Drawing For Nothing version 3 is officially out! This includes two new chapters, The Shadow King and Wild Life.

The Shadow King was a joint effort between Henry Selick's Cinderbiter Studios and Pixar. A stop motion feature about two brothers who discover that shadows can exist on their own, and a shadow master must arise to tame them.

Wild Life was Disney's short lived experiment into more adult animation. Had it been completed, it would've been their first computer animated film! Set in a warholian New York, Kitty Glitter, a disco diva, discovers love and empathy when attempting to gain revenge through a talking elephant. This chapter includes never before seen concept art that we've been really excited to share

The rest of the book, including the cover, has had some slight expansion and revision. Take a look!

I really don't understand people who DESPISE Trixie but LOVE Kitty Glitter

'But Trixie is classist!!!1!' 1. She stops being classist during her date with T.C. + People forget that T.C. is still like. Actually a criminal. She has reason to be wary of him. And 2. Kitty is also classist?? And is more classist than Trixie was?? And doesn't STOP being such?

Also being classist is like the worst thing that Trixie's done which isn't THAT bad, still bad but it doesn't make her The Worst Ever like everyone makes her out to be. Does everyone forget that she's the reason T.C. gets out of jail or did that just Not Happen?

Kitty on the other hand has committed assault and battery which everyone seems to forgive her for because 'oh she's just looking for love she's lonely🥺' k cool sucks for her that doesn't excuse her kissing Brain without his consent, throwing soup on him, and throwing T.C. on top of him at the end of the movie

I'm not saying that you're not allowed to like Kitty Glitter I'm just saying that acting like Trixie is awful but Kitty's 'just a girl 💅' is very hypocritical

Catalina Island-related fanfic prompt

TOP CAT: Fancy-Fancy, I think it's rather worthwhile that we could get together like this at perhaps my favourite coffee place here at the Farmer's Market, sip the coffee and maybe have a sweet roll or two over discussion about your own romantic desires--

TOP CAT: Good point, Fancy-Fancy; Chooch must somehow be smitten by the idea of finding romance with celebrity types with the hope of "going all the way" essentially, only to realise, after that Japanese film series, "it's tough being a man." And correct me if I'm wrong in hearing where Lippy the Lion is basically reinventing himself in the Tora-San vein....

FANCY-FANCY: Still, if there were a "dream date" I would probably desire, it would probably have to be making love with a Manx cat!

TOP CAT, somewhat surprised: A MANX CAT?!! You mean those tailless ones?
