Valbaran Fae Boys

Hey, so, remember when I was creating a fantasy world in a Sims game? Well! I finally got around to doing the Valbaran Fae Boys. I had to do some special stuff, and create Ruhn in the Light It Up household so that he and Bryce would be siblings, but it worked out. XD

I don't loooove how Ruhn came out. I mean, I think most of it is pretty good. But that was the only half-shaved, long hair hairstyle. I looked for custom content, but nothing really hit what I picture for Ruhn. I'd have preferred something straighter/less "styled". And I gave him an eyebrow piercing to offset the fact that sims doesn't have lip piercings, and idk how that type of custom content would come out since it's not something built into the game. But, like, Sims...where are the lip piercings???

Tristan, on the other hand, I am quite happy with! Kinda a slouchy, preppy boy who wears the right stuff, but there's always just an air of not caring at all about him. Declan I'm still thinking a bit about, and I'm not 100% I got the right clothes, but he's good for now. And ready to meet Bronson. 😉

I haven't yet decided what their jobs will be, but I'm thinking probably law enforcement, like the wolves. All three are total bros, of course, and the house will become a massive party house.

Ruhn's got a heart of gold and is extremely family-oriented, which is focused mostly on his sister and making sure he maintains the relationship he fought to rebuild. He wants to be the leader of the biggest, baddest group in the sim world, and he's off to a great start.

Flynn is a total party animal - literally. All Flynn wants to do is throw wild parties, and luckily his roommates don't hate him for it.

Declan is just a loyal buddy who wants to be super computer smart. He's also got a geek side, of course, but he will stick by his friends no matter what.

Sorry everyone, I didn't mean to disappear. I started to get sick monday night and went down hill on my days off🤧. I'm getting better, I lost my voice on my days off and worried I had to call in on thursday, but luckily I gained my voice back. Though it was still cutting off a bit and very off. I still have shit in my throat and a runny nose, but getting better. While I've been sick, I've been mainly playing Sims 3, 4, and the Urbz. And whenever I had the energy to draw. I was mainly drawing nonsims stuff

I also decided that I'm not going to post art everyday, it wasn't a good idea when I kept making myself try to post every day when it can easily make me get an art block. I'm just going to post art whenever I'm ready to post it

I made a new character in the sims 4

The dude makes money by using his culinary skills to make ingredients or actual meals and selling them at the park on those bargain tables. Don't have the time or patience to make dough for your homemade pizza? Well Al's got you covered, for just six bucks you can have enough dough to make two pizzas

I played around in this save for a whole sims week so far, and it's already starting out wild

Al became good friends with Makoa Kealoha(I redesigned a few families in 4 so far. The Kealoha family was one of them) So he let them stay at his house for a few days. But when Al came back home from the club Makoa and Lilliana were scrappin in the living room💀💀

LIKE WHAT??? You have your daughter Nani chilling in the next room like this is some normal shit😨😨. After that Al ended the stay early and made them leave, then immediately drank to forget that. I didn't make him do that he just did it automatically🍹🍹. Also made friends with a few other sims like Candy Behr

I decided on making her mostly look like her original mysims self (I'm not done with Yuki yet, otherwise I would've shown her as well on this post. I will once I'm done) . Al is like an unofficial spin master member, he's friends with all of them. But currently he has to take a break from partying for a while because he accidentally knocked up a random girl at a party. She didn't want the baby, so he's a single dad rn with a baby boy

He's so cute, I love him🥹🥹💕💕✨✨!! His name is Kasey, and he's very sweet

These guys are a part of the longest I've ever played a single save file in the sims. Kasey, the on in black, is part of the 3rd generation of sims, and his Son Evan is our Awkward Teen that will be taking over after his father passes.

On a Hot Summer's Day

It's been a few days since I've filled my queue, but I have a minute between Halloween and multiple children's birthday parties, so I'll do my best!

