hi! do you know how many writers are still active in this fandom? approximately, of course. I'm just curious, because now that I see these bingo cards (thank you so much btw), it seems to me that there are a lot more active writers in the fandom than I thought. that's so cool!! (I'd be curious to know that about the active artists too, btw.)

Thankfully, there are quite a bit of authors still writing for fandom. We are so grateful for them, and for all of the ongoing challenges put forth by many in our fandom keep it alive! The Roulette is back, Peeps!

Hey! I'm sorry for my hiatus. Life was keeping my head closing to the underwater level, but I think I'm finally getting back to the shallow end on life's ocean. LOL. I've decided that we will continue with the Roulette, but I'm going to try to pace myself this time. We will write two prompts this year We will try to keep both stories at ten chapters or less. Here are the prompts:

Story 1- written from March-May- Published in June

story prompt -Wedding Planner Kurt and Best Man Blaine have to work together to keep a wedding between feuding families from turning into a brawl while fighting off the advances of the bridesmaids and the Groom's handsy gay cousin.

9. -Kurt is an employee at Hummel Tire and Lube, and they're short handed. Burt hires Blaine as an extra set of hands, but he and Kurt do not hit it off. Co workers Klaine. Enemies to Lovers. We will be writing this story from July through September. We will publish in October.

If you signed up back in June of last year, expect to hear from me soon. If you aren't able to participate, I get it. No worries. It's my bad because I let life get so crazy. Just let me know if you are still up for this or not.

Hey - that's a good writing prompt for anyone looking for one.

kind of insane crossover au came to me in a dream wherein I realized a character from resi 4 dresses exactly like kurt and i had to draw it. and I really liked the idea of putting them in this situation even thought it makes zero sense. if you don't know the plot of the game (i assume most of you don't) kurt would be the president's (yeah of the united states) son who was kidnapped and blaine is a character sent to rescue him. and it's one of the best video games of all time btw

this is extremely niche and pretty much just For Me but i spent a while on it and like how it came out so here. take it

I need more break up klaine fics where Blaine was the successful one, and not the mess with prostitution and drugs addiction or depression.

As much I love Blangst and I know his character is more open to navigate this kind of things for his poor backstory and the difficult relationship with his parents and his poor support system(besides Kurt and his family and friends).I think I need more fics where show Blaine resilience because despite having a homophobic family and attack an a young age, he survived and he knew how to be Kurt's mentor and support and I think everyone forget about it.

So he could survive a break up with Kurt anyway, the break up s.6 show us how he could survive without Kurt and despite all the sadness he could be a great teacher to the warblers and rebuild his life.

So more succesful Blaine stories please, a devoted reader beg to all of you

Ooooh, I’ve never gotten asked questions before, thank you @bitbybitwrites…

8. Which character(s) do you find easiest to write?

Ooh, umm…one would be a character dealing with insecurities, because I kind of try channeling my own insecurities and put what I’m feeling into writing for these characters. Hmm…Sarcasm, snarkiness, maybe characters that are a bit moody. I pull out things that I don’t normally say out loud, from my head, sometimes things that I wish I could say out loud, but I don’t because I’m not really that kind of person…and I try and make my characters say them which is always fun.

26. Is there anything you’ve wanted to write, but you’ve been too scared to try?

So, I’ve been writing a story for about a year now, I’m about 6 chapters in (I got a little discouraged and halted for a moment)…I have no idea how long I plan for it to be, but even though I’ve been writing it for the last year, I’m scared to continue bc I’ve put a lot of myself into these characters, their saddens and grief, and I don’t normally show this side of me to people. And I know I can easily sit there and not say that a lot of what I’m writing is personal, but that also doesn’t feel right, so I guess I’m just scared of how people will react to it because even though it’s a work fiction, it is very personal to me. It deals with loss and grief, and depression. It’s angsty, but it is a Second Chance love story and it’s also a story about how these characters overcome their obstacles with has happened in their lives, and how they find their way back to each other again.

30. Tooth-rotting fluff or merciless angst?

Merciless Angst. I like to relate to my characters, I like to see them hurt (just a little), I like to see them work for what they want…and then be rewarded with a happily ever after 🤣 I am ALL about the Angst!

Ok .. I was trying to figure out what to share that wouldn't give away too much, so here's a sweet excerpt from something I'm working on.

Maggie cleared her throat and gave Kurt a look as he pressed the elevator button.  “Sorry Maggie, “ Kurt said.  “May I present Blaine Anderson.  Blaine, this is the talented and illustrious, Margaret Banks: star of the Broadway stage.”

“Maggie to my friends.  You can call me Maggie.”

The three off them shuffled into the open elevator door.  “Pleasure to meet you Ms. Maggie, “ said Blaine as he took her hand and kissed it softly.  

She fluttered and smiled.  “Ooh, keep this one, Pillsbury.  He’s a charmer,” she whispered to Kurt.

“I intend to, “ murmured Kurt, gazed at Blaine over her head at Blaine, a knowing  look shared between them.

Maggie looked a Blaine up and down.  “Are you an actor?” she asked.  “You look like an actor.”

“Oh no, Ms. Maggie,” Blaine informed her.  “I’m a musician.”

“Ah.”  Her brow furrowed as she kept studying Blaine.  “You look like Montgomery Clift.”

“What?” Blaine asked, a bit confused.

“Before the accident.” Maggie assured him as she straighten his bow tie.

“Oh, thank you.” Blaine said with a smile. 

“Now, Monty, “ the older woman said, “Tell me. What do you play?”

I'm looking for a fic where Kurt and Blaine breakup and then meet again, Kurt is there to promote his play that everyone has seen except for Blaine. Then at the end of story Blaine finally goes to see the play or Broadway show, and Blaine finally understands that the entire show was a portrayal of their relationship. An apology of sorts. I hope that's enough information. I've scoured the reunion! Tag already and come up with nothing. I thought it was set in London, might be in NY. I'm hoping you can help!
