Open Starter: Warmth of a Home

Shuska hums softly as she stokes the fireplace in the main lobby. It's been a cold beginning to the sweep, and nothing is better than a nice warm fire and a mug of fresh cocoa or cider, which she had just finished putting a fresh pot of both out.

"There we are..... Dancer, darling, you can come out here if youd like. I know that apartment can be a bit cramped at times" she chuckled as the thin lime wandered out, a sketch book in his hand and a small smile to Cerium as she walks out with a tree tray of different snack cakes. "Mom did you make enough of these?" She asked with a slight sneer, a worried glance being turned back towards the depths of the library.

Shuska couldn't help but chuckle and offer a smile. " cerium, you don't have to be up here if your mates still in his winter sleep" she cooed, taking the tray and shooing the taller lime off. With a sigh, she settles herself at the desk and opened a story, awaiting the cold that an open door could offer.

Element stood on the bridge of the dreadnought class battlecruiser, observing the planet slowly coming into view.

"Keep Starlights Vigil in low orbit, in case I need to make an example. I'm heading planetside. Have landing parties 2 and 5 prepped and in their transport ships, incase the first example wasn't enough."

As he made his way to the master warp crystal, Element repeated what he planned on finding out while visiting this "empresses" domain: what conditions lead to Khirot washing out, was it simply a matter of bad luck, or other reasons, and how he could get the kid back into what he so rightfully deserves.
