Catherine & Jackson
They’re not a couple, but they kind of are… here’s how… or why… maybe… Starting from S1e1 - written for a friend to show how this show is NOT about Catherine and Jackson... but also, it's TOTALLY about Catherine and Jackson! lol - feel free to chime in with thoughts, feelings, etc.

S1e1 Failure is Contagious
First time we see Jackson, he’s waking up, it’s a mess, he’s coughing and smoking at the same time, he looks outside, gloomy, raining, but wait… his eyes are caught by something, and he follows …
Catherine is seen crossing the street, in her boots and coat and purse strapped across her chest, with the floral print umbrella.
Standish, make her way up the street, clocks Moody at the bus stop, makes her way up the 4 floors at Aldersgate and is unseen/ignored by all of the other Slow Horses.  She gets to her office, turns on the light, puts away her things and 3 seconds later…. “STANDISH!” lol – she’s been noticed!
She is seen making her way to his office with a stack of folders but stands at the doorway to his office and doesn’t speak until she is spoken to –
Are they all in? – Lamb; All except River and Sid – Standish; Last one in can clean my lav - Lamb
*banging happens as someone is opening the door downstairs*
Standish and Lamb look disappointed in the slow horses in general for a moment.
I thought spooks were supposed to be stealthy – Lamb
Catherine grants him a tiny smile as she turns to go back towards her office.
Other Slow Horses comments and interactions w/ Standish
River – makes the “a reason not to blow my brains out!” comment
Struan – that Catherine is a tough nut to crack
Min – She never lightens up. Lamb’s lackey.
Louisa – talks about … what happened before (aka Partner)
Sid arrives with the laptop – aka SOMETHING happens at Slough House and …
“STANDISH! Flash Box!” – Lamb
Standish brings the Flash Box, stands silently, assists in getting it open…
“I’ve got a call to make, so if the pair of you wouldn’t mind, you know, fucking off” – Lamb
To Standish – Get me Lady Di.
Jackson is sleeping (or is he?) with his feet on the desk & Catherine (with coat and scarf on, as if ready to leave for the day) comes in to put a stack of folders on his desk.
She moves another folder to make room for the stack, putting them carefully on the edge of his desk.
Lamb kicks them over, on purpose, without reason… other than his… amusement? Into the trash can next to his desk and onto the floor as he leans back and sighs while watching her
What did your last servant die of? – Standish
Interesting that she calls herself servant, instead of secretary or personal assistant.
She immediately kneels to pick up the folders.
What did your last boss die of? – Lamb
He puts his feet back on the floor and reaches into a drawer to pull out TWO glasses and a bottle.
Because Standish is kneeling, this is at eye level for her and she hears the clinking of glass, trying to keep her head down.
She clearly sees Lamb pulling out TWO glasses, while gathering the folders in her arms, but is seen looking up at him, and then back down to the floor, then at the glasses being filled… as the moody music starts to play – this is dangerous territory, even if we don’t know it yet.
Standish puts the stack back on the corner of his desk and stands up while staring at the two glasses… she glances at Lamb, but goes back to staring at the booze. Dark music continues to suggest the seriousness of the moment.
Standish standing straight is seen as trying to calm her own desires as we see her shoulders go from tense and tight to her seemingly sighing and becoming resolved… as Lamb moves a glass of whiskey directly in front of her, taking a deep breath himself, in direct contrast to her own breathing.
Wanted to add that this particular moment has been brought up to the actors in interviews where Gary Oldman was asked WHY Lamb would offer Standish a drink knowing she’s an alcoholic.  Oldman stated that he sincerely believed Lamb was a bit jealous of her, her ability to say no, her resolve.  He, Lamb, would not or could not say no to whiskey and he admires / appreciates that she won’t… no matter how he tries to needle her – to anger her – to provoke her – and then to offer her – her preferred poison… his preferred poison!
Standish glares at him for a moment shaking her head “NO”… she will NOT drink today, and walks off as he’s already finishing his own drink.
Lamb finishes his drink in one gulp as Standish walks out and he’s left alone looking down at her offered drink, gulping that one down as well.
Next time we see Standish, she’s at her AA meeting.  She is not speaking, just listening, but we see her struggling a bit emotionally.  She is remembering finding Charles Partner’s, her ex-boss…
She is seen with flowers, she’s younger (hair color is darker?!) – she’s got makeup on – she wears no makeup now – her skirts are a bit shorter, her neckline a bit lower – she’s smiling and looks beautiful as she calls out for Charles. She finds him, though, we only see clues – he’s got Opera music playing, he’s in the bath, there’s blood dripping outside of the bath, and she sees him, she gasps and covers her mouth in shock. Music is intense and dramatic, this is traumatic.
Catherine is called out in her AA meeting, asked if she wants to speak. 
My name is Catherine and I’m an alcoholic. I’ll just listen tonight. – Standish.
Slow Horses are gathered in Roddy’s office watching the latest news about the hostage situation when Lamb is seen walking in from the stairs. Lamb says explaining the situation to them is like explaining Norway to a dog, and demands that they all go back to shuffling papers.

