Soooo Keebercad here! I’m working on making my own banner and tumblr icons(so I’m not using other people’s stuff y’know) at the moment. WL has been rough, can not lie. To sum it all up, I got in a car wreck(I’m fine, everyone else is fine, car wasn’t) uhhh wasn’t my fault technically. We hydroplaned and I wasn’t the one driving. I was in Wisconsin for three weeks which made it hard to calorie count so I mostly just worked out. I think I’m gonna go on a temporary low cal “binge” just so I won’t feel…so groggy? It’s been so hard to get back into the swing of things and I’m only gaining weight. I got down to 213 but I’m at 217 rn, granted I’m on my period, but still. I wanna be 123 by June of next year and 180 by November, so I gotta start cranking in work outs and lowering my cals. Also gotta start drinking a shiz ton more water cause I wanna prevent loose skin and I heard that helps? Tbh I’m hoping making a tumblr post might help me hold myself accountable, y’know? Like, hey! I’m back at it! Gotta get back in the swing of things! So, here’s a little update post for all my readers(I have zero readers, but I might as well act like I’m talking to someone? Y’know?) Another TIM with a history of domestic violence is using the courts to to play victim

A trans-identified male is suing the City of New York after he was placed in a men’s detention center while awaiting transfer to another state on charges related to domestic violence. Ali Miles, formerly known as Dylan Miles, is demanding over $22,000,000 in compensation for discrimination on the basis of his gender identity.

Miles, who identifies as a Muslim woman, was incarcerated at the George R. Vierno Center on Rikers Island from June to July of 2022. His custody was a holding prior to his transfer to another state, as he had warrants for his arrest in the state of Arizona. He was then transferred to Yavapai County Jail where he was ultimately tried and found guilty of two counts of aggravated harassment per domestic violence, a Class 5 felony, for instances dated in November 2021 and February 2022.

He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency, which are all Class 1 misdemeanors.

In October of 2022, he was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years and sentenced to 312 days in jail, with credit added for the 132 days he had already been held there. Miles was also subject to a domestic violence assessment.

But Miles is now taking to the court to sue to the City of New York for detaining him with other males while he was awaiting transfer to Arizona. The suit argues that Miles faced discrimination, assault, and human rights violations after being placed with men.

While asserting that he “wears women’s clothing and in all appearance expresses as a person of the female gender,” the filing argues that Miles was housed in a male facility at Rikers despite allegedly having a court order directing his placement to the female unit.

The suit reveals that following his arrest, Miles informed a judge that he was transgender, and required special housing accommodations to which a judge reportedly agreed. The court file and orders were then marked to notify the prison and their Intake Personnel that Miles was to be housed in the female section of Rikers, but he was not.

“As Miles approached the inside of the building, Miles realized it was a male jail which caused shock, panic and fright to Miles,” the suit reads, referring to Miles using feminine pronouns. “Miles requested and pleaded … that as an LGBTQIA+ individual who was transgendered, she required and needed an accommodation, and that she should not be placed in a male population jail.”

Miles then alleges that a prison staff member said “we don’t do the trans thing here.” He was then strip-searched by a male guard he alleges told him that he had “nice tits” and “one hell of a pussy.” This is despite Miles not having had any known genital surgeries.

Miles continues that he was routinely harassed, “misgendered” and subjected to humiliation during his detention at the George R. Vierno Center. In particular, Miles emphasizes his “sexual victimization” by multiple “African American male” inmates as a result of his placement in a male facility, one of which he alleges sodomized him using butter as lubricant.

Miles is seeking a minimum of $22,000,000 in compensation for the various mistreatments he claims, arguing that the prison’s “unlawful conduct was a direct result of Rikers’ pervasive practices, and customs of discrimination, deliberate indifference, against transgender people.”

Miles is a prolific litigant, and, as previously reported by Reduxx, has filed a number of suits alleging discrimination by various businesses.

In May of 2023, Miles filed a lawsuit against a New York yoga studio seeking compensation of $5,000,000 after employees reportedly asked him to use the men’s restroom instead of the women’s.

In the suit, Miles alleged that the personnel at Chelsea Yoga “deprived [him] of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to … gender-based preferences, expectations, or stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself.”

But shortly after that suit was launched, Reduxx learned that Miles had filed at least four other lawsuits, making similar claims of victimization in each.

In February of 2022, Miles filed a civil action for $75,000 in compensation against Sedona Soul Adventures, an Arizona-based business he had previously worked for. Miles alleged that the tourism company had wrongfully terminated his employment shortly after he was hired after subjecting him to “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” The suit was dismissed after an out-of-court agreement was reached.

