So apparently I never posted him, but here's my Pitty npc because I think my pirate would be far more attached to her Bear Family in Grizzleheim than her birth parents :) (His name is Dain Ironside)

#w101 #p101 #wizard101 #p101 oc #w101 oc #silent ryan ironside #dain ironside #oc #pirate101 #Ryan's birth name is Ryan Collins but when she was raised by Dain since she was about 5 she decided to take on his last name instead #her parents were close with the traders in Grizzleheim and when the mutiny happened the crew cut out Ryan's tongue and set her adrift #she was pickdd up by a Grizzleheim ship and was real stand-offish but just gravitated to Dain once she was brought #back to the clan. he'd known her parents and took her in so he's basically the only Dad she really remembers #she's his little cub #She gets caught while doing trading with the Grizzleheim bears when they steer into Armada territory by accident. ehen she tried to defend #the ship she was taken (about age 13-14) and the story starts from there #she mostly just wants to get back home to Dain and her clan but having a crew is slowly but surely alienating her from her own home #anyways #Dain used to be a great warrior and raised 3 proud sons who all died glorious deaths in battle. now he mostly carves runes and teaches new #cubs to forge and fight. Ryan was a weird one (too small for his normal lessons but eager to grab an axe too heavy fof her anyways) but he #taught her well. which is why she fights like a Bucaneer in Swashbuckler's clothes until Sarah Steele teaches her otherwise.#Dain is also her inspo for her ship's flag. a bear symbol w/ his clan colors isn't *subtle* but it marks her as a friend of Grizzleheim #she hopes to send word back to him that she's alive #or hear that he's alive #planning on Griffin's dog dad from Marleybone next but we'll see

It's actually really appropriate that bsd happened to me because I learned about the Sengoku period of Japan from Samurai Warriors. I was moé Oichi in the very first dream in which I exercised volitional control over the dream narrative and environment.

#bsd #bungou stray dogs #samurai warriors #ive always exercised complete volitional control over myself/my dream character #but i had chronic and constant and sometimes recurring nightmares and couldnt control anything else #so i remember very fondly the first time i figured out how to adjust the narrative and environment #i was oichi on a vicious battlefield and i curled up on the ground crying because it was too chaotic and violent and terrifying #there were no clear “sides” — so there wasnt anywhere to go for safety. someone noticed me and raised their battle axe to kill me.#and while cowering on the ground all i wanted was an invisibility cloak to hide under #and got one! so from there i willed a proper fucking sword and horse #then i willed oichi's husband and saved him like a damsel in distress #first nightmare i ever turned into an adventure #now i have so much control over my dreams that i can run simulations of major decisions and can collapse the entire environment if i want to #but my dreams characters (which are just less conscious me) get annoyed if i break the dream without engaging with whatever it's processing #so i try not to.#also sometimes it's an interesting or exciting story and i want to see where it's going #or it's laden with imagery i want to unpack #or i forget it's a dream until the dream characters break the fourth wall at the end to deliver me the takeaway I need to remember #but none of this happened suddenly. it was a slow process that began out of my desperation to no longer be victimized by my own nightmares #and oichi was the turning point.#and also got me very into the sengoku period of japan from ages 9-15.#that abruptly ended because of a marijuana leaf #but that's a separate story #anyway #it just struck me that everything i know about japanese history. came to me first as gaggles of bishie japanese historical figures.#sorry japan but thank you bishie nobunaga and bishie dazai

Heroblight Ganon and Cucco Zelda.

I want to make clear that Link’s spirit has been evicted from his body, and that’s Ganondorf’s consciousness that has taken residence within it, so the character technically isn’t an evil Link.

Ganondorf doesn’t actually like being in Link’s body very much. He misses being tall, and buff, and not constantly hungry. Zelda takes offense to this, because at least he’s not poultry, thank you very much.

About Link’s injuries: While fleeing from the rampaging Guardians 100 years ago, Link tried to block a laser blast with his shield, and while his reflexes saved his life, his left arm was still severed, and the flaming debris from his exploded shield burned his face and ear. The Sheikah managed to recover the arm and put it in the Shrine of resurrection with him, which reattached it, but while it’s still useable there isn’t much feeling in it, and his left eye is blind (Ganondorf compensates for this with the Malice Eye in the helmet). The malice on his face covers the burn scars and clouded eye.

#txt #ch: siggi #siggi x finan #like ok mid battle she’s trying to chase down haeston as he flees #but she’s intercepted and in the carnage is knocked down by a horse-and-rider #the horse falls dead from a slew of arrows atop her right side - pinning siggi to the mud and snow and blood #her trying desperately to free herself and she manages to get her upper half free before finan spots her trapped #at the same time as he spots a dane warrior rushing for her #finan sprinting for her as siggi desperately reaches for her axe and the warrior is getting close and closer #and she manages to get hold of her axe and swing around just as he makes contact - her axe lodged in his chest #finan reaching her breathlessly and shoving the corpse away to find siggi panting and covered in blood but alive. Alive.#later back at saltwic finan comes to check on her and an injured osferth #and after their quiet conversation siggi catches finan’s wrist and softly thanks him #’no need to thank me’ he says with a soft edged smile - shifting his hand to gently hold hers for a moment before he leaves #🤡🤡🤡🤡#this being the first time finan is truly scared to lose her ……… I’m being so normal right now

da anon back at it to harass u gently more abt the game! who did u romance in origins? i’m also an origins guy myself, and i can definitely agree that the other games just didn’t … hit the same. they’re good, don’t get me wrong! but origins truly felt like lightning in a bottle and it’s never had anything compare to me haha. 2 is good, but there’s something that is so disconnected about it! the companions are great in 2, but i think because the game was so rushed in dev that it just … didn’t get what it TRULY deserved as a game. and inquisition is far too open world for me, i won’t lie…..

on that same thought, have you played bg3? or are you interested in it?

i have not played bg3 !!! it is taking the world by storm it seems and it does interest me but.........turn based combat my greatly beloathed.......the only turn based games i can tolerate are pokemon and paper mario THAT'S IT !!! i just 😔 don't like waiting my turn 😔😔😔 i've played dnd in real time before, but that felt different, bc i was playing with pals !!! and i know that's just the way the game works but.......idk if i can do it 😩😩😩 i am definitely interested tho !!!!