Slow Horses tip: if River picks up a piece of kitchenware expecting to use it as a weapon, know it will not end well
Evidence:
1 - he picks up a pan to use against the disguised Jed Moody; he gets hit in the head and Sid gets shot
2 - that kitchen knife he picks up and tries stabbing Frank Harkness with ends up against his own throat
3 - using a pot against a guy with a shotgun

Im just gonna ask a headcannon about frank morrison (the legion) and danny "jed olsen" Johnson (Ghostface) with a survivor male s/o whos tall as fuck and strong (stronger than them,and basically always win against them) and how would they react to this? -          You are right in assuming Frank would be fuming, to the point where he starts throwing and kicking things after trials with you. This was before the two of you started dating, and as you two finally found one another and made it official, he became less rageful about it.
-          Hes still extremely salty that you always win against him, especially if you were to pick him up and throw him over your shoulder when he’s trying to hunt other survivors.
-          You end up holding him out Infront of you under the armpits like when you dangle a cat, just watching as he seethes and starts kicking to be let down because you’re so tall.
-          Lean down and kiss his mask when he’s starting to see red, it always stops him in his tracks, and it takes him a bit to comprehend what you just did.
-          Frank both loves and hates how tall and strong you are, I mean you can lift him and carry him around no issue, but he always has to ask you to lean down for a kiss. In the beginning he tried to pull you down with force, but it didn’t work because of your strength.
-          Frank is a sore loser, he’s always brooding and pouting after trials with you because he’s never won a single one. The rest of the legion can always tell if it’s been a trial with you in it because Frank is moody about losing, but is also happy to have spent time with you.

-          Danny would have been quite annoyed in the beginning because he couldn’t win against you no matter what he did, and the one time he got you down he couldn’t pick you up because of your bulk and height.
-          You never let him live this down after you start dating, even though he denies it ever happened you both know it did. You make it up by carrying him around when he wants too, and hell use this to his advantage because he can easily kiss you when in your arms.
-          I think as time passes, he becomes less annoyed when in trials with you, especially after you start dating. He will still go after the other survivors, even use it as a way for the two of you to go on a “date”.
-          Makes you lift him or even have him sit on your shoulders so he can take better pictures. He also has a million pictures of you, he thinks he’s kept it a secret but you definingly know he has them.
-          Stands on his tippy toes to try and kiss you because he doesn’t want to ask, you always decide to pity him and lean down to kiss him. He throws his arms around your shoulders so he gets lifted off the ground when you stand up.

Some fluff and smut. It was fun to write an actually character rather then reader for once.

