Charlie Vickers' miniseries "The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart" really is the gift that keeps on giving for us Haladriel shippers and fans of his from "Rings of Power"!!! :D Including spoilers for the book/show in this but not only do we get a character so similar to Sauron (if not worse!) but also getting to see him clean-shaven again like we know he'll be in season 2 of "TROP", Sigourney Weaver being a great fancast for Yavanna (especially in the fics we've made her his mother and I've used her for mine along with Sam Neill for Aulë who played Charlie's maybe dad in "Palm Beach" LOL), but now seeing the actors playing his children in this show as they're perfect for fancasts.

Obviously like others have noticed we have a perfect Celebrían with Alyla Browne playing the younger Alice. She looks like Galadriel but has Halbrand/Sauron's green eyes. Then we have Alycia Debnam-Carey who is playing the teen/adult version of Alice for our older Celebrían.

Then we even now have two actors that could play their son. I know some of us including me have written Haladriel having a son in some fics, but in some of Tolkien's versions of his stories Galadriel does also have a son named Amroth who is younger than Celebrían but also born during the 2nd Age. The first boy pictured is Jack LaTorre who is playing the child version of Charlie's Clem. Then since the 3rd episode revealed that Clem and Agnes's baby son/Alice's brother survived the fire too we will see him soon and he's played by Jeremy Blewitt. Won't give away any more spoilers but amazed me how he looks a lot like Charlie, especially with that curly hair, but also his eyes remind me more of Galadriel/Morfydd's and his eye color seems to have heterochromia like Charlie's but Jeremy's are blue and green mixed. :)

So we even got fancasts now for Galadriel and Halbrand/Sauron's kids!!! :D Just amazes me as I didn't expect to see so much of this ship in this show but it's there and weirdly matching how even I wrote some things in my fics (but much happier LOL).

After season 1 of Taskmaster NZ ended I was curious to see more of the people on the show so I watched I think maaaaybe three episodes of Late Night Big Breakfast which is a parody of breakfast television set in a furniture store. Anyway, I can sort of remember certain bits like the absurdity of the show taking places in a furniture store, Jeremy getting frustrated during a cooking competition-segment (think Masterchef) because he keeps being asked to do the usually asides that those shows tend to do which is leaving him with less time for cooking, random commercials hosted by Jeremy, Lee and Jason Hoyte (the third host) in the middle of the show, the show making it clear that having three hosts is one ego to many and them having random, I think, book segments(?) with the older man that is briefly seen in the clip below. Speaking of which, the one thing I remembered really clearly, aside from the theme tune which some real breakfast show should snap up, is this segment were they try to get a weather report from their correspondent and the editing team puts the correspondent in one box and Lee and Jeremy in another and well things escalate from there:

Taskmaster New Zealand

Does anyone know where I can watch New Zealand taskmaster?

Season 3 is available on youtube, but I can't find seasons 1 or 2 anywhere. Season 1 was available, and I got halfway through that season before the playlist was taken down.

I loved season 2 and the part of season 1 I saw and I would absolutely love to watch them again, plus show others.

Prior to the General Election there were sixteen Sussex MPs. Three of them had announced they would retire in July several months ago.
