching and hearing my friends get into their dream schools. I was depressed. I cried in school, at home, randomly throughout the day I was a mess. The 3D was slapped right in my face and even though I saw ZERO MOVEMENT. I had to practice what I preached right? I affirmed through the circumstances because I knew they weren’t permanent. Yes, and though I was sad, mad, it made me want to affirm more. I did 4 10 minute sessions everyday, with one 15 minute session. As well as robotically affirming throughout the day. I couldn’t stand me not going to the same school as my sister, especially since I HATED THE ONE I CURRENTLY WAS AT. If I didn’t get accepted I would have to return back which made me want to persist even more. I deserved this opportunity.
Of course, as the 3D is a mirror it has no choice to reflect your dominant beliefs. One day as I was in the going back home. My mom randomly said “I have exciting news for you.” Of course I asked what it was excitedly. Mind you I was still affirming even when I got in the car. She told me, that the dean of the school I wanted to get into said I still had a chance to get in, and what I need to do to get in. I needed another recommendation letter. WHATTTT? Now I affirmed that my recommendation letter was sooo good, and that my teacher KISSED MY FUCKING ASS in the recommendation letter. Literally this was my affirmations. “ I got into my dream school!” “Whatever teacher writes my recommendation letter kissed my ass, talking about how im such a good student!” Less then a week later my FINAL ACCEPTANCE LETTER COMES IN?? Now I don’t know why I didn’t get in the first time, nor do I care. THE HOW IS NOT OUR JOB TO WORRY ABOUT. WE HAVE ONE JOB. AFFIRM.

Here’s the acceptance letter, as for I manifested the rejection letter being turned into an acceptance letter! I did cross out, private information! By doing this and staying consistent, I manifested in 2 days. This just shows to stay consistent in your new assumption and stick with the new story! Your imagination is your only limit.

A simplified version of how to reality shift

Clarification: you don't need a method!!
• With this method you don't need a script or a routine before shifting.
Steps:
1. Enter a meditative state (any way you want)
2. When you're about to fall asleep, you're there
3. In this state you will begin to see complete darkness (void state, where your intentions are stronger)
4. You will begin to think/visualize what reality you want to go to, where your body is and in what position and you will begin to incorporate your five senses.
5. That is, you begin to become aware of your DR (but said like that it sounds a bit complicated, although it is NOT)
6. When you feel that you have already shifted DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES, continue concentrating a bit more on your five senses and -try- not to get so excited so as not to run the risk of ""being sent back""
If you don't understand very well about the five senses and "being aware" of your DR, here I explain it a little better