It had taken two long years. Two years of chasing down elusive leads, scrubbing through hours of grainy surveillance footage, and bribing Ho with endless cases of Red Bull to keep him digging deeper. But at last, River had found her. Found Sid. Though that wasn't her name now, well it was never her name in the first place.
She had built a new life away from Slough House.
Her once dark and wild hair was now longer, dyed a warm chestnut brown that softened her features. Her skin, which had once been pale and drawn, had a healthy, almost radiant glow, with a flush of colour that made her seem... different. Stronger, perhaps. Happier. She smiled more often now; when she did, the faint scar peeked out from beneath her hairline—a jagged, red reminder of everything that had happened. It etched itself across her skin like a raw signature of pain and survival, still there to mark her past but no longer the story of who she was.
From the corner of a tiny café across the street, River watched her, tucked deep into the shadows, unseen. Sid stood outside an office building—one of the police intelligence branches under the Parks umbrella. He supposed she'd be good at that. She always had a knack for efficiency, the first to knock out paperwork while the rest groaned over it. But this? This wasn't where she belonged. She was meant for more—meant for something bigger before the shot that tore everything apart. Before fucking Hobden and shitty Jed Moody.
"River?"
Her voice pierced through his thoughts, jolting him back to the present. He blinked, looking up to find her standing across the table from him. She was close now, closer than he had been prepared for. Her features were different, sharper, and more grown into themselves, but those eyes were unmistakable. They were still Sid's.
"Sid," he said softly, the name slipping out before he could stop it.
"That’s not my name anymore,” she responded, her voice steady but distant, like she was someone else now, far removed from the girl he used to know.
“Does it matter?” River asked, his voice quieter, but still carrying the weight of recognition as he met her gaze.
She hesitated for a moment, something flickering in her expression before she shook her head. “No, I suppose not.”
River leaned forward, his hands flat on the table, his voice carrying the strain of two years’ worth of unsaid words. “That night in the car... you told me about Tavener. Why?”
Sid’s jaw tightened slightly, her gaze shifting away as though the answer weighed heavier than she had ever let on. “Because I knew she was trying to screw you over,” she said after a pause, her voice low, controlled. “And because...”
River saw it in her eyes before she could finish. The truth was still there, hidden beneath layers of time and change. “Because you loved me,” he finished softly, the words like a bridge between them.
“Yeah,” she breathed, the admission coming out like a sigh, barely audible. Her gaze dropped to the floor, as if the weight of that truth had finally caught up with her.
River swallowed hard, searching her face for more answers, for some trace of the Sid he had known and lost. “Why didn’t you come find me?” His voice cracked with the vulnerability he had spent so long burying, the question carrying more pain than he had meant to show.
She laughed softly, shaking her head like she had asked herself the same thing more times than she could count. “After... everything... it took me a while to get my head straight. Literally,” she touched the scar lightly with a dry laugh. “And when I was ready, I didn’t know if you’d even want to see me.”
"'Cause I did,” River murmured, his voice tender, as if those words alone could bridge the gap between them. He reached out, his hand brushing gently against her cheek, his thumb wiping away the stray tear that had slipped out before she could stop it. His touch was soft, careful, like he was afraid she might disappear if he held on too tightly.
“Let’s get you home,” he said gently, his voice holding a quiet strength. “We’ve got a lot to talk about.”
The moment stretched between them, thick with emotion, the world outside fading away. River leaned closer, the warmth of his breath mixing with hers, their shared history pulling them together like magnets. The space between them seemed to shrink as the weight of two years of pain and separation started to dissolve.
"You don’t have to run anymore," he whispered, his forehead resting gently against hers. His hand, still cradling her cheek, moved down to her jaw, his touch firm but tender.
Sid closed her eyes, letting out a soft, shaky breath, as if she had been holding it for two long years. She leaned into him, her lips hovering just a whisper away from his. "I didn’t know if you still cared," she admitted, her voice barely audible.
"I never stopped," River whispered back, his lips grazing hers softly, tentatively at first, as if testing the waters. But then, with a shared exhale, their mouths met in a kiss that felt more like a reunion of souls than anything else. It was slow, deliberate, as if they were trying to make up for lost time in that single moment.
Sid’s hands found their way to River’s chest, gripping his jacket as though he might vanish if she didn’t hold on. The kiss deepened, all the unresolved tension and longing pouring into it, yet it remained tender, careful—a moment of rediscovery rather than urgency.
River pulled back, just enough to rest his forehead against hers again, his breathing uneven. "Let’s get you home," he whispered, his thumb stroking her jawline. "We’ve got a lot to talk about." His voice was soft, but the weight of his words carried a promise: now that he’d found her, he wasn’t going to let her go again.
Sid nodded, her eyes still closed as she breathed him in, her hands still clutching his jacket, reluctant to let go.

