Big question right now is...what the heck is the tone of Chaos Theory's final season going to be?

Season 1 was a dark thriller filled with mystery, grief, mounting terror, and a steady reclamation of control. One of our heroes watched his dad die in front of him, another saw her neighbors torn from her hand and devoured, and they all grieved and opened up to one another in different ways.

Season 2 was a river adventure through differing perils juxtaposed with a tense spy rivalry, ending with a mad scientist gleefully unleashing his monster upon heroes and villain alike.

They were practically different shows!

Jurassic Park DR except the dinosaurs are scientifically accurate (with creative liberties of course) and they can also mimic human speech, imagine being hunted by one and and it keeps calling you sinister little pet names as u hide

im so tired of analog horror thats like "heres some instructional tapes ^_^ actually its gonna glitch out and show bloody images or secret things people should never see ooo" like. i wish more people would just commit to JUST the old tapes or smth of the like, and build up a more eerie atmosphere through normal storytelling,

petscop wasnt rlly analog horror specifically, but it didnt once have a jump cut to spooky imagery to go back to the base gameplay and be like "oh haha wasnt that weird and scary? ^_^" and instead just. Built up its atmosphere without jumpscares. even so it still felt like there MIGHT be a jumpscare at any second. idk

analog horror makers could do better
