Okay so I drew it as a scene from my Lost Signal AU when Macaque got caught by LBD after Mayor followed him home after one of the frantic encounters with MK but y’all can interpret it however you want :v

Also another thing about the AU is that Bai He (LBD’s hostess) was already half-dead at the time the witch found her in the alleyway. So her body relies only on LBD’s powers to stay ‘alive’ and functional. It’s a cruel world what else can I say :’D?

I put up two versions here since I couldn’t decide which one was better TwT

Mortality Swap Bai He finding herself in LBDs section in the scroll

The moment she stepped into the fancy hallway, Bai He could feel her. The White Bone Spirit had an unmistakable aura, cold rising above the warm light and the rich decor. Bai He sank into it, just for a second.

Quiet conversation came from a hallway just a few feet away. Bai He slowly crept towards the noise and peeked in.

It looked like some kind of meeting. Several people in fancy robes stood around, listening to one man reading something off a scroll. At the front of the room, an old man in even more elaborate robes sat in a throne with a bored look on his face. On one side of the throne, Shi stood there.

It was weird seeing him without a smile...

Her bones froze as her gaze trailed to the other side of the throne.

The beautiful woman on that side cocked her head, her eyes gleaming a soft blue for just a moment. Bai He felt a whimper trail out and she stepped back, feeling her entire being ache. Without a word, she whirled around and rushed down the hallway.

She had to find the edge of this memory.

Blood or not it’s just gut wrenching once Bai He goes missing to the bull family, even more once they find out that the lady bone demon is possessing her body at the moment. Which has the demon bull family joining quickly in saving the world.

The devastating revelation that in the Demon Bull family's drive for revenge and power, they accidentally wagered their youngest member to a dangerous force.

Bai He becoming possessed by the very same ice demon that her father expelled. The younger Bull child acting strangely before going missing entirely around New Years.

A shaky allyship forged between the Bull family and the Monkie Kids in order to find some answers and get their little girl back.

The horror the family feels when they learn that the very same Samadhi Fire forged by their eldest child, may be the only hope to defeat the White Bone Demon and save the world. The fear of not knowing if their little White Flame would even survive the process...

The joy and relief of seeing their thought-to-be-dead sworn brother catching Bai He as the Bone Demon loses her hold on it's host.

Them vowing never to do anything that could put their family in harm's way ever again.

headcanon time!!!

it seamed everyone (or some at least) gained a bit of power released from the stone from the s5 finale, and then i remembered host girl was touched by it to help te cycle from repeating. what if se also gaiend some powers, ice power, like LBD. nothing like having the constent remider of the person that took over your anatomy and your life for who knows how long to put a spike in your nerves…. o maybe its a blessing in disguise?

Yune, the Host of the Lady Bone Demon (TWST x LMK)

this is a little funky crossover thing I did for Twisted Wonderland and LEGO Monkie Kid :)

kinda spoilers for season 4 in the post-possession part

Yune Pre-possession

Yune is a very kind person, they’re a bit shy too and a bit of a pushover

They like cute things, mainly animals and flowers

Especially likes cats

Took in strays and volunteers at the local animal shelter

They’re unassuming and as normal as you can get in their crazy city

Average grades, a nice group of school friends

Normal

A bit boring, right?

“Come on, Kitty.” Yune grunted as they stood on their tiptoes in some random alleyway, trying to catch their cat to bring them back home. 

Their cat, however, seemed to enjoy putting Yune through the ringer in trying to catch it. The tabby got up from where it had loafed and jumped over a wall into the alleyway on the other side of the street. 

Yune slumped and groaned. “Come on!” 

A blue light caught their eye and they turned, startling when they see a wispy fog rise like mist, then screaming when the fog came straight at them. 

It forced itself down their throat, like if they allowed an unwelcome guest into their home. They choked and collapsed, feeling hot and cold at the same time, they shuddered as the mist spread through their veins, then gasped as it was all finished. 

A numbness came with possession, they were helpless. 

Their mind blinked like a light went off, and the spirit took control of her new host with a maniacal laugh.

Yune Lady Bone Demon

the Lady Bone Demon took to her new host like a fish to water

Everything continues on as normal in the Monkie Kid canon, except Yune is the one the LBD has under her control

starting with aiding the Spider Queen

she makes the spiders collect all the artefacts she needs

she’s the one making Yune manipulate and torment MK

she’s the one who attacks

she’s the one who holds Macaques life over his head and the one who takes control of Wukong and his powers

all the while, Yune is in a comatose like state in their own mind

of course, everything turns out alright in the end, MK and his team stop the Lady Bone Demon, save the world, and help Yune heal

“So, you thought you had all the pieces right where you wanted them.” Sun Wukong glared at the demon who possessed a literal teen. 

A whole new low for the Lady Bone Demon. 

“I have so many pieces I’ve yet to play.” She spoke through the child, wearing their face and morphing it into an evil smirk. 

Wukong growled as he and the demon initiated a fight, which ultimately led to him being held hostage in the webs of the Spider Queen. 

He made a vow that night that he would stop her in any way he could.

Yune Post-possession 

Yune was p passed out for a few days after being separated from the Lady Bone Demon

from beginning to end, the possession lasted a month

but even then, the lack of control they felt during the entire thing terrified them immensely 

slowly, they begin recovering

they’re eating noodles at Pigsy’s, taking therapy sessions with Sandy and his cats, and they feel comforted knowing that their new friends have their back

until they don’t

SEASON 4 SPOILERS JUST IN CASE

so azure is casually breaking apart the universe, as one does

and in canon, we see the original host girl watching the chaos unfold

replace her with Yune

and add in the fact that they fall into one of these rifts

yeah, things aren’t going so great

this rift transports Yune to the world of Twisted Wonderland

so travelling to a new world and becoming the unspoken therapist to a bunch of mentally unstable boys, ADD IN THE FACT THAT THEY TOO ARE A MENTALLY UNSTABLE PERSON and they have to deal with other people’s problems, plus their own post-possession mental breakdowns
