Lally’s Game (but my Au in 5 sentences or less)
Frailty: Jessica works hard not only to gain an income but to entertain the sick children she looks over. Despite her age, she sees herself as an older sister to all the sick children in the children’s hospital she works. Wherever they go, she goes and by far she's had a blast looking over all the children as they play to the best of their abilities. However, during one of the trips toward the Pizzaplex, Jessica noticed that her friend, Alice, had gone missing. Ignoring the recurrence of the workers, Jessica goes on to find her friend in a place far bigger than she could ever expect.
Lally’s Game: Ever since David had begun working at the Pizzaplex, his fiancee, Selena noticed that her been acting differently. He's losing sleep, he makes rash decisions, and when they go out he's always looking over his shoulder. Worrying about his mental health, Selena looks into his work to see what's causing him to act the way he is. Strangely, the only thing he was working at was the new arena called Lally’s Game, it was kinda like hide and seek she suspected. But why was that making David so paranoid?
Under Construction: Maya has to admit, she’s a girl that can't help herself to go beyond the line of safety. She does get in trouble but over the years she's been getting more sneaky. As of today, where she sneaks into a closed VR area in the Pizzaplex for her 16th birthday. Putting on the VR set, Maya watches as she's put into a world of games around the Fazbear industry. Although, she is a bit concerned about the strange bunny that keeps following her around at every level.
???: It hurts to breathe, it hurts to move, it hurts to blink, and it hurts to feel. His form is weak but his mind is ever-expanding as he is encased by his tomb. There is a tab by the window and the decayed hare looks on as a familiar smile is reflected from the other side. Even when it hurt to talk, the corpse tries his best to speak properly as he's done long ago. “You better give me good news or else this won't end well for any of us.”

The Nesting (Massacre Mansion, 1981)

"Run Little Rabbit" Redesign!
Tumblr media
I redrew some old 2022 art and decided to do some redesigning and renaming. I made them in the form of chibi/avatar sprites!
Mr. Wolf -> Vanity Sang (Vanity = excessive pride in or admiration of one's own appearance or achievement, Le Sang = French word for Blood, Gore, etc..)
Human!Fluffy -> Lally Lapine (Lally = To Chatter, Lapine = French word for Rabbit

For the ask game, Percival Graves (the real one) and 4, 7, 8, and 12! Or, if you can't do him (he was barely in there, I understand), Lally Hicks.
Thank you for the ask! And I'm so happy that you chose Graves; he really interests me. Let's see what we can do.
Question #4: To put him in any other media. . .a book (or at least some other bit of reading about him, the original Percival Graves). I always find myself wondering a) did he really exist? (I've heard that apparently Grindy literally just did a transfiguration spell or something and he was going around as Graves when Graves might not even have existed) but I want to believe that he did. If he did, who was he? What was he like? What's the story of his past? I want to know all this! A book could definitely do the trick, I think.
Question #7 Something the fandom does that I like. . .I haven't seen much of him in the fandom (since I stick around the Newtina tags really) but maybe I can answer instead here for Lally? Everyone sees her as a mood, and she really is! She's such a strong character with heart, and she's fearless. I guess this doesn't really answer as to what the fandom does, but I haven't really looked a lot into Graves or Lally here, in respect to this question.
Question #8 Something the fandom does that I despise. . .I can't answer for Graves here bc I'm not super familiar with him. So I'll go with Lally. Well, maybe it isn't so much what the fandom does as what we're given. It's true we only see her in SoD but I feel like she could have and should have had more in general. Like she's an awesome character, and adds to the story. I feel like she's kind of been brushed aside. Again, I've been hiding in the Newt x Tina corner of the fandom so perhaps I'll find more stuff about her (and Graves) in other places.
Question #12: A headcanon I have for this character (I'm going with Graves here bc)
I don't know if this is feasible or not, but I've wanted to believe that (going with the idea that he did exist) he would have been a man with a strong moral code, knowing what's right and what's wrong and not hesitating to get his hands dirty if that was necessary to be sure that there was justice. Like I kind of see him like with a vigilante kind of "I know what's right and I'll do what everyone else would be afraid to, to defend that." That's kind of my idea. And I think if Grindy had done something to the person of the original Percival Graves, Graves wouldn't have gone out without a fight.
Thank you so much for the ask! This was fun.
Ask me more questions, lovelies! <3

I don't know if it's just me but there's something deeply disappointing about the FNAF books. Like all three stories were lackluster. I understand they are supposed to be horror/thriller stories but I just have problems with all of them
Spoilers for FNAF: Tales From The Pizzaplex #1
1: Frailty
This might just be because I finished the last third a few months after the first two but there's not much explanation or backstory into Jessica we know she "made the wrong choice" but we're told literally nothing about what it was, so little in fact that it doesn't let us put two and two together that Jessica is leaking/dropping the parts
2: Lally's Game
The name sake of the book and yet it seems the most plain, it's not a bad story it just once again leaves something to be desired. Throughout the story it seems like there should be more to Cade's story with Lally especially in the end
3: Under Construction
This one is the most disappointing one. While the set up makes it easy enough for the reader to guess that Maya is most likely still in the AR machine however it doesn't do anything with it, it just sets it up so we can assume it and they figures that's good enough for us to feel the story comes to an end without ever actually telling us and the story itself is so odd that either theory of what's going on that are given to us don't even make sense. If you want the reader to really think about whether or not Maya is trapped in the AR thing or in another dimension the story should be about how things are slightly off and get more and more off it could just be the character going insane but instead were given a batshit crazy story

