You can enjoy the perfect mix of creamy mac and cheese and spicy buffalo chicken. This hearty dish is great for any event and is sure to please everyone.
Ingredients: 8 oz elbow macaroni. 2 cups cooked shredded chicken. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 2 cups whole milk. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the macaroni. Then, drain it and set it aside. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the flour and keep whisking it in for one to two minutes, until it turns into a smooth paste roux. Slowly add the milk while whisking all the time until the mixture is smooth and thick. To make it creamy, melt the cheddar cheese and stir it in. Put in blue cheese crumbles, buffalo sauce, and chicken shreds. Mix everything together well. Add pepper and salt to taste. When the macaroni is done, add it to the pan and stir it around so that all of the sauce covers it. Add some chopped green onions as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!

This slow cooker macaroni and cheese recipe is incredibly easy to make and yields a creamy, cheesy dish that will satisfy your comfort food cravings with minimal effort.
Ingredients: 2 cups elbow macaroni. 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 1 12 oz can evaporated milk. 1 1/2 cups milk. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Instructions: Elbow macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, evaporated milk, regular milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper should all be put in a slow cooker. Mix everything together well. As long as you stir it every once in a while, the pasta will be cooked through and the cheese will be melted and creamy. Enjoy while hot!

This One Pot Stovetop Mac n Cheese is a quick and easy comfort food recipe that requires minimal cleanup. Creamy, cheesy, and made entirely in one pot, it's perfect for a weeknight dinner or a cozy weekend meal.
Ingredients: 8 oz elbow macaroni. 2 1/2 cups milk. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tbsp butter. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: Over medium-low heat, mix the macaroni and milk in a large pot. Slowly stir the mixture so that it doesn't stick for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and most of the milk is absorbed. Turn down the heat. Add butter, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Take it off the heat and let it sit for a while so it can thicken. If you want, you can serve it hot with extra grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper on top.
