Some Kris thoughts regarding their gender and identity Ive had

Before ch 3 & 4 were released I entertained the thought that maybe Kris is transfem nb, initially I thought that the ribbons through the levels were there to represent that until chp4 which establishes that it is because Susie is meant to wear them and also before the possibility of trans girl ralsei.

There was also the text when they check their clóset in their room on the dark world that has clothes they would like to wear which made me wonder if maybe they wanted to present differently but werent able to, but also that gets me thinking, would toriel restrict her child in that way? I dont think she would, so that makes me wonder as for the reasons why, is it because of their own self image? I feel it has to do in part with kris's feelings on being human.

Maybe they dont want to bother their family on it? Maybe it has to do with dess? They blame themselves or were involved in what happened to her so they dont feel like living to the fullest? Being more themself would be a selfish thing to act upon while dess suffers so they put it aside?

Before that one event I was thinking that maybe if caldarus was a different gender I would like to pick the romance option but now Im like :/ about it

I don't like that the romance events in mistria happen until after this point, only having 2 heart events after getting into a relationship feels a bit disappointing :/

Ok looked it up and in stardew valley it's the same but idk why it feels kinda lacking in this one? Maybe I just want more special events with the characters...

Every time I hang out too much of caldarus I'm reminded of sesshoumaru in a way and I wonder if someone on the team had a thing for him.

I'm also reminded of yashahime and how disappointing it was and also how it ruined him :/ why did they do that

Ok this is the spoiler post I was going to make

ouuuuu I had a heart event with caldarus and hes sooo cute, actually I might say he is "moe"

His thing is that he's a dragon right, but he sacrificed his dragon form to save me and now he's a humanoid creature and now is relearning to live his life, so he has invited me for a meal to talk.

He made me terrible soup ❤️

Lol at how the options are shown, ok so the way mistria works is that when you turn down a bachelor/ette you can instead become best friends with them but Im like ahh, about how it's presented, maybe they should give best friends its own icon too.

2nd thought about it is that it doesnt sit well with me how they are making it work with caldarus? it's like you are literally the only person he can be in contact with, of course he's going to get attached to you? and also he says that since getting this form he no longer understands well his emotions, idk, to me it feels a bit like taking advantage of him in a way?

But yeah, I had been thinking about picking the best friends option before I got to the event but after it it makes me a bit idk, sad... that thats how it is with him.

Anyway that's caldarus, I hope he still gets good bestfriend events though.

I'd say that even if I dont like it it's kinda interesting how they are writting him? I feel like, they are applying some of the "born sexy yesterday" tropes to him except that he's like a thousand years old

For some reason I just kept gaining hearts with him, I think after caldarus I'll try to raise his affection and see what's up, apparently if you enter in a relationship with him he gets a bit freakky which is funny to think about because his thing is being a big nerd