Lally's Game
Tumblr media
Robot children anyone? This is all this book was and it was honestly creepy. I haven’t read the rest of the books that were in the series, I just decided to pick this up because I fell in love with the pizzaplex game.
The first little short story is about a girl who is helping other kids but in the process she is actually killing herself. Each time she heals a kid, she starts coughing up these robotic parts. It’s a gift and a curse at the same time because she can’t help herself. She works part-time at a hospital at the children’s wing as well. She first saves a kid that is dying on the side of the road. She then tries to live a normal life but finds a kid in the hospital and gives them a piece of her life. Afterwards, she starts hanging out with a kid in her class and is experiencing a lot of turmoil. While she wants to save people, she knows it is limited and that she can’t live a life for herself. Her last piece of life is given to a child in the hospital wing and that’s the last time she’s seen as she turns into a pile of metal parts.
The second story is a little darker. A couple is about to get married near the man’s family home. They’re excited and getting rid of some of their possessions to make room in their new house. However, the man doesn’t want to get rid of one particular chest that has been with him for a long time. The woman is obviously curious about it but doesn’t ask much about the trunk. They move closer to his home and she starts to ask questions to her new mother-in-law about his childhood. She tells the woman that when he was a child the pizzaplex was his favorite place and his favorite attraction was Lally’s Game. But then an accident happened and he stopped going to Lally’s Game. The wife became more curious about her husband not telling her about an important time in his childhood and decided to question him about it but he never talked. The wife went back to her mother-in-law and questioned her a bit more only to get pushed to the side. The wife became curious about the chest and decided she was going to get it open. She manages to open the chest and before she can look inside the chest, her husband finds her and opens the chest to reveal nothing was in it. After a while of her husband constantly going through the house, she asked her husband what was going on. He told her that Lally was infatuated with him and that a kid decided to join them and Lally killed that kid. Afterwards, they attempted to close the attraction but Lally disappeared and started appearing around his home. So, he chose to put the chest in the middle of the room and locked Lally in it, but the wife didn’t believe him. It wasn’t until she spotted Lally that she was distraught by the appearance. She went to her mother-in-law’s house and she told her that Lally didn’t move, the kids had to move him. The wife went back home and started to pack up her belongings, believing her husband was the one who murdered the child. The wife bashed the husband in the head and hid in the closet. When the husband finally woke up he went to the chest and saw that his wife was dead in the chest. In the next scene he was with a new woman who was now asking about the chest.
The last story had to be the creepiest for me. This girl is hanging out with her friend’s at the pizzaplex when she wants to go into their newest attraction, the AR simulation. The AR simulation is a combination between VR and the real world. You can touch, taste, hear, smell, and anything you can do in the real world can happen in AR. However, when they go over they realize that the attraction is down, however, it doesn’t stop her from going under and trying the AR attraction because she wants her wish, even if it isn’t real, a big birthday party. When she sits in the AR she gets her wish, leaves the attraction and goes to the themed roller coaster then goes home. However, it isn’t until almost a year goes by that her grandparents have been diagnosed with cancer. After several more months, everyone is getting cancer and dropping dead and the new babies are these weird jelly humanoids. The very end is her thinking that she is still stuck in the AR simulation and gets suffocated by the jelly humanoids.
This book was honestly spooky to me for a YA book, this wasn’t what I was expecting. I read Goosebumps as a kid and even some ghost stories. I watched a number of horror movies too and watched a lot of paranormal activity as well, but this book I had to put down several times because it was kind of creepy. I thought this was a pretty good story and I could actually see myself re-reading this story. I can’t wait to read the rest of the stories because I know how creepy they are.

Note
The "mentally instability and/or mentally illness = violence" trope has been used in media for decades, and all it’s does is reinforce the idea that having a mental illness means you’re dangerous. So, no.
There’s also nothing in the story to suggest Cade has a mental illness. He becomes incredibly anxious after learning that Lally isn’t locked in the chest anymore, but that’s not proof he’s mentally ill. He has right to be afraid, given the context of the situation.
I think the story could been improved too, but not by adding a harmful stereotype that’s already overdone in horror.
(Spoilers for Lally’s Game) I understand killer animatronics are a staple of this series, but the ending of LG was still disappointing. For 12 BOOKS, we have had the repeated formula of “Robot Bad” “Human is actually Robot :0” and “Supernatural Bullshit”, and while all those can work, the repeating formula is tiring. Having Cade actually be mentally unwell enough to murder another kid (and eventually try to kill his wife) over a simple hide and seek robot would have been a much better ending than what we got.
The entire series is super formulaic. At this point I've just kind of accepted it.