One month later, Miles filed two separate civil actions — one against Planet Fitness and one against Bagel Point, both, again, on the basis of “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” In both, Miles represented himself, and failed to use consistent pronouns, often calling himself “Mr. Miles.” 

In his poorly-written civil action, Miles alleged that staff at a Planet Fitness threatened to sound the “lunk alarm” on him for entering the women’s facilities, and used a slur when referring to him. The “lunk alarm” is a fixture seen at most Planet Fitness gyms intended to provide a humorous “warning” to those being too loud or obnoxious in the gym.

Miles demanded compensation of $10,000,000 from Planet Fitness, but the suit was ultimately dismissed after he failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees as requested by the court.

In his action against Bagel Point, a cafe in Brooklyn, Miles sought $75,000 in damages alleging he had been wrongfully terminated and subjected to verbal abuse on the basis of his gender identity.

Miles had been an employee of Bagel Point for a short period of time, during which he claimed the owner, a Muslim woman, had referred to him using slurs and mocked his gender identity, as well as crafting “unsubstantiated” complaints about his performance. The action, which was poorly written and rife with spelling errors, was dismissed by the court once again after Miles failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees.

In yet another suit, Miles sought compensation from New York Presbyterian Hospital, once again claiming to have faced discrimination on the basis of his gender identity. The suit was dismissed and an appeal was not filed.

Though it is unclear when Miles began to identify as a woman, he appears to have converted to Islam around the same time. On his social media pages, he has alluded to learning Arabic and following various Islamic teachings.

While Miles’ past cases were quickly snuffed out of the court system, his most recent suit against the City of New York appears to be proceeding. Having previously represented himself unsuccessfully, Miles has retained an attorney for this suit who has requested the case be referred to the court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (ADR). The ADR is an alternative mediation-style arrangement targeted at speeding up settlement.

On January 10, the lawyers for the City of New York requested a time extension to review the details of the case, with the next hearing being set for February 22.

FABLE'S BYEONGHWI, MINGEUN, AND INTAK SPOTTED AT NEON NIGHTS SHOW — July 27, 2024

Three members of Fable were spotted supporting their labelmates, Neon Nights, at the first show of a series of concerts promoting the band’s fifth anniversary album. An eagle-eyed fan posted a few pictures of the idols, clearly trying to be incognito in masks and hats. They were accompanied by a fourth person, generally assumed to be one of their non-celebrity friends.

In follow-up tweets, the poster of the pictures also noted a few more events of the night, including Mingeun heading backstage after the show and a running count of Intak’s overpriced cocktails—five by the end of the night.

Despite being labelmates for six years, interactions between the two groups have been minimal, usually limited to posting one another’s songs on their Instagram stories, or participating in TikTok challenges together. This Fable appearance marks the first time the two groups have been seen together since February of last year, when Neon Nights released a song featuring Mingeun and Andrew to immense criticism from both their fandoms.

I'm planning to lose the weight in a pretty healthy way, so my daily calorie intake will be higher and my progress slower than you would imagine, because I wanna become healthy and function properly at least physically.

My goal is to lose at least 9 kg of fat in 3 months, so at least 3 kg a month from now to the 10th of September 2024.

I will start going to the gym by the end of June or the beginning of July so I hope it will help me a lot.

Also I've been struggling with BED(binge eating disorder) since August 2023, and i wanna heal fully from that.

It’s.. fascinating in a brand new way (a terribly disappointing way) to see HoYo fumble the bag this fast.

I was contemplating making a post about this a day or 2 ago, mostly about the Natlan explosion, but then Moze’s drip marketing happened… and suffice to say I think there’s a bit more substance for me to comment on 🫠

I’ll start with Natlan and try to articulate the thoughts properly, since both my own thoughts and my intake of others’ views has had a couple days to settle in my mind:

I wanna preface with the fact that I love Hoyoverse. I really, really do (I desperately wanna work for them, actually, lol. It’s a dream of mine). And I think that’s obvious to people who have seen a couple of my posts.

But it’s precisely because I love them so much, hold them in such a high regard, and respect mostly everything about them, that their recent performance has just left me deeply…. Disappointed.