Brooks, like a good boy, is up bright and early to deliver the newspaper...along with a couple of notifications! Yay!! Another wedding in the works! Unfortunately, I suspect I won't be on rotation for it, but don't worry, as with Redwood Harbor, I plan to take some posed pictures for an album!

Jasmine was up before Shorty of course so she had a little fun before taking care of Ephraim. It's a weekend so everyone is home...well, off of work.

I guess Story Progression didn't take my que when naming the Garrett's new LO. Jill, Joe, Blake?? One of these things is not like the other! Oh well, it's a solid name. And I try to stay away from renaming babies born to SP unless I absolutely need to for keeping my sims straight. I may be alone in this, but my gameplay feels more immersive to me the less I interfere.

With Shorty still asleep and Jasmine again in need of some cheering up, it was time to fulfill at least one small want of hers. Take Ephraim and Brooks for a walk!

It was super cute, but it didn't take long before everyone was all sweaty and miserable. It is summer after all, and I do have my tempest settings set to a sub-tropical climate for St. Bernie!

Oh no! And Ivy is expecting their child too! I really hope this doesn't turn into another weird Korey and Angela situation where Freddie starts hooking up with all of her friends!

No dia 4 de abril de 1994, finalmente conseguimos sorrir vendo o rosto de nosso filho primogênito, Jake. Ele era tão lindo! Foi amor à primeira vista. As enfermeiras do hospital eram tão rápidas em cuidar de nós que, às vezes, antecipavam nossas necessidades antes mesmo de eu pedir! Jake mal chorava antes que uma enfermeira gentil e vigilante aparecesse na sala.

Após sair do hospital, estávamos completamente sozinhos. A imagem idílica de uma mãe balançando e olhando amorosamente para os olhos de seu bebê logo se transformou em longas noites sem dormir, segurando nosso filho exigente chorando. Não demorou muito para que a vovó viesse nos socorrer com um sorriso sábio e uma panela com alguma comida deliciosa. Eu poderia tê-la beijado, mas minha boca já estava cheia dessa delícia de comida, e tenho certeza de que eu cheirava um pouco mal.

Depois de uma boa refeição, um banho quente e uma soneca bem longa, acordei para encontrar um bebê feliz e contente nos braços da vovó. Jake cheirava a sabonete de bebê, o cabelo estava tão limpo quanto o pijama de pezinhos. A avó olhava amorosamente para ele enquanto o balançava. Sim, era idílico. Eu estava admirada com a capacidade da minha mãe saber exatamente o que Jake precisava. Ele chorava e ela dizia: “Oh, esse é o seu choro de fome”, ou “bem, parece que ele precisa trocar a fralda”, ou ainda “ah, o Jake quer ficar um pouco no seu colo”. Enquanto eu ouvia apenas o mesmo choro toda vez, minha mãe reconhecia uma necessidade em cada som ou tom diferente. Ela observava, ouvia e sabia o que fazer!

Certo dia, perguntei: “Mãe, como você sabe a diferença entre os choros dele? Todos soam iguais para mim!” “Experiência”, ela respondeu com o mesmo sorriso gentil e sábio. Logo ficou cada vez mais fácil reconhecer e atender às necessidades do nosso filho.

Jake agora tem 24 anos e, ainda assim, como pais amorosos, o observamos e o ouvimos. Nosso Pai Celestial também conhece todos os nossos choros, a causa de cada desconforto. Quando precisamos de comida, Ele fornece nutrição física e espiritual. Quando estamos exaustas, Ele nos dá paz e descanso. Quando estamos sujas, Ele provê limpeza e um aroma com cheiro doce. Ele nos pede que amemos os outros de idêntica maneira.

Vivemos em um mundo faminto, cansado e sujo, mas nossa experiência pode guiar nossa empatia e nos ajudar a atender às necessidades específicas dos outros em nome de Jesus. Esse é verdadeiramente o ideal!
