yay I get to talk about my favourite thing in the whole world: Cabin 12

okay first drawing is Castor and Pollux [but everyone calls him Ollie] obviously. To me they're albino I don't know why. Been at camp maybe five or six years. Castor is the slut character type but he's also cottage core [and if you've read school bus graveyard he's a chill version of Aidan lol]. Ollie's studying to be a paramedic and move to NY with Chris so he's always reading despite the dyslexia. Has social anxiety. Their dad was killed in a drunk driving accident.

The big drawing is my OC, Teqi for short, a daughter of Dionysus. This drawing is after two books of angst and character development and healing, so trust she does not usually look this classy. Went insane at one point, is a human speaker, may be a mortal god [the lore is a work in progress let her cook] she eventually goes blind via injuries but here it's only one eye. got to camp with her twin brother, Tony, [deceased. battle of Manhattan] when they were like four. She likes action movies. Works out a lot. Eats chocolate pudding. She's the head counsellor despite being one or two years younger then Castor and Ollie.

impostor life. All "[name] was killed by [cause of death]" chat notifications are replaced by "[name] was killed" OR "[name] has died".

Every session, an impostor is chosen. They're like the boogeyman but after they make their kill, they have to stay undetected for the rest of the session.

The life system is similar to last life, but there are 3 green lives, 2 yellow lives, and 1 red life (the way its decided what life you're on is the same as last life, chosen randomly at the beginning of the series.)

The more people the imposter kills, the more lives they'll gain at the end of the session. (Example: imposter is on their last life, they kill 3 people, they go up three lives and are now on their last green life.)

However, if the imposter is killed by a player at any time before the session ends, they dont get to go up lives for their kills and instead go down a life. (This ONLY applies if they've been directly killed by a player. If they die of fall damage or lava or something they're still the imposter and still need to get kills.)

There can be a maximum of 3 imposters each session, but this number goes down as players permanently die.

Whoever kills the imposter gets the amount of lives that the imposter would've gotten for their kills. (Example, imposter kills 2 people, player kills the imposter, player gains 2 lives.)

If a player, by chance, kills the imposter before they get any kills, the player gains 1 life.

Bio:

A proud and confident man, loves nothing more than himself. He’ll act diplomatic when needed, but that exterior will crack fit if something doesn’t go his way. Mors is bad at compromising, and can be very stubborn. May act passive aggressive in retaliation. Ever the megalomaniac, he will stop at nothing to reach the top. He is a man above pretensions, like morality and ethics. Though he can be boisterous, Mors is well spoken, hurling obscure insults at those who earn his ire. No matter what, he is always in the right.

Elm is the opposite of Mors, a humble and kind man. He’ll do good for the sake of it, not asking for anything in return. Can be a bit of a pushover.

Background:

From the hit series, “Loyalty Lock”, Mors is an antagonist. Was an aspiring doctor of noble birth, that got drafted by mistake. His military career consisted of being a foot soldier, medic, to army officer (through bribery and corruption). Along with him being a controversial political figure in Vostege, Mors has many enemies. This resulted in him buying hiring a special vessel from “Goldbelle’s Facility of Maids”.

Mors had no one else but himself to blame, having taken the life of his one and only ally. If he was still under her protection, would he be a free man? Arms bound by rope, wood digging into his neck, he might as well think of his last words instead of what-ifs.

Elm stepped into the dark carriage and Mors came out the of coffin.

I absolutely adore Éponine, she’s one of my favorite characters (in general, not just in Les Mis), so no one take it the wrong way when I say I absolutely prefer the Bishop being the one to lead Valjean to Heaven in the epilogue. Not so much musically, but more so from a character standpoint. The Bishop is the one who saved Valjean’s soul. Valjean would not know G-d if not for Myriel; so of course Myriel is the best man to lead him to Heaven. The ideal production, to me, has the Bishop leading Valjean to Heaven and also has Javert in Heaven. Unfortunately, such productions seem to not exist (and I am so so so so willing to be corrected about that).

Hey! i’m really into the dbch story and i was wondering if doc and xisuma ever tell bdubs the specifics of why etho lost his memories, cause if they do that is prime self blaming angst for bdubs

I’m inclined to believe they don’t. Actually (and maybe I should do a small comic for this so more people see it) I imagine, once a month or a few pass and they finally return etho to bdubs as reset, I imagine they are VERY serious about warning bdubs not to try to force Etho to re-deviate— they don’t go into specifics, but they probably tell bdubs that whatever happened had to do with something that was emotionally overwhelming, and that forcing him to redeviate/not letting it happen naturally could trigger the same error. They have no idea what could happen so bdubs needs to be very careful and let Etho find himself again on his own.

Whether or not bdubs gets impatient or can only go so long before he doubts it would be that bad if he tried pushing Etho in the right direction is another story.

But yeah. I don’t think Xisuma or Doc really… tell anyone that this happened. Etho’s error seemed like a very specific one-off scenario, so it’s not something the other hermits should be trying to avoid or be careful about happening to their own android friends, and the only thing telling people would do is make them worried about the situation. All they need to know is that etho was broken and that they need to be careful with him. I don’t agree with their decision to keep what happened to themselves but I understand it I think.
