The wind in her hair, the sun glistening over her eyes, her smile large and teeth shining.

She was the most beautiful girl I’d have ever known, oh how I remember her all so well..

Everyone loved her, she could woo a person within a few minutes of meeting them, my my…was she a dream.

I loved her…

But I wish she wouldn’t haunt my dreams so often, it pains me dearly that I cannot hold her as my beloved in my arms, my cold arms not being able to embrace her warmth, my cold long fingers not being able to tangle in her soft brown hair.

Oh..and the way she’d look up at me..so dearly, so innocently, she was an angel.

But that day…the day when I had bludgeoned her skull with my knife, it haunts me, it creeps up on me.

The memory of her blood splattering on me, the stench of death the few days later when I’d kept her rotting body in my bed.

Even if I killed her…I still craved her warmth, but that same warmth suddenly turned cold, that same smooth skin turned to leather, that same brown soft hair turned thin and brittle.

She was…disgusting.

She was once who I’d dream about every night, wishing and hoping to feel her lips against mine and to finally claim her for myself, but the day never came, I had to do it myself.

I hated her, I hated that I couldn’t keep her as she once was.

That I couldn’t keep her pure all to myself, I spoiled her with my touch.

The stiffness in her hair, the dark dim lighting partially showing the dullness in her eyes, her lips dry and parted, her teeth rotted and decaying, her skin sunk in and bruised.

She was the most beautiful i’d have ever known, and now, she was putrid.

I hated her.

I have an odd allure to knives and various activities involving them(for obvious reasons), which, surprisingly, gives me quite the interest in cooking. I mean, you often have to cut things, such as vegetables, fruit, meat etc.

I also have very good control over my tear ducts. I don’t cry often, and many times when I feel like crying, I don’t.

Now, you may be wondering, ‘Jeff, what do those have in common? why would you bring them both up in one post?’ And to that I say. Onions.

I’m perfect for chopping onions. I do it quite often, and don’t tear up until 15-20 minutes after I start. It’s one of my best qualities. Trust.
