I ripped the toenail away from the nail bed on my little toe last Thursday night and haven't been able to get a shoe on until today. It still hurts and is red/inflamed, but better than it was. I did sod all this weekend, exactly nothing, and, despite staying low carb gained 3 pounds. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

I am beyond frustrated with not being able to even eat like a sane person (not binge eat) without working out/walking every fucking day in order to just MAINTAIN my weight.

Anyway got the morning workout done , couldn't really jump or even lift onto my toes, but I guess better than nothing.

The instructor's cat helped during the stretch part of class.

hey for everyone talking about jury nullification etc etc: it only works if you lie and say you dont know what it is. if youre chosen for jury duty and they ask you if you know what it is, you say no. here's an article going more in depth, and here's the cgp grey video about it.

like. just so we're clear, it's good to know about, but if you go into a courtroom and start talking about nullification, you could very well have voided your place on that jury. be smart about it 👍

Every group is a unique drawing! Copy a group 30 times, or put 30 keyframes into the group's timeline layer, and you increase the size of the file and the amount of RAM needed to work with the file by 30x, despite no changes between copies!

One symbol can be copied, pasted, resized, keyframed or tiled as much as you want, and the file size will barely twitch.

Does your background REALLY need 10 MB of barely perceptible dots when everything else in the file needs 18?