Sheer, RAW disappoinment makes up the bulk of my feelings and attitude towards what they’ve been doing recently: which is not listening to their community where it REALLY matters. I was present when the uproar over Sumeru happened. I was disappointed then too, but at that time I more-so existed as a confused outsider observing what was going on (I am a poc but not SWANA). Everything about it — from the large-scale disrespectful mix of many cultures, to the 💀 TERRIBLE idea to not pronounce Tighnari’s name correctly AT ALL, to the abhorent lack of melanin in characters (that are DIRECTLY inspired by figures hailing from African countries) — was… bad. REALLLYYY bad. But I’ll be honest when I say: the way I rationalized it in my brain was “Well, they did add more dark-skinned characters to the roster! I guess this is just their version of ‘darker skin’ ” (which, by itself is already a terrible thing BECAUSE they take care to try and represent real world cultures faithfully).

So the fact that it’s happened again. And worse (SOMEHOW⁉️⁉️) is something that’s making me realize how lackluster it was before. And I am desperately rooting for a change. Fool me once, shame on me type shit genuinely.

Now.. in regards to Moze (Star Rail)’s EN VA 🫠. Everything I know about that man I learned in the past 24 hours. So all I will say is that EVEN if he’s worked to better himself, having been BLACKLISTED from the industry (BECAUSE THE CRIMES WENT ON FOR A DECADE!! MIND YOU) means it is way too fuckin soon to hire someone like that again 💀. They took action against Tighnari’s original VA, so that they’ve done this now is… weird…??? I’m just really confused, yo.

Potions! Very important to have, if you're fucked up in battle, a healing potion would be reealllyy useful, don't you think?

Today, we'll just be going over the basic five potions most adventurers would have on hand at some point.

Do note that these are the most popular and common recipes. There are different recipes for the same objective, so some people like to use other recipes instead.

The higher your rank is, the less likely you'll feel the side effects of common potions. An S-ranked rider wouldn't feel the side effects of any of these potions after awakening, before awakening, you would... but only a little, like a 1/10.

cleric's brew

Literally just a healing potion, but like only for physical injuries. Cleric's brew is the weakest variant of physical healing potions. The strongest brew of this is called 'clerica', since you are like... an S-tier rider... you will be taking clerica onto missions far more than cleric's brew. Surprise surprise, the potion is red (the liquid is clear). It tastes like watermelon jolly ranchers (Is this really unrealistic? yes. but I don't really wanna drink a shitty tasting potion when blood is leaking from every orifice on my body).

side effects: n/a, though stronger brews with this recipe do make the drinker feel drunk

serving size: this recipe makes two servings of cleric's brew, 50 ml per serving, can take 10 servings in a day

how to make cleric's brew:

ingredients:

-3 stalks of wrymroot

-3 crushed maldine seeds

-4 table spoons of hippocampus liver oil

-100 ml of mana infused drinking water (infusing more mana increases the strength of this potion, a C rank rider would be able to make clerica)

procedure:

boil 100 ml of mana infused water in a heat insulating pot, like a classic cauldron

put the 3 maldine seeds and the liver oil into a separate bowl; mix it until the mixture turns red

pour the mixture into the pot and mix until fully combined

put the stalks of wyrmroot into the pot; push the stalks down into the liquid, but don't stir it to prevent the stalks from breaking

place a lid over the pot and let the mixture boil for 1 hr

after an hour, take the pot out of the heat and strain it; make sure no solid ingredients are in the liquid when you pour it into flasks

you're done!

nausine

Did I name a potion for nausea after a nausea medication here? Yes. Did I spell it differently in hopes that people wouldn't know that it is in fact the name of a nausea medication? Perhaps. But here we are... Yeah so I didn't know what to name this so... I mean like nausine fits right? Uh anyways, this potion is murky green and smells like goat shit. It tastes bitter but with a tinge of mint. Nausine is especially used for motion sickness.

side effects: drowsiness

lasts for 1 hour

serving size: this recipe makes three servings of nausine, 30 ml per serving, can only take 6 servings in a day, must space out intake of each serving by an hour

how to make nausine:

ingredients:

-40 ml of ram bile

-20 ml of purified drinking water

-1 cockatrice yolk

-5 yilandrea buds

-3 handfuls of bay leaves

-1 reed of brambleweed

procedure:

boil the ram bile for half an hour; make sure the room is well ventilated + make sure you wear protective clothing such as gloves and goggles

make sure that the bile doesn't contain anymore solid ingredients, including bone and other entities. if the bile you acquired is from a high quality retailer, you can probably skip this step.