As soon as the door clicked shut behind them, their lips found each other, and neither of them pulled away. It was a kiss that held years of unspoken words, apologies, and longing. They tugged at each other's clothes with a frantic urgency as she guided them toward her room, the promise of conversation lost in the heat between them.
It was raw, hot, and filled with need. River pushed her gently down onto the bed, his eyes tracing over her body—so familiar, yet somehow even more beautiful. His rough hands roamed across her skin, and she shivered beneath his touch, anticipation lighting up every inch of her.
“Please,” she whispered, her voice shaky, her eyes pleading.
River chuckled softly, brushing a strand of hair away from her face. “You don’t have to beg, darling,” he murmured, pulling her cotton panties down, and leaving her completely exposed to him. He paused for a moment, letting his gaze linger on her glistening core, as if committing the sight to memory.
“Take me, River,” she breathed, her eyes locking onto his, brimming with love and desire.
“Not yet,” he whispered, a teasing smile playing on his lips as he kissed along her jaw and neck. “Let me savor this.” His voice was deep, rich with the weight of everything they had both held onto for so long.
She whimpered, her body arching toward him, desperate for more. “We have time for that later… please, River, let me feel you.”
River pressed his body fully against hers, and a warmth enveloped them both as though they had been waiting years for this moment. He grinned when she gasped, her body instinctively arching as his hardness brushed against her slick heat. He teased her, hovering just at her entrance, his touch gentle yet filled with the promise of more.
Their kiss deepened, slow and filled with all the emotions they had long suppressed. Each soft moan, every shared breath, surrounded them in an intimacy they had both craved. River’s lips trailed down her neck, tasting her skin, savoring every inch, his presence steady and strong. He buried his face in the curve of her neck, inhaling the familiar scent of her, the years melting away in this one moment.
Her hands gripped his shoulders, nails biting into his skin, urging him closer. A low, primal sound escaped River’s throat, filled with possession and need. He pinned her wrists to the mattress, his weight holding her steady as his lips found her neck again, gently nipping and kissing, drawing soft gasps from her. His hand moved down her body, lifting her thigh against his hip as he aligned himself with her, their connection deepening with each slow, deliberate movement.
“I’ve got you,” River whispered, his voice filled with tenderness as he kissed her again. “I’m going to take care of you, now and always.”
Her body trembled beneath him, each of his words wrapping around her like a promise. Her breath caught when he rocked his hips gently against her, the sensation of their bodies moving together overwhelming her senses.
“River…” she whimpered softly, her voice filled with both desire and emotion.
He pulled back slightly, his eyes locking onto hers. “I’m here,” he whispered, his hand cradling her face, his thumb brushing over her cheek. “I’m not going anywhere. I’ve got you.”
The years of longing and uncertainty seemed to fade in that moment, leaving only the two of them. It wasn’t just about the physical connection—it was about everything they had been through and lost and found again. Their bodies moved in a rhythm they had been waiting years to find, their love and need intertwining, creating something that went beyond words.
With deliberate care, River guided the head of his member down her slick core, aligning himself with her entrance. The first stretch was slow, a measured, tender intrusion that made her gasp softly, her body instinctively adjusting to the sensation. River paused, his touch gentle but firm as his hands slid along her sides, lifting her other leg to wrap around his waist, opening her up completely for him. He pressed soft, lingering kisses to her throat, murmuring soothing words against her skin as he slowly pushed deeper, inch by inch, attuned to every breath and shiver that passed through her.

His shoulders and forearms bore the weight of his body, while his free hand moved with precision, fingers delicately massaging the bundle of nerves at her center, coaxing more soft gasps and shudders from her. Each roll of his hips was perfectly controlled, and she could feel the tension building between them, his body hitting just the right spot inside her, making her tremble beneath him.
“Oh, River!” she gasped, her head falling back as her body twitched in response, overwhelmed by the intensity of his touch.
River's lips found her collarbone, kissing the sensitive skin there, his breath hot and ragged as he continued his rhythm, slow but unrelenting, never breaking the connection between them. Every pulse of her body around him, every gasp and sigh, fueled his desire to bring her closer, to feel her unravel beneath him. His thumb circled her swollen clit, applying just enough pressure to make her back arch, her body writhing in pleasure.
"That's it, darling," he whispered against her skin, his voice low and hoarse. "Let go. I'm right here."
She whimpered in response, her hands gripping his shoulders tightly as her body moved with his, their rhythm intensifying as they climbed toward a crescendo. The sensation of him, his touch and his presence overwhelmed her, pushing her closer and closer to the edge until she couldn't hold back any longer. With a final, breathless cry, she came undone beneath him, her body clenching around him as waves of pleasure rolled through her, her pulse quickening as she lost herself in the moment.
River groaned, feeling her climax around him, his body shuddering with the force of his release as he buried himself deep inside her, letting the sensation wash over him. He collapsed gently against her, both of them panting, their bodies still entwined in the aftermath, the weight of their shared release heavy between them. His lips brushed her forehead softly, a silent promise lingering on the skin he kiss as they both lay there, lost in the moment they had waited so long to find.

