Sara's pregnancy progresses while she and Dewey try to move forward from the loss of Hugh...

...And that's the end of round thirty three! Next round is the result of a spur-of-the-moment decision, but, hear me out:

Thirty in-game day time-skip, and mostly everyone who passed away during that time got to live their remaining days in peace completely unbothered by chaos and destruction caused by me, and everyone else has fled Strangetown through a magical hole in the ground to a new neighbourhood.

There's something hilarious about how so much subsequent media has positioned Vampires and Werewolves as, like, binary opposite entities, and then you read Dracula (1897) and realize that wolves are that guy's preferred solution to every problem. You'd say something to Dracula about "ah yes, werewolves, vampires' great eternal enemies," and he'd just be like "you mean my subcontractors?"

As gen-AI becomes more normalized (Chappell Roan encouraging it, grifters on the rise, young artists using it), I wanna express how I will never turn to it because it fundamentally bores me to my core. There is no reason for me to want to use gen-AI because I will never want to give up my autonomy in creating art. I never want to become reliant on an inhuman object for expression, least of all if that object is created and controlled by tech companies. I draw not because I want a drawing but because I love the process of drawing. So even in a future where everyone’s accepted it, I’m never gonna sway on this.

Something that I have noticed is I know almost nobody my age that goes to a food pantry. I know people who regularly run out of money for food and in general have to eat an unsuitable diet because that’s what they can afford and they still don’t go to a food bank, im not sure if it’s because they’re embarrassed or maybe if you didn’t grow up going you don’t know much about it but if you’re financially struggling I really recommend it. And look into other options for food assistance too like community fridges and gardens and other programs that can assist you, where I live Salvation Army pays for an allotted amount of grocery delivery for low income people every month, in the summer farmers take excess produce to the library to be taken by anyone who needs it, etc. There are a LOT of resources for free food that you can look into especially if you are literally not eating because of your financial situation

StrangeSpot, Round Thirty Two: Knowe

Butterflies spawn in the basement kitchen/bar area because it's technically outdoors and it's very pretty.

Hugh is an elder. He and Sara are utterly smitten with each other and always will be. The aforementioned kitchenette lacks a lot of cooking space due to being a stylised hideout, so they live on wine and cheese platters. Fine by them!

Sara gets unintentionally abducted by aliens. She decides to keep the baby because ~science~. She's switching to grape juice for the aforementioned platters, of course.

"So, how do you like your new house?" "I can't believe it's actually my house. I'm going to throw such great parties there!"

Oh, good, that means they'll be able to afford new clothes for both boys instead of accepting what the randomizer throws at them.

Udo's room - now "the boys' room" - is pretty crowded now, but Green takes it in stride.

"We had to move the dog bed out of my room and move the baby bed in, but never mind! I still love dogs best!"

"Look! Look! I got one!" "You sure did. I bet it'll be mighty tasty, too." Sometimes Andy is a jerk and sometimes he's all right. Udo figures he can stand to be around him, if it means Ida Juana's around too.