set aside the bile, and pour the cockatrice yolk, yilandrea buds, bay leaves, and brambleweed into a motar and crush the ingredients until a paste is formed

put the paste into a pot with the drinking water and stir; boil the mixture for around 15 minutes, place a lid on the pot and leave it for 10 minutes

pour the substance into the bile and stir slowly over heat; keep the mixture over heat for an hour

move the potion into three different flasks, and you're done!

mulkings draught

Often referred to as a 'mulking', mulkings draught strengthens a person's ability to resist mind magic. Of course, this kind of brew isn't foolproof, but it's good enough against low level creatures that utilize mind magic. This potion was named after Tirin Mulkings, who made this recipe. Luckily, this one doesn't taste like straight up ass, instead, it tastes similar to greek yogurt. It smells slightly milky, and the potion is a very light blue, at first glance it appears white.

side effects: slight nausea

lasts for 1 hour

how to make mulkings draught:

ingredients:

-30 ml of griffin milk

-a handful of blue caligrass

-4 tablespoons of mollusk eggs

-2 tablespoons of white peas

procedure:

boil the griffin's milk until the liquid releases steam, but not until it bubbles erratically; remember to continually stir the liquid

add the caligrass, mollusk eggs, and white peas

mush the ingredients until the liquid starts to bubble more erratically, then take the mixture off the heat

pour the mixture into a mortar, grind the ingredients carefully to avoid splashing the substance on yourself

once everything's mushed together, transfer the mixture into a clay pot and apply heat to the substance

Hastency serum makes the drinker's movements faster. If you drink two servings of this potion, it'll also increase your precision. Archers use this potion so often that it got the nickname 'archer's brew'. Hastency tastes similar to scotch and feels as if it burns the throat as it's consumed. The clear orange-yellow liquid is stored in a vial. It smells similar to rusty metal.

ingredients:

-3 oscaaret talons

-1 sailfish dorsal fish

-2 basset griffin claws

-2 owl eyes (any breed works)

-a handful of fleetfoot hare hair (lmao)

-40 ml of wyvern spit

procedure:

make sure the wyvern spit doesn't have any large foreign objects in it

boil the spit overnight in a clay pot, make sure a lid is placed on the pot

before the spit is ready, grind the dorsal fin until it's breaks apart into chunky bits

in the morning, make sure the spit is really runny. If the spit is thicker than before, let it cool for a day and boil the spit again. If the spit is runny, place the talons, claws, dorsal fin, hair, and rocks into the pot

stir for 15 minutes slowly, then let it boil for 10 minutes

as the mixture boils, take the owl eyes and cut them over a small bowl; pour the liquid from the eyes into the pot and stir it until the liquid turns orange

once it turns orange stir it for another ~3 minutes and let it cool overnight

strain the potion, make sure no hair is present in the strained liquid

transfer it into 4 vials, and you're done!

ardor serum

Often simply called 'ardor', this potion helps replenishes a person's energy. Similar to hastency serum, this potion is stored in a vial. While it's useful, it's not the healthiest potion for the body. Taking too many in a short span of time can result in permanent mind fog, constant need to move (lots of fidgeting), fatigue, and insomnia. The liquid is chartreuse and murky. It smells like smoky dog sweat, and it tastes like candles and stale corn chips.

how to make ardor serum:

ingredients:

-4 powdered pangolin scales

-4 teaspoons of taperoak sap

-3 highland wynmergier feathers

-5 sprouting sylican seeds

-1 handful of sickleweeds

-40 ml of sundew

procedure:

mix the sap into the sundew, do not place it over fire yet. Leave this mixture by a window that faces the sun the most for day

the next day, start boiling the mixture. Place the powdered scales into the pot and stir it until the powder's been well combined with the dew

place the seeds upright at the bottom of the pot; leave the pot on low heat for 6 hours

if the sprouts have turned white, cut up the sickleweeds and put them in the pot. Make sure you push them down to the bottom where the seeds are, but make sure they're not resting above the sprout.

burn the feathers over the liquid, then place the remnants into the pot. Don't stir, put a lid over the mixture and leave it overnight. The pot should still be over low heat

in the morning, stir everything together and strain it, make sure all large objects have been removed from the liquid

Biden Administration's HHS awards over $500 million for Refugee Resettlement in North Carolina.

Through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), the Department of Health and Human Services provides funding to states and non-profit organizations to assist refugees with housing, employment services, legal services, welfare-enrollment services, and even dollar-for-dollar matching contributions to refugee savings accounts. ACF also funds contracts for refugee intake facilities, which have been used to house illegal alien asylum applicants processed at the southern border.