Found the best website for Slow Horses fans, look at this glossary for the SH's themselves (baby Coe's is the best, followed by Louisa):
Baker, Sid – A young, attractive agent who is sent to the slow horses for murky reasons. Injured in the line of duty and spirited to parts unknown. (SH)
Cartwright, River – Young, white, fair hair, grey eyes and a mole on his upper lip. Wannabe super spy/espionage royalty/screwup. In the first book his bungled call on a potential terror incident landed him on the slow horses where he’s been trapped ever since. (SH)
Coe, JK – Banker turned member of MI5, he’s a babe in the woods compared to cynicism and wiliness that his colleagues show. Sent to the slow horses by Dame Ingrid to hide one of her messy mistakes. Coe learns the hard way that “Kill the messenger” is not just a turn of phrase when you work for MI5. Full name, Jason Kevin. After a trauma he finds the one thing that works best to take the edge off is … murder? (TL)
Dander, Shirley – Short and built like a barrel. A new slow horse who gets a high from doing her job, also from cocaine. Partners up with fellow slow horse Marcus Longfellow. Former member of Comms department. Sent to Slough House after punching a colleague. (DL)
Guy, Louisa – Louisa was sent to the slow horses after she lost a suspect she was supposed to be tailing and a bunch of illegal guns ended up on the streets of London. She’s surprised when her relationship with Min Harper gives her a purpose and strength she forgot she had. Probably the most competent of the slow horses. (SH)
Harper, Min – Min ended up on the slow horses after leaving a top secret disk on the train. Sees an assignment from the untrustworthy “Spider” Webb as his way back into the big leagues. Two spy screw ups who form an unlikely connection. (SH)
Ho, Roddy “Clint” – Computer genius and social incompetent. Hacking skills – 99%, People skills – 1% Only thing keeping his people skills from rating a 0% is the existence of someone with even less. See “Jackson Lamb” Sent to the slow horses not because he did anything wrong but because no one can stand to be around him. (SH)
Lamb, Jackson – The famous, or infamous depending on who you ask, Cold War spy. A Cold Warrior whose closest brush with being PC was turning on a computer. Never found a nap not worth taking, belch not worth belching or fart not worth letting loose. The improbable creator and head of Slough House. Worked as a mirror-man in Berlin during the Cold War. (SH)
Longridge, Marcus – Bald with goatee, Black, carrying a few extra pounds. Special operator and potential plant in Slough House by the politically wily Diana Taverner. (DL)

hope has one tattoo on the back of her neck. it's rarely seen, as the tribrid doesn't often wear their hair up off their neck. it's two sets of initials: K.M. and H.M. for klaus and hayley. hope had gotten these shortly after their deaths, before returning to mystic falls.
hope’s VAMPIRE / HYBRID TEETH are a little different than the normal tvdu vampire. most of her front teeth (apart from the incisors) become longer and pointed, giving her a more deadly and lethal bite. this is also to help her consume as much blood as possible in one bite by opening more points in the flesh of who she drinks from.
hope is 5'1 FLAT FOOTED but she appears taller because of always wearing heels of some kind. this makes them seem taller than they really are, usually anywhere around 5'5 depending on the shoe.

one of her first decisions when coming to the 2012 timeline, hope immediately went to the bayou and broke the curse on the crescent pack. selective in the truth, hope convinced them to trust her based on the birthmark on her shoulder.
there is a small sect within the resistance that hope has become a defacto leader for. this wasn't an intentional thing but when it became clear that chris halliwell wasn't willing to do the necessary things, sometimes the gruesome and horrible things, hope started to take on these tasks. a few people followed in her footsteps and began looking to her for guidance & support. these members of the resistance agree that peace won't be possible with just talking and negotiations, that there will be a war and it's best to be prepared.
when coming back to the past, hope refused to leave anyone behind and with the help of lizzie and josie, freed rafael & his parents from the prison world. in order to save rafael, as he was still dying from the necromancer's influence, she offers him blood to turn him into a hybrid.

