decentring the 3D
note: this is a section of my larger post a neurodivergent breakdown of the 3D and 4D for manifesting + shifting which you can read here. someone suggested I should make this its own post, so here it is!
I came up with this idea after hearing about the feminist concept of decentring men.
what is decentring men?
the concept of decentring men is to turn away from patriarchal and male-centric perspectives and beliefs, instead turning inward and focusing on your own wants, wishes, desires, and needs. instead of looking for validation through men or other social means, you simply validate yourself. where you may have valued the social norm or others, you instead place yourself at the centre of your own life.

how can we decentre the 3D?
just like the patriarchy has taught us to seek validation from external factors like men, the world has taught us to find validation in what is right in front of us — the 3D.
like decentring men, we must learn how to find satisfaction and validation in the 4D instead of seeking instant gratification from the 3D. there are many ways to do this, including;
understanding that you are in fact in your DR / already have your manifestations
it's agreed that time is not linear, it is simply that our brain processes it as such. even if you do not personally believe in shifting or the multiverse, it has been widely agreed that time moves in all directions, not just forward. by that reasoning, you already have your desire, and you're already in your desired reality, because events exist even when our brains have not yet processed them.
take the 3D as though it were someone doubting you
have you ever expressed a dream, desire, aspiration to someone, only to be told you could never do it or it's not possible? think of the 3D as being the same way. what do you do then?
prove them wrong. brush it off your shoulders. read my post about how to do this here.
Schrödinger's Cat — understanding that you are in your DR until you allow yourself to view otherwise
Schrödinger's cat is a thought experiment that boils down to the fact that we cannot guarantee an outcome if we do not experience it, i.e. a quantum superposition, which is the principal that something can exist or be represented by multiple values (or outcomes).
the cat is both alive and dead on a quantum level, until we observe an outcome. a path has not yet been carved until we align ourselves to one. you may benefit from my post on the butterfly effect and how it validates shifting and infinite realities, which you can read here.
close your eyes. you are both in your desired reality and your original reality until you prove to yourself otherwise, as in, opening your eyes. at the same time, thanks to infinite realities, you are both in your desired reality, your original reality, and infinite more until you choose to become aware of one singular reality.
when you choose to shift, you are in your desired reality until you allow yourself to come back to your original reality, by quitting. lean into that knowledge — allow yourself to truly feel that when you visualize, affirm, or try to shift to your DR, you are genuinely there. find validation and satisfaction in that. allow yourself to say I shifted whenever you do those things.

How to shift: EMBODY YOUR DR SELF!! ☀️
Fuck the five senses

Most of us always focus on the process of shifting, the symptoms, the 5 senses, overanalyze our process and being very critical of ourselves, we try to analyze why we don't shift, giving ourselves excuses and explanations Saying "I didn't do enough", "I should have tried harder" I wish you guys to STOP THAT.
Actually, none of the above matters. The reason you think the methods, meditation, etc matters it's because of your assumptions and beliefs because you didn't get there and you think "you're doing something wrong" and you ARE NOT, leave that mentality behind and stop seeing shifting as a task or obligation, as something with steps that must be followed to the letter.
Stop and get back to BASICS, When you are trying to get to your DR, stop thinking and focus on "I have to get there" just think that YOU ARE THERE, think ABOUT YOU, about your dr self, who are you in your dr? This is why it is very important that you like your dr's self, and not just an "improved 2.0 me, now with ultra-powered engines" because it just makes you feel uncomfortable, and you need to feel comfortable with being your dr self, You must like being yourself, you must know yourself, dive into your brain and connect with your dr self and with who you're there.
And when you connect with who you are there, forget about everything else, forget how many breaths you have to take, what number you are on, or if you visualize enough, just connect with you, with who you are. By connecting with your 5 senses and with the environment, you are not traveling, I mean this is okay but when you're trying to shift, the shift it's in the mindset, not in the around, it happens in your subconscious, it happens when you become that person, you are becoming your dr self not your environment, WHO ARE YOU? Connect with that person. Start with "Who am I?" "What am I doing here?" "What is my name?" Until it becomes a natural flow, connect with your thoughts until it becomes a natural flow. You did it, you've shifted, when you are fully connected to your dr self and you no longer need to think like your dr self thinks, you are there, and nothing else matters, fuck if "your environment tells you otherwise", It doesn't matter what you see, hear or feel anymore, you are in your dr and you are your dr's person. You know that you're there because of your mindset, enjoy that because that is shifting, that is change, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE, this is manifesting, and manifestation happens instantly when you change your mindset.
The process of shifting doesn't have to take a long time, it doesn't have to take years, the only reason it takes you so long is because you see it as homework. Get out of that mindset, connect with yourself, change your mindset, delate everything else, stop making everything so difficult. "I didn't shift last night because-" STOP, there's no reason you haven't shifted. We shift in every decision we make, when you go to bed YOU HAVE ALREADY SHIFTED, but you are not going to accept it and you MUST accept it.

