The reason why I left:

My art simply wasn’t doing the usual amount of likes and interaction, and I usually try not to let it get to me but it wasn’t getting attention and I was putting more and more effort and myself and my mental health into my art- I realized it was worthless to keep putting my mental health at risk to keep stressing on unnecessary things and those that like my posts and keep up on my stories will see where I went and would be willing to wait for me to feel better for when I came back to art. I feel a lot better and o hope things will continue smoothly going forward and if not 🤷🏻‍♂️ it is what it is, art will always be my passion. 💜 thank you for understanding <333

what if instead of monsters souls having different colours based on their traits(as in the human soul traits we see in the 6 souls) their magic colour is based on their trait? all monster souls are white but we do see some differences in coloured attacks, idk just food for thought

Hey guys, i just noticed something... have you ever thought DEEPLY about what the red soul of ball game really means?

well, buckle up, because i have some news to share:

starting off, ball game is actually an ancient american culture named "mayan ball game" that was used to settle wars without any bloodshed and certain fees.(it's also used for setting disputes and promoting cross-cultural exchange, but i don't undertale has any of that.)

better put it: it was a sport themed competition in which two teams would go against eachother.

it started off as a regular sports competition, but when things started to get more heated, it was used to end wars and start peace between two nations. basically, winners or champions we're sent to compete in these war related ball games, the winner of these competitions would than win the war. easy as that. but this is where it starts connecting towards undertale.

( ⚠️ SPOILER ALERT⚠️)

the humans and monsters have been at war for awhile now. and the monsters seem to really hate humans and take this war VERY VERY seriously. they want to slay any human they see in their way for a chance to break the barrier and be free.

thereby, it wouldn't make sense for them to setttle everything on a sports competition. which is where the catch comes in: this ball game isn't actually what you think it is. its hinting at the war, but it's not necessarily where the war takes place.

and this where things start to get add up.

during the Asriel fight in true pacificst, we have to use ALL 7 soul traits to defeat him and put an end to the war. the 7 souls traits are told during the ball games.

(these are not in order btw)

kindess

justice

patience

integrity

perseverance

bravery

these are the traits you need to beat ball game.

(okay sorry that was really dramatic)

once we defeat asriel using these traits, we break the barrier and start peace among humans and monsters. ending the war.

and yet, we still don't know what the red soul stands for lmfao.

HOO BOY THAT FIRST POSE WAS HARD TO GET RIGHT! But I am super pleased with it! I really like these two pages. Like I don’t hate anything about these two pages which is awesome!! I am also totally getting out of my comfort zone when drawing these pages too. I feel like it is helping at becoming a better artist!! So that is awesome too!

Poor Jack wasn’t strong enough to pull Nina up. Plus with the cliff already not stable enough, it was a recipe for disaster. I hope everything works out well for them.

Also I am going to start a new upload schedule now! This will be the last early week comic page post. Starting this Saturday, most Saturday nights at 8pm (central time), I will stream making new comic pages. Then post the next updates on Sunday at 1pm. I am gonna stick with this schedule for at least the next month and see how that works out. Streams will be on my Picarto (https://picarto.tv/RoseMuto), so please stop on by and hang out!!