House of Leaves theory/explanation thingy
(spoilers btw) This has been brewing (sitting in a corner of my mind mostly unchanged) for a while so first things first:
What in the godforsaken is the Labyrinth/House?
It's Yggdrasil as the end poem says, not the actual Norse Mythological world tree but a ...thing that sort of connects many worlds and holds up the whole narrative "Its roots must hold the sky".
It takes many forms to connect the worlds and it seems to need a person to 'interact' with it to move on to the next world, first it links the world of the labyrinth and the Navidsons, who are used to record it, to the world of the actors?, the movie and Zampanò, who is used to make and essay about it, then it links that one to the world of the 'essay' and Johnny, who it uses to write the book, then finally it links that one to our world with House of Leaves, Mark Z. and you.
The first thing to note is that each world is less fictional than the last, the movie seems to be made by actors completely separate from the Navidon family (no mention is made of the director having any pf Navidson's injuries or of anyone in production acting as if it was real), the movie seems to be fictional in Zampanò's essay when Johnny finds it and in Mark Z.'s book Johnny and the essay is fictional though it seems that Zampanò and Johnny where both real at the same time, just like Mark Z. and you are both real.
In all of the Labyrinth's forms it seems to affect a LARGE number of people before it is found by someone someone who obsesses over it and expands upon it in the right direction, as it grows outwards it seems to get pickier, first accepting the first person that recorded it then Zampanò among hundreds of essayists and then no one as of yet, and less showoff-y, changing hallways, confusing edits and cuts that Zampanò thinks are by Navidson, a maze of illogical references, diary entries out of order/not written by Johnny and generally maze-like chapters, in all of them it seems to have a seemingly harmless exterior that was made by people with its true form being more abstract and difficult to comprehend.
Why in the godfuckle is it moody?
It seems to react negatively only when people learn nothing or they degrade while it seems to let go those that change and let the House go as well, Navidson leaves free after he realizes none of it matters except for the family that he neglected, Zampanò never left the House both mentally and, as close as he could come to, physically since o page 320 it says "He might have spent all night drinking ha exhaustion not caught up with me" when Zampanò talks about Tom he slips himself in (more on that later) and Johnny managed to leave because of his Realization at the end, I believe the only deaths are caused by other people: Jed by Holloway, Holloway by himself, Zampanò by himself and Tom by Johny.
Why in the unholyfornication did Tom die?
Because Johnny wrote his death, in one of the fragments of text at the picture on page 552 he considers killing both of the children, when he describes how Daisy dies there is no mention only that Navidson was to slow so he wrote in Tom's death either to save Daisy or just to kill someone, maybe Tom never existed originally only written in as a variation of Navidson to save Daisy.
Who/what in the goshmashed is Johnny/The Minotaur?
Nothing, the minotaur seems to just not exist, in every single one of its appearances it wouldn't make a difference if there was nothing though it seems to be susceptible to interpretations, Zampanò feared it so much and considered such a monster that he tried to erase every mention of it, though erasing nothing only strengthens it so it ended up killing him, it doesn't really matter if it was physically of mentally through paranoia but his fear was so strong that it left a physical mark, while Johnny takes The Minotaur as a growing part of himself that he is at first terrified from but then notices that whenever it manifests it doesn't do anything its only his imagination and his actions that change it.
What in the goshe'suncle happened at the end?
Johnny realizes something due to the dog, throughout the book animals can't access the Labyrinth inside the House in any form because they can't understand it, they can't read House of Leaves but they can sit on the book, the dog at the end makes Johnny realize how to achieve his goal to make the sheafs of paper he found nothing more than a book and to get the hell away from all of this, so he realizes that the whole thing is nothing more than a book so he writes and rewrites like he has always done.
He completely removes himself from the narrative by writing stuff that proves he never could have existed, he combines the House that transcends fiction and The Minotaur that is nonexistence to write about Pelafina a mother that always has cared about him that proves that none of this was ever real, only the delusions of kind mother, whether this means that Johnny stopped existing or the labyrinth inside the book did doesn't matter, he's free, out, if we knew his fate he would be back in the narrative as his fate is unknown to us he has completely escaped in whatever form he found.

What is taking so long – Lamb, entering Standish’s bedroom uninvited.
Get out of my bedroom – Standish, angrily from her bed, still somewhat vulnerable from the flood of memories that have just rushed back to her.
What, you think I want to catch you in your underwear? – Lamb, mockingly.
But also – you’re the one making the conversation about underwear here buddy!!

She’s busy putting her earrings on and returning his level of snark.
He’s still in the doorway, watching her, throws her purse down onto a chair.
Come on. NOW! – Lamb
Standish is seen hurrying out of the bedroom to the apartment door.
Lamb is eager to smoke with an unlit cigarette in his mouth, shifting his weight, ready to be on the move again.  Standish appears ready to join him but pauses to ask…
What was Taverner talking about? – Standish
She’s screwing with your head.  Look, you could leave with me now or with less friendly people later. It’s up to you. – Lamb
Standish resigns to follow his commands.  Is seen grabbing her coat and scarf, purse and phone.
No, leave the phone – Lamb.
She does.
They’re seen leaving her apartment, she turns off the light and locks the door.
Standish and Lamb are in the elevator, going down from her apartment, down to the lobby.  She is taking her hair out of her coat and thinks aloud… it’s River, isn’t it? Has he gone off the rails, and now we’re paying the price? – Standish
Well, not a million miles off – Lamb, he pauses
Baker’s been hurt, Moody’s dead. There’s probably a C&C out on all of us, Fuckers – Lamb
How badly hurt is Sid? – Standish asks
Not as badly hurt as Moody’s dead. Did you catch that bit? – eyebrows raised a bit, as Lamb tries to make her feel bad, again, probably just for his own amusement.
Jed Moody was always going to end badly, but I like Sid. – Standish
Jackson gives her a lingering look; the elevator dings and he steps out first.  He looks in both directions and then steps behind her as she walks out of the building.
Standish opens the door for Lamb.
He steps out first, but again falls in step behind her as they walk out, he lights his cigarette.
Standish adjusts her purse across her body and Lamb puts his lighter into his pocket.