Why you should embody your dr self (good for lazy shifters):
You should try to connect with your dr self instead of using the five senses or connecting with your dr it's because:
1. It's a bit backwards to try to connect with your surroundings instead of yourself. As I said before, you are not shifting to be your environment, you are shifting to be you, to be your dr self. (Although I'm not saying that using all 5 senses is a bad thing, but you shouldn't focus only on that)
2. Embodying your dr self bypasses all the extra shit about you just lying in your bed trying to shift. The moment you connect with your dr's self, you have already shifted, because if you were not in your dr you would not be able to access the thoughts of your dr self. And when you are focused on this, you are no longer focused on the symptoms and that is the best thing that can happen to you because YOU SHOULDN'T FOCUS ON THE SYMPTOMS because it's not a physical process, physical change comes after the change of mentality. Connecting with your dr self's thoughts is much better than memorizing affirmations and meditating, it's more natural, you enjoy it more and it's less tiring.
3. In the case that your physical environment does not end up changing, you end up connecting with your dr self (THAT IS SO IMPORTANT) you alredy had the mindset shift. And many people when they start doing all this, they start having dreams about themselves being their dr self, and having experiences in their dreams being their dr self, and that is SO GOOD (it's literally happening to me) Taking this post into account, I assure you that YOU WILL SEE CHANGES YES OR YES this is a connecting point.

btw I don't have anything against people joining shiftblr, it's just that I'm afraid shiftblr might start to become like shiftok where everything is so "restricted?" Like you can't share anything anymore because people there seem to be so "limited?". People there are like oh why didn't you script this out, why did you script this in, why are you shifting for this person, why are you shifting to that dr. It seemed like you had to have a perfect dr, like shiftblr was like my safe space from the toxicity of shiftok, everybody is so open minded here on shiftblr. But I remember I can just block people, hopefully everybody can change their perspective and realize other people's desired realities aren't gonna hurt them.

ACTUAL KEY TO SHIFTING
Stop trying to look for external circumstances or people telling you what to do or feel.
I literally look at my 4d as if it were my 3d and it’s so amazing and I love living my desired self
If I ever doubt my dr? I can go into the 4d and literally see it and that’s how I know how real it is and that ITS THERE right here right now.
I’m tired of shifters asking me stupid questions on how they change the 3d as if it literally isn’t reflecting what you embody

Welcome shifttokers! I am Stilljuststardust! I am a LOA and reality shifting blogger. This is a guide to my blog, shiftblr, and my perspective of shifting.
Yes you're going to see a lot of LOA, many people including myself, believe manifestation and shifting are the same or at least connected.
I know it's probably overwhelming how different the community is. It is ok if you don't believe in LOA but please be respectful of those who do!
Everyone has different beliefs so please respect the original spirit of shiftblr. Please do not bring discourse here. You can block tags as well as people.

Loa/shiftblr terms and their meanings
1. 4D/3D.
These are terms to describe the inner and outer worlds. The 3D is the outer world or the physical world. I know it's overwhelming how many posts tell you "the 3D isn't real" but please don't be alarmed by this. What they mean is that what currently exists in the 3D doesn't determine what you can and can't manifest and what is and isn't true for you.
So if you're bald and you want to manifest hair, the 3D might tell you it's impossible but since it is malleable you can gain hair through persistence in the 4D. So what's the 4D? The 4D is your inner world so thoughts, visualizations, beliefs.
The idea is that if you think as if you have it the outer world will change to match your inner world.
I feel like it's important to say now before explaining anything else:
No, intrusive thoughts do not manifest.
I have very intense intrusive thoughts usually revolving around my safety and I can tell you from experience they have never once manifested. You are safe. Your intrusive thoughts cannot hurt you.
2. Robotic affirming
Also known as the love of my life. Robotic affirmations are how many people manifest when they're struggling to believe/change their assumptions.
Robotic affirmations work without belief or feeling, your only goal is repetition. Whenever the topic comes up repeat your affirmations or think as if you already have what you want. This is what I recommend for people who are struggling emotionally because it's 100% ok to feel like shit. You can still manifest and feel like shit.
You say or think something to yourself that implies you have what you want and it imprints on your subconscious. Your subconscious will believe anything you tell it and with repetition you can get it to believe anything.
Your subconscious doesn't care what is or isn't true in the physical world it only cares what you are telling it repeatedly and consistently.
An affirmation is anything you say or repeat to yourself so avoid affirming against what you're manifesting. It's not that manifestation isn't working it's just that you're manifesting the wrong thing. You are ALWAYS manifesting and LOA is just a way to filter it to give you what you want.
You repeat something, your subconscious believes you, it manifests into your reality.
3. "Ignore the 3D"
This doesn't mean what a lot of people think it means. It's easy to misinterpret this as somehow gaslighting yourself so hard you don't know what's going on around you but that is NOT what this is.
Ignoring the 3D just means when you see something you don't want you choose to affirm what you want to be true anyway.
So if you want to manifest/shift to a new house and you wake up in your old one you don't have to magically delude yourself into not knowing where you are you just chose to affirm as if you're where you want to be instead of where you are.
Obviously you're aware on some level of what's happening, that's OK. Ignoring the 3D just means staying consistent with your manifestation even when you're shown the opposite of what you want.

A simplified version of how to reality shift

Clarification: you don't need a method!!
• With this method you don't need a script or a routine before shifting.
Steps:
1. Enter a meditative state (any way you want)
2. When you're about to fall asleep, you're there
3. In this state you will begin to see complete darkness (void state, where your intentions are stronger)
4. You will begin to think/visualize what reality you want to go to, where your body is and in what position and you will begin to incorporate your five senses.
5. That is, you begin to become aware of your DR (but said like that it sounds a bit complicated, although it is NOT)
6. When you feel that you have already shifted DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES, continue concentrating a bit more on your five senses and -try- not to get so excited so as not to run the risk of ""being sent back""
If you don't understand very well about the five senses and "being aware" of your DR, here I explain it a little better
• I put this with "steps" but it was just to organize it a little more, it's a short method actually
