Anyway more ddd comic remake panels, but this time directly from the begining

So much so that at least one panel has the original dialouge, rest is just as silly but its not that important

Long story short tho, the comic started from imagining post ddd that Kairi is retelling the events that happened in ddd that lead to the the bois relationship but my twist was Riku actually getting turned into a actual dream eater

A ryu dragon (cause i thought it was cool) and then traversing the game from there with every drop sequence but the bois actually being able to stick together with limited communication since dream eaters limited sound/talking but still present through the journey

And then the drop meter forcing nap time since Riku would wait a bit for Sora before progressing- but when Sora's meter drops Riku gets to revert back to normal for part of the journey, first switch up is to just get acquainted with the idea

Now that’s out the way we’ll discuss violence🤯 I’m fine with violence if it’s in a request and has a purpose or is like a disability but I’m not just gonna let something be like “reader lost a nose, a eye, a whole leg, all at the same time blah blah blah” I don’t know how to take care of a wound let alone allat. I have a right to decline a request because I said so(very rarely tho) Don’t be mean to me, please😀 I will also mostly do head canons, not that I won’t do anything else but like.. Always gender neutral reader til specified. Everything that includes a child!reader with an adult will be strictly platonic, same thing with an adult!reader with a child. Happy Critmas 2024 Everyone!

I guess is it really Critmas, if there's no game...eh, the first Critmas was imaginary (that was sort of the point, I started this in 2020 BECAUSE I missed playing with my friends, so I started making game supplies for my dolls so they could play). Usually I set this post to air the day of my Critmas game, but since it's not happening I picked a date; and I noticed that over the last 3 years (since '20 was a daily advent) the day had been going down by one, I figured today would be the perfect date. (Maybe next year it will be the 16th lol)

And now, the biggest project I came up with year, and am most proud of the execution of; 1:6 scaled boxes of TCG Cards. That's right, your dolls can collect TCG boxes and do pack openings now. (I mean, mine have a game and hobby store, of course they'd need boxes of cards). Each box type has a sealed version, an opened version, and packs to go in said open box. Sealed box is fairly simple, just construct a box. Opened, you construct a box without a top and put the top flap (that is separate) in as well as make an insert by wrapping the cover with several pack pictures on it, onto an insert of foam board or stacked paperboard (template included) so the box will look filled. But there's also loose backs, that are made by folding the pack in half over a tiny rectangle (to be the cards inside) and then you can fill your open box with the loose packs too. The are fun, they are tiny (and very easy to loose ^^; ) I also laminate all parts with packing tape before cutting to five the shiny box look, but that's up to you. Each sheet has 2 boxes on them for maximized variety.

Mmmmmm...unfortunately, I don't think you're going to like my answers here. ^^;

On the off-chance that you mean the "animated" mini-series from Youtube, that's definitely dead. The comic dubs fill basically the same niche with a much higher production value and cleaner style; at this point going back to KHA would feel like a downgrade. :T

Now, if you mean what I think you mean-- the slice-of-fantasy-life comedy comic strip series-- I can't say anything definitively, but it's entirely possible that it may never come back. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm only using vague language because I did write some KH strips relatively recently-- most notably, the Kirby Fighters series starring MK and Dedede that I admittedly had a lot of fun with. ^^ I could see myself deciding to resurrect that someday...

...Realistically, though, the last time I worked on that was at least 2 years ago. ⚆u⚆ And since then I haven't even had ideas for any more...that one comic I drew with Morpho after Forgotten Land came out, that was the last one. And I wanted to write more at that time, but never came up with any.

So, a series I haven't touched in years, that I don't even think about creatively anymore...to me, both of those things together kinda signal the end of an era. =/ And I've learned from my Flipline Fandom days that when an era ends, it's best not to fight it. (btw, big hello to anyone still here who knows me from back then~)

The character concepts themselves (what I now call "classic KH") will always live in my heart and continue to inform the more modern AUs, as well as Magical Friends. And who knows: maybe the next mainline Kirby game will re-open that old wellspring of creativity. But right now, it's lookin' like the days of drawing silly gijinka chibis goofing around in 3 pages or less are basically gone.