In total, over $500 million of ACF funds have been awarded for refugee resettlement activities in North Carolina since 2021. Links to complete data tables are available at the end of this article.

The Biden Administration’s ACF has awarded a total of $286 million contracts related to an illegal alien intake facility in Greensboro, with $145 million outlayed as of July 5, 2024. The 800-bed facility is located at American Hebrew Academy, which was awarded $50.4 million for the five-year lease. ACF has also awarded over $230 million in contracts to New York-based Deployed Resources LLC for security, maintenance, and janitorial services for the Greensboro intake facility. Another $5 million contract for security guard services has been awarded to Chenega Naswik International LLC.

Over $221 million in primary grant awards have been issued during the Biden Administration for refugee aid and assistance services to be performed in North Carolina. These grants were issued to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and to various religious and non-religious non-profit organizations.

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has been awarded $107 million in grants for various refugee assistance programs during the Biden administration, including $39 million for “refugee cash and medical assistance” and $68 million for “refugee support services and set asides”. Over 200 subgrants were issued with these funds throughout the state to local governments.

— When you first started dating, he spoiled you a bit, buying you whatever you wanted; but he did try to warn you that you could get really sick or get cavities from esting so many sweets.

— Eventually he did try to limit your sweet intake a bit by saying no when you begged him to buy something, or compromising by having you eat a legitimate meal first.

— He finds it really hard to say no to you, so he does end up relenting and buying you things.

— Whenever he goes out with you, he tries to choose areas that don't have a lot of bakeries, candy shops, or places like that because he knew you'd insist on trying almost everything on the menu.

— Another tactic he tried was buying or making sweets, so when you asked for them while out somewhere, he'd have you wait until you got home.

— That idea kind of backfired because you ate all the treats he'd stocked up on in less than two days.

— Another drastic measure he resorted to was having Takeomi (with a lot of convincing) back him up when denying you sweets so that he was less likely to give in.

— This worked pretty well, surprisingly, so Shinichiro often uses Takeomi as a last resort.

— He's generally alright with letting you eat a lot of sweets since he figured that most sugary stuff metabolizes faster, but if it gets to an absurd amount, he'll have Takeomi help him out like mentioned above.

— On days like your birthday or a holiday, he buys you whatever you want and doesn't mind if you stuff your face all day, since it is a special occasion.

Draken

— Once he finds out how much sweet stuff you eat in a single day, he puts his foot down hard. He doesn't do it to be mean, he just cares about you and doesn't want you to keel over due to a heart attack from all the sugar you ingest.

— He sets a strict limit to how much sweets he'll allow you to eat in a day, and no amount of begging or complaining will make him change his mind.

— In addition to limiting your sweets intake, he also has to limit your interactions with Mikey, because the shorter blond doesn't seem to care how many desserts you eat and spoils you when you hang out.

— Draken now carries a bunch of lollipops with him (similar to how he carries flags for Mikey) so that if you get upset or are just craving, he can give you one. His reasoning is that they're small and last a long time, so while still pleasing you, it's also helping his cause.

— Even on special occasions, he doesn't let you gorge yourself, still keeping an eye on how much you've consumed and letting you know when he thinks you've had enough.

— Another thing that he does it making sure that you're brushing your teeth properly so you don't get cavities.

— Even with him regulating the amount of sweets you eat, you still consume more than the recommended amount, so he's making sure that he's doing everything he can to keep you healthy.

Kidnapping, Escape

A man who escaped in July 2023 from a Pennsylvania county jail using tied-up bedsheets was been sentenced to 25 to 50 years in prison after convictions on charges relating to the escape and a kidnapping.

Michael Burham, who pleaded guilty to charges in the two cases in November 2023, was sentenced in January 2024 to three and a half to seven years in prison specifically for his escape from the Warren County Prison in northwestern Pennsylvania.

Burham, while being held at the jail at the time in part on kidnapping allegations, climbed on workout equipment to access a roof and shimmied down a rope of sheets to escape on July 6, authorities said. The escape of Burham, who authorities said had military reserve experience and survivalist skills, prompted an intense manhunt with more than 200 law enforcement officers before he was captured in a wooded area near Warren, Pennsylvania, a few weeks later.

Before his escape, Burham was jailed on charges related to allegations he kidnapped an older couple in Pennsylvania and drove them to South Carolina while trying to evade a separate investigation in New York.

In the kidnapping case, a judge has ordered a sentence of 21 years and eight months to 43 years and four months.

