Do you ever get bored? 💁🏼 I get bored easily! Can you say: I think I have ADHD, but have never been diagnosed? lol! True story. 😳 I do, in fact, get bored easily. 😬 Yet at the same time, I'm a creature of habit, afraid of change, afraid to change too much for fear that I will be starting from scratch and won't get the same results. God forbid! What if we get BETTER #results?! I'd say it's certainly worth a try, worth branching out. Today I was lacking my usual drive, so I did what every smart person does, I used a lifeline: I phoned a friend, duhhhh! I called up my girl @taghareza1 and not only changed things up a bit with a @mikerashid #superset style type lift, but also had the support and extra #motivation of a good gym buddy and friend @taghareza1.
