okay, so. roman, as a general rule of thumb, is already a lil bit clingy. when he’s sleepy tho? that clinginess ramps up about 500%. he’ll legitimately whine if the other sides aren’t giving him enough attention. he’ll push whatever they’re working on out of the way and take possession of their lap like the most lovable and obnoxious of housecats. if he’s tired, everyone knows.

virgil and deceit are what i like to dub the “sleep grumps,” meaning that, if they don’t get enough rest, they will let everyone know about it, and they’ll do it in the gruffest (and yet still most endearing?) way possible. virgil might hiss at you. deceit will threaten to bite you. most of the time, they’re fine just finding a dark space to curl up in on their own, but in the event that they want someone to co-nap with, they Will Have Their Way, or they Will Kneestrike Your Vital Organs

it’s actually very hard to tell when remus is exhausted, since he usually runs at full capacity until just. crashing on the spot. only deceit is able to tell when he’s exhausted 100% of the time (remus’s imagination starts to get a bit derivative when he’s tired, and deceit Always Notices), but logan’s been getting better at noticing at an exponential rate. 

it’s also kind of hard to tell when patton is exhausted, but that’s only because sleepy patton and alert patton are pretty similar; they both want cuddles, and they both churn out Endless Praise for their friends. really, the only difference is that sleepy patton might just fall asleep on you while he’s going in for the hug. 

logan has two forms of exhaustion: 1) stress-anger-don’t-talk-to-me and 2) Uh Oh, Feelings. when he’s the first type of exhausted, he’s snappier than usual -- typically because he has just stayed up all night fixing thomas’s schedule again after the others have bulldozed over the previous plan. he tends to lock himself up in his room under these circumstances to avoid saying something hurtful that he will later regret; he knows that taking his frustration out on  his friends the others won’t do him any good, so he figures that isolation is the most favorable option (much to the others’ distress). when logan is the second type of sleepy, those feelings that he certainly does not have work they’re way to the surface and he becomes,,, sentimental (ew). catch him with his arms hooked around another sides waist while he sleepily rumbles on about space or philosophy or that documentary about coconut crabs, did you see it, it was fascinating.

What's your thoughts on the Iron Lords/Iron Banner/Saladin's Friend Circle?

I think they’re all crazy idiots and I absolutely adore them. 

The whole warlord era is super fascinating (and exactly what I’d expect from humans newly discovering they’re both immortal and have magic powers) and then the Iron Lords specifically are just... [chef kiss]

Saladin I think is probably the most chill and reasonable of the whole bunch but like. Felwinter? Absolutely top notch bastard with his blink-kneestrike-shotgun strategy and his high and mighty mountaintop fortress that got invaded by a bunch of feral allies. Timur? Amazing. Anyone who can confuse and unsettle Felwinter is an immediate winner. Gheleon? Name anything more iconique and Hunter than living in a hole under a tree and telling your teammates, to their face, exactly which of their bones you’d turn into armor if they died.