As they turn the corner and hear vehicle doors, you can see that Lamb moves his hand towards the small of her back. They are standing while Duffy and Webb approach.
Now Lamb goes to stand in front and Standish falls behind, looking away, looking down, avoiding eye contact and trying to remain invisible as Lamb threatens to break wrists. When Duffy slowly approaches Lamb to frisk him, the camera is on Standish and we see her with tight fists, blinking slowly and swallowing nervously as Webb approaches her.
Webb, you can drive. Ms. Standish you’re up front. Lamb, you’re in the back with me. – Duffy
Jackson nods while smoking and we see Standish, frozen in her spot until Lamb looks at her and begins to walk towards the car.  Silently, she shuffles into place behind him.
Lamb sneezes!! Lamb is in the backseat talking to Duffy about Lady Di and how she thinks she can get away with it.  Standish is in the front, we see her listening to Lamb’s version of how things will turn out, when Lamb sneezes again.  We see her make a face of concern, but she says nothing. 
 Is no one gonna say “Bless you”?... No?... bit rude – Lamb
Lamb goes on about how this is all a set up by Lady Di to Duffy.  Sneezes again! 
Oh, Jesus! You keep a cat in here or what? – Lamb
Standish, you got a tissue in that bag? – Lamb
Standish unzips her purse, slips a hand in and recognizes that he’s left his gun in her purse…
I’ve only got one left – Standish
Give us it here then. – Lamb, said to Standish, as he looks at Duffy to see if he’s caught on
I have a question I want answered first. – Standish, face looks determined, she’s got him at a disadvantage and tries to take advantage of the situation
Oh for, - - what now? – Lamb sighs, nearly rolling his eyes, he’s looking at her in annoyance / disbelief maybe…  that she would discuss THAT topic at THIS particular moment.
The question pertains to something that was raised in a voice mail that I received tonight. – Standish looks and sounds quite insistent which earns direct eye contact from Lamb, before he casually lets out an amused sigh while looking out the window

I’ll tell you later *wiggles his pinky at her* Pinkie promise. – Lamb to Standish.  Standish decides not to push it further.
Tissue – Lamb says again. Standish nods before we see her pull out a gun, cocks it and aims it at Webb.

In the back seat Lamb is seen leaning forward a bit as if to discourage Duffy from trying to touch or interfere with Standish in any way.

Now, we all know I’m not going to shoot you dead, Mr. Webb. But I’ll put a bullet through your foot if I have to… Pull over – Standish speaking to Webb while gesturing with the gun.
In the front seat, Webb looks scared.  In the back seat, Duffy looks at Jackson in disbelief.  Jackson looks first at Webb, then at Standish, where we see the corner of his mouth turn up as he smiles proudly, yet discreetly. (that’s HIS girl)♥
I said pull over. – Standish
Yea all right all right – Webb;  This is your stop boys – Lamb says while jumping from the back seat to the drivers seat.
You two can walk from here if that’s all right. – Lamb, drives off, tires squealing.
Once they’ve driven off, we see Lamb driving, glancing over at Standish, hand on his face. 
You’re full of surprises Standish, you know that? – Jackson is speaking, but we don’t see him.  We see Standish hearing him say this and she says nothing but we see the same discreetly proud smile tugging at the corner of her mouth this time. ♥ (was that a genuine Jackson Lamb compliment!?)
How’d you know my Y-fronts are nylon? – Lamb again brings up underwear out of nowhere lol – but in reference to her mentioning wanting to catch him in his nylon y-fronts earlier in the episode.  We don’t see Lamb when he speaks, the camera is on Standish again. We get this range of micro-expressions going over Saskia Reeves’ face here.  She’s surprised at his compliment, she’s proud of herself, she’s listening attentively to his question, and then slightly annoyed that she knows about the nylon y-fronts because she’s the one who has to buy them for him!?

Because I have to buy them for you – Standish, … here we see Lamb grinning, looking quite proud of himself. Standish looks out the window while sharing this fun fact with Lamb.
Drip-dry. Very efficient. – Lamb
We see both of them in the front seat.  Lamb looks a bit amused.  Standish purses her lips together as if willing to end that particular avenue of conversation. 
Standish holds up the gun and releases the magazine efficiently and easily.
Lamb does a quick double take in her direction looking at her face, is he impressed again?
Standish looks cool and nonchalant.  She’s disabled the weapon. She’s quiet and focused on what’s next.

Yeah, I loved this so much! Dream is always so severe and moody and kind of scary but he so gentle with Jed; he's taking a moment to be genuinely interested & amused. In the comics, Dream's interactions with children are SO telling — like the girl on the plane, how he took her absolutely seriously, listening and speaking to her as an equal. In this scene, I feel like, even though his treatment of Gault is 1000% bullshit, we can see how much Dream cares about the dreamers and how it leads to this extreme protectiveness. (Even if totally wrongheaded — since Gault is the one actually trying to help to the extent she can. Dream's a slow learner but he gets there eventually.)

