Moving aced all genres and emotions!

Moving has reshuffled my entire all time favourite Kdrama list - Kingdom stays at the Top, Moving comes second, followed by Hot Stove League and Reply 1988.

I have so much to write , so much to unpack - I’m rewatching it and will keep posting my thoughts!

I so love this drama and every single member of the cast! Everyone nailed the role they were given - big or small!

Just so you know, those people are worse than me, and it's not a good idea.”  “No,” He sighed and stretched his aching legs out, “I was curious how guys did it. Looked painful.”  “Are you…a homo?”  “I don’t think so,” Gihun rubbed at his forehead and took a long drag of his lit cigarette, letting the smoke seep out of the sides of his mouth, “someone I know...someone I have grown to care a lot about recently, wants to do butt stuff to me, I think.”  “A man?”  He turned balefully to Kim Jeong-rae, “yes, a man. With a dick attached between his legs. Two years of his life wasted in despair. Two whole years spent searching for the bastard who’d gotten him submerged into those nightmarish games that had left him feeling hollow inside.

Maybe if he’d gotten on that plane and sought out the help he needed to heal himself, Gi-hun wouldn’t be as caught up on the past as he was now. But the idea of finding him and staring him in the face again, finally able to ask him why.. Gi-hun was so hung up on the idea that it had completely consumed his entire life. The money he’d won didn’t matter, he’d barely touched it as a matter of fact. It was all blood money, anyway. The only use it had so far was helping that of Sang-woo’s mother and Sae-byeok’s brother. The rest? He intended to use as a means to track down the people who’d made his life a living hell.

Wouldn’t it be ironic if the cash they’d handed him was the reason for their downfall? Oh how Gi-hun would laugh if that were the case. But no such luck as of yet.. not even with the help of Kim Jeong-rae and his band of merry men on the hunt. Time to take matters into his own hands. It wasn’t like he could sleep much nowadays anyway.. not with so much regret weighing on his mind, the faces of those who’d played in the games with him flashing into his memory every time he closed his eyes.

Arming himself with nothing more than a combat knife, Gi-hun made his way down to the nearest train station. With how late it was, he wasn’t expecting to find much at this hour. It was more a walk to clear his mind than another fruitless attempt at finding the suited culprit.

But to his surprise.. there he stood. It took a second to register at first, a double-take needed to confirm. But there was no denying it. It was impossible to mistake that face, and Gi-hun felt his blood practically run colder the second their eyes met. “You again..” Frozen in place, his fingers itched to pull out the knife from his back pocket, jaw clenched so tight his teeth ached. “You’re here to recruit more people into those games, aren’t you? You’re here to.. to start it all up again.” He couldn’t let that happen. Not again. Without warning, Gi-hun made a quick stride forward until he was close enough to grab the suited man by his neatly pressed jacket, using the momentum to slam him into the nearest wall. “Start talking!” He barked at him, just them and the barren station to bear witness to whatever transpired between them next.

Imagine being Mr. Kim tho.

You see Seong Gi Hun after not seeing any signs of him for weeks. And when he comes to you, you're expecting him to beg for his life or give him more time to get the money to pay you back. But instead, he just drops a bag full of cash. All of the money he owes you is in that bag. And your'e so confused. Like?? where the hell did he get this money???? And you look at him to ask questions but you stop because you see that his face just looks so haunted. And you somehow know he must have gotten through a lot to get all that money.

Then you almost forgot about Seong Gi Hun but then some time later, he contacts you and asks if you want a job.

currently, txt, enhypen, ateez (yes, in that order cause i enjoy ateez's songs but don't follow their schedule as much, i watched en-o'clock and jake is my muse but don't usually hear their songs, and i can still feel my heart fluttering whenever i come across txt)

txt: yeonjun! he's the first member to be revealed during their debut days and i was one of the first to watch his announcement vid

enhypen: jake. his pics and vids during i-land days (even tho i don't interact with i-land cause i am SICK of survival shows, fuuuuck them!)

ateez: seonghwa cause of his appearance that i still remember (the platinum blond hair with fake lip ring)

txt: soobin is who i claimed as my first bias (i had to be careful with that cause i had a friend who believes the "bias is mine" mindset and she also picked soobin lol so i claimed that my bias is yeonjun >.<)

enhypen: jungwon! i know surprising, but he is and will be my younger bro, but my bias changes depending on who i vibe with and having a sibling connection with won feels weird because i usually read fics of my biases and it feels awkward for me to read a reader x won fic (esp if it's romantic)

ateez: mingi. i like people with deep voices (cause i also have one for being a contralto) and his voice just caught me off guard. then, i moved to wooyoung because he likes jimin and park jimin was my ult bias for like 4 years (i'm a simple girl. if he biases my bias, he is my bias)

| what makes them your current bias?

