If you want something sweet but are still in ketosis, these Keto Vanilla Almond Fat Bombs are a great option. They are made with natural sweeteners that don't contain sugar and are great for dessert or a quick pick-me-up.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste.
Instructions: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond butter and coconut oil. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until melted. Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener to taste. Add shredded coconut and mix well. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours until firm. Pop out the fat bombs from the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Keto Peanut Butter Cookies. ¾ C pure Peanut Butter or no sugar added Peanut Butter ¼ C Zero Calorie Sweetner. I like to use Erythritol, or Swerve Brand. 2 T Almond Flour 1 Large Egg 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract. Make sure it is sugar free. Optional ½ tsp baking powder. Not.really needed. Mix it all together and make 12 dough balls. Flatten with a fork and sprinkle sea salt on them, bake at 350 for 12 to 14min. I believe these have about 3g net carbs.

Take out and fill them with about a tbsp of nut butter of choice. 4. Press down a nut in the peanut butter in all of them and put in the freezer for a couple of minutes. 5. ☘️ULTIMATE Shrimp Cobb salad + Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing 💥🥑😍 . Makes 4 servings ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 1.5 lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined⁠ 1 Tbsp avocado oil⁠ 4 boiled eggs cooked and peeled⁠ 6 slices of cooked nitrate-free bacon, diced ⁠ 1 cup of organic corn kernels(Corn is not Keto), either fresh or frozen-thawed⁠ 1 large avocado, diced⁠ 1/2 cup crumbled cheese of choice, feta or blue cheese are both great on this⁠ 6 packed cups chopped romaine lettuce⁠ ⁠. Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing:⁠ 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt⁠ 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced⁠ 1 fresh garlic clove⁠ 4 fresh chives⁠ sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste⁠ ⁠. I’ve had a rough few days 🤦🏼‍♀️ the type of rough days that would have led to an emotional eating binge but instead of bingeing, I’ve had no appetite which is something new to me. How about this veggie-loaded ORZO GREEK SALAD 🍅🥗🥒 along with an easy, DIY bone broth🍲 Grab the delicious deets below👇🏼👇🏼by @thedishonhealthy Follow us @ketodietplanster for more . . For the nourishing bone broth 🍲👌🏼 1 whole organic chicken. Rotisserie works! 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 2-3 bay leaves 🍃 2 celery stalks, chopped (veins removed) 2 large organic carrots, chopped🥕 2 white onions, chopped ~8-9 cups of water 💦  1/2 tsp of sea salt (or more, to taste!)🧂 1/4 tsp of ground pepper 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced . Instructions: in a large stock pot, add the entire chicken carcass; remove all white & dark meat. Throw in all of the ingredients- except for salt and pepper. Bring everything to a boil and then reduce heat to med/low and simmer (covered w/ a lid) for 2.5 hours. It will thicken nicely. Use a strainer to filter only the broth into a containers or tup & stir in the sea salt and pepper. .  For the Orzo Greek Salad 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Vinaigrette 👇🏼 3/4 cup of good quality olive oil 1/4 cup white wine vinegar  1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 🍋 1 teaspoon of dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt🧂  1/2 teaspoon minced organic garlic 1 tablespoon of dried parsley🌿 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 2 teaspoons of raw honey or agave . The Greek salad has 4 cups of cold, but cooked orzo (I cooked mine in bone broth, recipe above!!🍲👌🏼🙃), 1 cup finely chopped bell peppers in every color, 1.5 cups of halved cherry tomatoes, 1.5 cups of diced cucumbers, & 1 cup of creamy feta chunks, I always buy goat feta.
