i’m excited to like. experiment with jam. like i have the bonne maman advent calendar (holy shit) and tomorrow is the first of december and an off day!! so i can like. fully enjoy it without rushing to get to work on time. i think i might try to make a dutch baby or another breakfasty goodie to go with it? not sure yet.

eric bogosian seems like the kind of guy that experimented with gay sex back in the day and regrettably unfortunately found himself to be heterosexual and it was one of the biggest disappointments of his life but now he's been given the opportunity to live out his gay dream in a way and he is clearly so stoked to be playing a homo character on the gay vampire show and whenever he does a press junket with jacob assad and sam he's giving vibes of proud pflag dad with his three rainbow kids..actually maybe not kids because one of them is desperate to lick the back of his throat, and with the other two he is clearly convinced they are in love with each other, something which he has tried to allude to in, and this is not a joke or exaggeration, the majority of the group interviews he has participated in

album summary | february 23 - march 1

one of my goals for this year is to listen to more full albums so here we are! i log them all in a database and (hopefully) every week i’ll share a summary of what i listened to.

finished off this february's theme of finding more black artists, also apparently mixed in with perhaps two of the whitest people i can think of because diversity i guess

kwudi!!!!!! i saw him open (+ play drums) for watsky in 2018 and i wasn't super into hip hop then but he blew me away. i ended up dming him on instagram afterwards and he replied and was very kind. i somehow did not listen to his solo stuff again until now, and found out this EP was his first release after a spinal cord injury. we love a fellow disabled king

each new line that comes from yung gravy's mouth makes me die a little inside but i simply cannot stay away. sensational was fun but also why is he like this (affectionate)

i finally dug into my "music" collection on tiktok and (re)discovered ruti! very fun chill vibes and she has a lovely voice, i want to listen to more of her stuff

and starting off march's theme of recommendations with taylor because this album has been on my list for a longer time than anything else. last year i met someone i connected super strongly with for that one day we met and we exchanged contact info, we haven't spoken a whole lot since but i saw all their swiftie posting and asked for some recs.

i know taylor is Controversial(tm) and a lot of people don't like her but i admire the passion of her fans and wanted to give her newer stuff a try! i listened to fearless A Lot as a kid and still really love it. and i enjoyed this album, it's not exactly #relatable to me but it was relaxing and nice to have on for a while.

I think that Bruce's habit of walking around the house in his full suit has led to quite a few issues:

Screws with Alfred's vacuuming

Tim frantically snapped his computer closed to avoid the zoom call seeing Batman

People get jumpscared when they enter a room and he's brooding like that

It always puts Bruce in the Batpersona which makes him bizarre at the dinner table

Uninvited guests have to get fooled or someone has to push Bruce out a window

It can get unimaginably funny despite several valiant efforts to take Bruce seriously