visual and voice definitely come to mind. for me, they are so partner-coded with their own pros and cons and i think all of them have a sense of stability within them (soobin with leadership, jake with intelligence, seonghwa with wisdom). while career-wise, they're the underdogs of their groups and i have a thing for underdogs that makes me wanna support them more. they're not flashy enough to be called an ace but also talented enough to be an all-rounder

| who is your bias wrecker?

txt: yeonjun for the longest time. taehyun when i was writing troubled pixies (i even considered biasing yeonbintyun because of it)

enhypen: jay and heeseung! jongseong's been the longest bias wrecker in enha since he almost stole jaeyun's seat numerous times while heeseung is a new one because he's FFFFFFFFAAAAAAWWWKKKing hot and talented (also their music taste combined = my current music taste + they play instruments so that's a plus for me cause i love musicians (most of my real life crush are musicians/can play instruments))

ateez: CHOI SAN FTW istg this guy pls let me bias seonghwa in peace. also, i'll never forget my time biasing wooyoung and he is still lingering on my mind

txt: i don't think i have one. my member obsession will change depending on which fics of theirs that i'm currently writing (cause all of them are equally chaotic in my eye)

enhypen: KIM SUNOO MY BESTIE!!! he's my fellow 03 liner bestie and he's just a breath of neutral-feminine fresh air in the otherwise hypermasculine vibes of enhypen. i always see myself supporting him more than jake cause he is also an underdog in my eye

ateez: jeong yunho. the immaculate talent he has. the freaking smile. UGHHHHH

| when did you first discover the group?

txt: have been there since the beginning, baby! pre-debut times where bighit announces that bts is having a little brother group and the rest is history

enhypen: i've known about i-land (that's when i saw jake's announcement pic and he is such AWOOGAH) but i'm pissed off by survival shows that i don't wanna feel traumatized anymore. i've heard of given-taken but i didn't start being a fan until drunk-dazed - fever era cause that ep is so nice and they have a show with txt so... yeah!

ateez: back in 2018, so many random play dance vids had pirate king as one song in their roster and so i started to get interested. i became a fan during the start of the treasure ep 2 promotions (the red bg concept photo with blond seonghwa, yes that's the one that i mentioned before) and i binge their content including kq fellaz, ep 1, and the short version of hala hala at that time and it's still one of my fav songs of theirs

| have you ever been to one of their concerts?

txt: twice! act: lovesick in 2022 and act: sweet mirage in 2023. i stand pretty far from the stage (because i don't wanna get crowd crush and i can dance and enjoy however i want) but i actually went past their van convoy on the highway on my way home lmao (me and my best friend actually didn't actually believe it was them until we saw that kai had done a very brief weverse live on the van around the same time i drove my car past their van. the fact that i'm meters away from them but we're shielded by each of our vehicles sadge)

enhypen: never, cause they don't consider my city/country to have many engenes. i'm willing to pay to go watch them in another city/country but depends on scheduling and setlist (cause i'm here to watch them perform given-taken live and they don't have it in the latest setlist for the fate tour which is such a disappointment on my end)

ateez: yeah? they're part of a line up for spotify on stage back in 2019 alongside (g)i-dle and rich brian. so i consider that i have watched them in a concert~

Second portion of Mister Right is up:

“What’s going on here?” A cool voice asked from somewhere far far away. Gihun’s face hurt, the side that had scraped against the wall was throbbing like a second heartbeat. “Nothing, mind your own damn business and turn around, ajusshi.” “Ajusshi?” There was amusement now. Whoever it was had decided not to walk away. “You look older than me.” Gihun heard the sound of rustling plastic. He lifted his head and squinted through tear-blurred eyes. There was a man wearing all black standing behind Kim Jeong-rae’s associates. The guy in the red jacket kicked Gihun again, this time in the stomach. His vision went bright white for a few painful seconds, ears ringing and diaphragm spasming. When he finally got his lungs working again, the men were gone and a pair of black leather shoes were standing in front of him. His savior bent down, and Gihun felt cold fingers graze his cheek and lift his head. A bright light shone in his eyes, and he groaned, batting at the phone camera flash with a weak hand. “Good, your pupils are responding normally,” The familiar voice said. Gihun blinked past the massive halo in his vision and squinted up at the shadowy figure. “Who…” “Hwang Inho,” he said, “remember me?”

Inho saves the himbo again and Gihun is nosy.

This will probably have a few more chapters (loosely mapped out). And yes, it will get explicit lol. But I am going to just keep adding them sporadically, so won't be guesstimating the number of chapters for the moment.

And I lied about no one getting hurt in Material Girl 😔 but it's for plot-ish(?) reasons?
