Hey, everyone! It's that time of the month again—update time! The previous chain was getting a bit long, so here's a new post about all the early access updates 😉

The MC is off to visit with Daelynn this time around, and it's a scene I've unexpectedly fallen in love with!

Ever after going to Thorne, poor Daelynn has been in rough shape. Gone seemed the mischievous, carefree elf of before.

But now she is slowly getting back to herself, and we finally get to see her being the agent of chaos she really is once again!

Bad Ritual Public Update

God what a time to be missing my banners ;; But okay, Bad Ritual technical update and rewrites are now live on itch !! These changes include:

new themes (dark and light, themed towards the characters)

new achievements screen

extended accessibility options

Tahira route rewrite

Siruud route rewrites (not as extensive)

texting interfaces instead of in-line texting

totally retooled character creation options

redone character profile page

I recommend starting a new game just to see all the changes, and also because the new chapter isn't finished yet 😂😂 That's on its way, but for now there's new content inside the old content and some new menus to explore. The new chapter is coming up next !!

Remember that you can subscribe to my Ko-fi for early access to updates, copies of certain games (right now you're guaranteed a fully copy of Manor Hill for donating and/or subscribing), and monthly drabbles at Employee of the Month tier !! I’m alive…

my cat is going into Liver failure and I’m working so I can pay the bills.

He’s not doing well and I do not see him getting better.

I’m just trying to make sure he is comfortable for any outcome and recommendations the Vet makes.

He’s lost 3 pounds and has gone jaundice. He is not throwing up anymore but has to still be force fed.

He is having a hard time breathing due to mucus build up from his liver failure. I’m not very optimistic about his recovery. We are still going to the vet every week for for blood tests and recovery is slow.

Not to be a total asshole here but if I get one more "I need more! give me more!" comment on my Platonic Sugar Baby Buddie AU, it's going away. It has literally been two weeks since my last update, during which time I've been working on another fanfic, finishing up my second part-time job, working a full-time job, and being an adult with a full life.

I have never experienced this amount of whining in my entire time in this fandom and I can only presume that it's new people to the fandom who have an appalling lack of etiquette.

It's literally people just saying "give me more! I want more! hurry up!" And while none of you are at all entitled to my personal business, it sure doesn't help the depressive episode I'm in that y'all are doing this.

I love sharing my fics with you guys, and I love the enthusiasm and joy that you have for my writing. But the sudden influx of demands for sequels, for specific scenes in fics, unprompted fic, smut, and chapter suggestions, and now just outright demanding like a toddler for an update is disheartening, annoying, and the opposite of encouraging.

Please stop. Please. Please stop.

This next page, with is now scheduled for this Thursday at its usual time (7am), is gonna be the last page I'm gonna upload until June 27th. This is to ensure Infested has some buffer pages so I'm not scrambling last minute to get each page done every week. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

That being said, my Headless and Ascended Ko-Fi supporters will get to see pages as they come out, and the Ascended supporters, specifically, have access to early script pages -- So if you really, truly can't wait, and absolutely must see what happens next as soon as possible, you can check out the aforementioned memberships here.

ALL tiers will also have access to all of Infested Chapter 1: The Cave in the form of a PDF once I put that together, and I'll be looking into doing a limited print run of The Cave if I can afford such a thing.