The two sentences, taken together, mean Burham has been ordered to serve from 25 years and two months to 50 years and four months in prison, according to officials.

A man who served time for domestic violence wants to wedge himself into a community where the women would not want to be alone with him for religious reasons.

The City of New York has agreed to pay out a $350,000 settlement to a man who identifies as a Muslim woman for keeping him in the men’s section of Rikers Island while he was awaiting trial on domestic violence charges. Ali Miles, formerly known as Dylan Miles, had initially demanded over $22,000,000 in compensation.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Miles was incarcerated at the George R. Vierno Center on Rikers Island from June to July of 2022. He had been arrested on a warrant out of Arizona.

Following his brief detention on Rikers Island, he was transferred back to Arizona and placed in Yavapai County Jail. He was ultimately tried and found guilty of two counts of aggravated harassment per domestic violence, a Class 5 felony, for instances dated in November 2021 and February 2022. 

He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency, which are all Class 1 misdemeanors.

Dylan Miles.

In October of 2022, he was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years and sentenced to 312 days in jail, with credit added for the 132 days he had already been held there. Miles was also subject to a domestic violence assessment.

But in August of 2023, Miles filed a lawsuit against the City of New York, seeking damages related to “gender identity discrimination” for having been detained in the men’s section of Rikers Island. The suit argued that Miles had informed the court that he was transgender and required special detention accommodations.

The judge had reportedly agreed, and orders were then marked to notify the prison and Intake Personnel that Miles was to be housed at the female-only Rose M. Singer facility on Riskers Island, but he was not.

Miles claimed that he suffered discrimination, including being subjected to “transphobic” remarks from prison staff, while incarcerated in the men’s facility. He also claimed to have been the victim of sexual assaults, in particular emphasizing his “sexual victimization” by multiple “African American male” inmates.

Miles alleged that a prison staff member said “we don’t do the trans thing here” after he demanded to be moved to the women’s section. He was then strip-searched by a male guard he alleged told him that he had “nice tits” and “one hell of a pussy.” This is despite Miles not having had any known genital surgeries.

While the City of New York rejected and refuted Miles’ claims, on June 21, they offered to settle the case for $350,000.

The settlement agreement stipulated that they were not admitting guilt in the situation, and that Miles would no longer be able to take legal action against them for this matter in the future.

Miles is a prolific litigant, and, as previously reported by Reduxx, has filed a number of suits alleging discrimination by various businesses.

In May of 2023, Miles filed a lawsuit against a New York yoga studio seeking compensation of $5,000,000 after employees reportedly asked him to use the men’s restroom instead of the women’s.

In the suit, Miles alleged that the personnel at Chelsea Yoga “deprived [him] of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to … gender-based preferences, expectations, or stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself.”

But shortly after that suit was launched, Reduxx learned that Miles had filed at least four other lawsuits, making similar claims of transphobic victimization in each.

In February of 2022, Miles filed a civil action for $75,000 in compensation against Sedona Soul Adventures, an Arizona-based business he had previously worked for. Miles alleged that the tourism company had wrongfully terminated his employment shortly after he was hired after subjecting him to “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” The suit was dismissed after an out-of-court agreement was reached.

One month later, Miles filed two separate civil actions — one against Planet Fitness and one against Bagel Point, both, again, on the basis of “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” In both, Miles represented himself, and failed to use consistent pronouns, often calling himself “Mr. Miles.” 

In his poorly-written civil action, Miles alleged that staff at a Planet Fitness threatened to sound the “lunk alarm” on him for entering the women’s facilities, and used a slur when referring to him. The “lunk alarm” is a fixture seen at most Planet Fitness gyms intended to provide a humorous “warning” to those being too loud or obnoxious in the gym.

Miles demanded compensation of $10,000,000 from Planet Fitness, but the suit was ultimately dismissed after he failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees as requested by the court.

In his action against Bagel Point, a cafe in Brooklyn, Miles sought $75,000 in damages alleging he had been wrongfully terminated and subjected to verbal abuse on the basis of his gender identity.

Miles had been an employee of Bagel Point for a short period of time, during which he claimed the owner, a Muslim woman, had referred to him using slurs and mocked his gender identity, as well as crafting “unsubstantiated” complaints about his performance. The action, which was rife with spelling errors, was dismissed by the court once again after Miles failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees.

In yet another suit, Miles sought compensation from New York Presbyterian Hospital, once again claiming to have faced discrimination on the basis of his gender identity. The suit was dismissed and an appeal was not filed.
