Chung Choon Kitchen has a stall in the Koreatown food court. They serve pizza (including Korean pizzas like bulgogi, butter garlic potato), pasta (including kimchi & rose pasta), sides, soft serve ice cream, and drinks.

They had two soft serve machines but one wasn’t on. A cup is $4 with a choice of two flavors, original milk and strawberry. I also spotted some toppings: cornflakes, waffle cone tips, marshmallows, Oreos, sprinkles, etc.

Strawberry ice cream ($4) with matcha powder: It was firm, smooth, and icy, but with enough dairy in it that I could tell that it was dairy-based. The strawberry flavor was pleasant but the iciness made it seem more like ice milk than high quality soft serve ice cream.

On Cloud Nine (Thailand) - I question whether this can be called happy 

Dear Doctor I’m Coming For Your Soul (Thailand) - it’s a reunion for one of them for supernatural reasons 

HIStory Obsessed (Taiwan) - a magical rebirth version of this 

DNA Says Love You (Taiwan - kinda, but it’s an underrated gem of a show

His (the movie) - but not really BL (no tropes) and it’s Japan so... the ending 

The Most Peaceful Place is My Place (Vietnam)

Individual Circumstances (Korea) - DEFINITELY! It’s entirely a second chance romance. It’s not my favorite but it will hit all the buttons. 

Jack o’Frost (Japan) - sort of, but it’s amnesia trope driven 

Our Dating Sim (Korea) - ABSOLUTELY and it’s WONDERFUL

Short Story Project's Coffee Shop (microfilm Youtube series in the same cafe setting with the same main character) ep 3 installment "ESPRESSO" is a BL. It stars BoyTod from Ghost Host, Ghost House and is a reunion romance. It’s quite cute. 

Coffee Melody’s Christmas special that no one asked for. it’s basically a reunion romance, but mostly just domesticity. It cute but dull.

A case could be made for Triage. I left out all the “pining since childhood” mumbo jumbo since that’s kinda a different trope.

Heads up

((Father's birthday is this weekend, so i'll be visiting home tomorrow to return sometime on sunday, so my activity may be affected. I will try to get some writing in tonight and throw into the queue across blogs.

Due to doctor's orders, they want to put a heart monitor on me, and change my diet for like 3 weeks to see if it affects my health. As such, i'll probably be a bit stressed... so sorry in advance if my activity/mood is affected.))
