Happy seven month anniversary to this swap collab I did with @mangosaurus (colors) and @bendarius (lineart), we finally got there guys!!

HI!!!! i am assuming you mean the login screen thing in episode 01? if so i have tried to explain it as best as i can below!

alright, so let's start with what's in the passage for the login screen:

and compare it to our rendered passage:

the login-screen div has some css going on, to make the text centered. as well as a transparent background to separate it from the other text in the passages and give it that screen sort of look.

there's not much going on codewise really, i've used two listboxes and two textboxes. the listboxes are for easy selection if someone doesn't care about imputing a custom forename and surname. the textboxes are for inputting custom names.

the login button is what's doing the heavy lifting! i used the example code from this thread i found a while back - i don't think it is too hard to follow!

in this case, the login button prevents the player from proceeding to the next passage unless the conditions are met. you don't necessarily have to put this in but it'd be silly not to as the mc wouldn't have a name and be labelled as "Forename Surname" lol.

Video game I saw in a dream. It was in this low poly style like an older video game. You play as this character I think was meant to be a lamb, or maybe a weird mix of a lamb a mouse and a rabbit, (while not really looking like any of those things) and you’re running away from a wolf. Your objective is to last as long as possible before the wolf catches and eats you.

The house you’re running in is endless and bizarrely put together like most building interiors in dreams are (like the infinite toilet dream dimension on Reddit lol) the layout of the house is pretty detailed, you can stop and hide in places like closets or bins while the wolf looks for you, you can go up and down stairs and into rooms etc.

You never actually know where the wolf is or how close it is to you until it appears in your line of sight, it makes no noise and the game gives you no way of knowing where it is, and it’s pretty unpredictable it doesnt move at a consistent pace. When the wolf catches you there’s an animation showing it eating your character

roomie!satoru does not know what personal space is btw . he's all splayed out on your bed while scrolling on tiktok while you're gaming, he's glued to your side whenever you go grocery shopping together (definitely hooks his arm around yours btw)(you two look like a couple like that)(he does it on purpose). aaand when you're watching a movie with him, he's either got his head on your lap, begging for you to play with his hair ooorr he's got an arm around your shoulders. he might even walk into the bathroom while you're showering just bc he needed smth from there and he literally does not even do it to be like a perv or anything, it just seems like a very normal thing to him lmao anyway this is just how he shows you that you mean a lot to him okay please let him do it he will be very sad if you shoo him away:(((((((
