My travel to Henrichemont (France) / Mijn reis naar Henrichemont (Frankrijk)

NEDERLANDS BENEDEN / DUTCH BELOW PICS BELOW / FOTOS BENEDEN

Been to France with parents for the past few days. Hence the wifi/4g problems. It was in the middle of nowhere. Henrichemont.

The trip was nice, very relaxing, in the middle of nature. We were right in front of a meadow full of cows. Occasionally I saw a deer (or similar animal). I also saw a shrike, a bird known to skewer its prey on thorned plants. Unfortunately I saw a bee stung on a thorny plant.... Well, shrikes also have to eat. There was also a nest of birds on the balcony of the chalet, so I left the nest alone. We visited La Borne, the pottery village. One day I found a bat in the curtains, unfortunately the creature had died, it may have been there before our trip. We visited The Cathedral of Jean Linard (a house full of ceramics and full of ceramic figures outside) I liked. We also went to le jardin de marie, which was just a large garden, which I found rather boring. Maybe plant fans, or Victorian enthusiasts will love it, but it didn't appeal to me. The 350 year old tree was beautiful though.

Ben de voorbije dagen naar Frankrijk geweest met ouders. Vandaar de wifi/4g problemen. Het was in de middle of nowhere. Henrichemont. Ik mocht het eerst niets zeggen, want dieven tegenwoordig.… Ook al hielden de buren oogje in de gaten. De reis was leuk, heel rustgevend, midden in de natuur. We zaten vlak voor een weide vol koetjes. Af en toe zag ik een hinde. Ik zag ook een klauwier (shrike, een vogel) die bekend staat zijn prooien te spiesen op stekker planten. Helaas zag ik een bij geprikt op een stekker plant.... Nu ja klauwieren moeten ook eten. Er zat ook een nestje van vogels aan het balkon van de chalet, met rust laten dus. Af en toe zag ik een hinde. We bezochten La Borne, het pottenbakkersdorp. Ik vond op een dag een vleermuis in de gordijnen, helaas was het wezentje gestorven, het zat daar misschien al voor onze reis. We bezochten The Cathedral of Jean Linard (een huis vol beplakt met keramiek en vol keramieken mannetjes buiten) vond ik leuk. We gingen ook naar le jardin de marie, was een gewoon grote tuin, ik vond dat nogal saai.

Misschien dat planten fans, of victoriaanse liefhebbers er iets aan hebben, maar het sprak mij niet aan. De 350 jarige boom was wel mooi.

"the story that we have been a part of will live long in the minds of men" but at the cost of the lovers who wrote it, fragmented across space and time by a thousand new imaginations that keep them alive in all that they never were. when we read their story, they are broken and reborn anew, so does that make us murderers or gods? or maybe the whole point is that there never really was much of a difference between the two.