Maybe hcs of triad between Pyramid Head x Reader x Danny???? Either within the realm of the Entity or maybe, just maybe, in an AU Zombie Apocalypse, the idea that you like the most. Thank you for your attention and I hope you are well.

I honestly wouldn't mind if your requests became a common activity, your prompts are amazing. Plus you just gave me the perfect excuse to do some more AU stuff! I never even thought about doing an apocalypse AU and I've never done one before so hopefully, this suffices. I had fun with it though.
Let’s say you meet Danny first. This man is completely fine with killing people alive, or dead. It won’t matter you get in his way? You’re dead.
You, however, well in Danny’s word “You’re just too pretty/handsome/wonderful to waste.” and that’s how you got stuck being dragged around by this man. Danny would thrive in the apocalypse. All the chaos is perfect for him, the only thing he would miss is being on the front page of the paper. He definitely carries some old copies around with him.
The first time you and Danny saw Pyramid Head the both of you almost died on the spot. For sure the both of you thought you were good as dead. No way for you to stab your way out of this one Danny.
“What’s that, zombies?” “no problem!” You taping on his shoulder before pointing in the distance “Um- Danny. Who’s that 7ft tall man with a sword-” Danny grabbing your hand already speeding away “I don’t feel like finding out, Movie star!”
I feel Pyramid Head would dislike Danny at first or try to kill him while swooping you up into his arms. Come here tiny human, let me save you from this impure man.
You would need to do some convincing on Danny’s part though and after listening to how he has cared for such a wonderful person he decides to spare him.
Danny will loath Pyramid Head at first constantly trying to fight the giant behemoth. Just imagine a hissing kitten trying to attack a giant dog who eventually gets tired and just pushes the kitten over.
Pyramid Head will simply follow the both of you around acting like a protective dog when zombies or raiders are around. Another thing that would discourage Danny is if Pyramid Head got to who/whatever was attempting to kill them leaving him no one to use to sate his own murderous needs.
If the both of you had a home-base of sorts or a set place to rest expect lots of cuddles from Danny on calmer nights, but nights filled with more violence expect some- let’s just say rough loving. Needless to say, you will not be walking the next day. Pyramid Head will be joining in also just not as much as Danny.
I feel Pyramid Head does not have a very high sex drive at all and at most, he’s a very body worship soft touches with a little bit of spice and a lot a bit of monster fucking. He gets off on giving you pleasure in any form.
Danny is very moody and once he settles more around Pyramid Head I could see him getting clingy with him if you weren’t around. Just like how Danny feels overly possessive of you over time it will also spread to Pyramid Head.
Honestly, I feel Pyramid Head will also grow fond of Danny given time.
It’s pretty much just gonna be you and your two overly possessive murderous lovers dominating the world.
Bonus points if you’re just as possessive and chaotic as they are.
You and your lovers had returned to your home base, quickly shedding the heavy and uncomfortable overclothes that, for you and Danny at least, had become a necessity for leaving your sanctuary to venture into the harsh environments. Sweet coated you, the underclothes you wore practically sticking to your skin. “Shower,” you stated turning to your lovers. Getting a nod in acknowledgment in response from Pyramid Head and a go-ahead wave from Danny, who was exhausted already collapsed on one of the seats spread around, you headed off into the bathroom.
The water was cold and tinted a coppery color but as it washed over your overheated, grime-covered skin, it felt like heaven. You audibly sighed when you stepped out feeling clean and refreshed. Wrapped in a towel you left the bathroom returning to your lovers to fetch some clean clothes.
Looking up you couldn’t help the smile that broke out on your face.
Danny and Pyramid Head were sitting together curled into one another. You stifled your laugh as you immediately went reaching for Danny’s overused camera. “Say cheese,” you whispered as the thing shuttered the flash accidentally going off. “If I wasn’t so comfortable you’d be on your ass right now.” You burst out laughing at that point. Danny was glaring up at you from where he laid his face smashed against Pyramid Head’s chest.
“Sure, we both know you couldn’t do shit.” you teased. Danny arched his eyebrow a small smile curling on his lips “Oh, yeah.”
You must have been closer to the duo than you had originally thought because the next thing you knew the towel around your waist was gone and you were pulled down suffocating in Danny’s chest. Calling out playfully you struggled against Danny, laughing as Pyramid Head’s deep chuckle rumbled his own laugh joining yours. “Mine,” Danny said squeezing you. “All mine.” He stated peppering your face in kisses.
“Say it,” Danny said chuckling Pyramid Head’s gaze burning into you. “Okay,” you were able to stifle your laughing enough to speak “I’m yours. Both of yours.”
