For me it's easier to sympathize zaunite characters rather than piltovan ones simply because they have self-awareness

Silco knows he flooded Zaun with drugs, he knows what this shit does to people. He does it anyway to achieve his main goal - Nation of Zaun.

Jinx is aware she is crazy. She basically spells it out in s1 ep9. She knows that she killing ppl is bad. She just doesn't care

Sevika is Silco's right hand man. She does dirty job for him and and understands perfectly well how his methods affect Zaun. She doesn't even question it because his methods work, and as long as they work, she will work with him.

Singed is just the same. He'll do anything for his daughter no matter how horrific his actions are. He doesn't justify it, simply states it was "for love".

And what we have with piltovan characters? You see because s2 is trying to pretend that oppression wasn't such big thing all piltovan characters looks even worse.

Caitlyn gasses people (and not only barons and their goons, gas spreads), using her priveledge as a Sheriff and Councilor's daughter. She never adresses that and never spells out what had she'd done. Like, yeah, she says "we can't erase our mistakes" (s2 ep8) probably not meaning just Jinx's but also her own but that's so… shallow. Like writers couldn't let her really say aloud what she'd done and face consequences bc it would makes bad things too real.

Heimerdinger was one of the founders of Piltover and councilor. He either didn't know, either didn't care to figure out what happens in Undercity for decades. Like, he goes to Zaun after he gets kicked out from Council and finally realises how badly ppl live there but… he just closes his eyes on it? Again?

Jayce killed that kid in s1 and regretted it but once his mother tries to revenge him? Builds weapons immidiately as countermeasure and moves on. He kills dozens of zaunites in Viktor's commune by killing Viktor and doesn't show even a hint of remorse. Like yeah, they were gonna become creepy robots but you know they were still humans when he killed Viktor. Also he (with approval of the Council for sure) places that Hexgates' big core (dont remember how that shit was called) underground and if that thing would blow up Zaun would be left without water and fresh air. Spelled out by Ekko and immediately forgotten.

In the end by removing characters' awareness of their actions and lack of reflection makes piltovan characters either hypocrites, either stupid, either both. And no, i don't want all these characters to be punished for what they did (all chars - except Ekko maybe - would end up in jail lol) I just want characters to realize what they did. I want impact of their actions/inactions. I want real consequences. I want them to face these consequences, not just brush it aside. And then i want them to act according to their personalities, even if i personally wouldn't like what they'd do.

Finished TOTK yesterday, I have a mouth, so I must scream

Be warned, the be spoilies, but TL:DR; Good Game

I don't even know where to start, maybe the boring stuff? The gameplay changes from BOTW?

I dunno, I feel like generally speaking TOTK improved upon BOTW's gameplay mechanics in every way, or simply changed neither for better or worse

Like. The Sage Powers are fine, they're fun. But I did prefer the original Champion Abilities from BOTW. I do understand why they changed the abilities the way they did, the BOTW ones were kind of... basic. Like they were game mechanics any game could have, and some of them (Revali's Gale ESPECIALLY) could have literally broken the game and/or made much of the other new abilities completely pointless. They NEEDED to change for TOTK. And so we get the Sage Powers, which were much more situational. But they also helped add challenge to the game because they weren't these get-out-of-jail cards you could pull out of your pocket to cheese through any situation. Like no Mipha's Prayer means either you make sure you have fairies in your pocket, or you heal yourself every chance you get, or you simply die. Mipha ain't got your back. Nor Daruk. Nor Urbosa. Nor Revali. It's just you and the Sages if/when their powers happen to be useful.

That said. I did miss Revali's Gale the entire time I was playing and would have exchanged literally every single other ability in the game for the Gale. It was just so convenient man

If there's one thing I WISH TOTK hadn't changed and/or kept the same, it would be the Memories. Like. I didn't dislike the system they had going with the memories, but they way they changed it WHILE keeping it the same made TOTK's Dragon Tears a worse experience than BOTW's Memories (for me at least)

You see. Based on all the dialogue through out the game, it's kind of obvious in hindsight that you were arguably meant to do the Geoglyph Quest AFTER finding AT LEAST the first four sages, maybe even after finding Mineru and/or saving the Deku Tree. And that would be fine, but the thing is.

Like. In BOTW the Memories you really had to go out of your way to find, they were sometimes pretty well hidden and hard to find after all, but in BOTW even if you did find the Memories out of order or before doing any other sidequests, they didn't really affect the story at all, right

In TOTK, they attached the Memories to GIGANTIC LANDMARKS YOU CAN SEE FROM MILES AWAY. You don't have to go looking for jack shit, the Geoglyphs will fucking find YOU instead

NOT TO MENTION, in BOTW there was a True Ending you could only unlock if you got all the Memories, right. Knowing that OF COURSE most players would go out of their way to just fucking RUSH to each Geoglyph as fast as they could, because OF COURSE we want to know what happened to Zelda and the Master Sword

And. Like I know My Experience is not universal.

But, being the massive Fi Simp that I am, immidiately after I finished the Wind Temple I headed for the Korok Forest and the Master Sword geoglyph, because I wanted to know where Fi My Beloved is and if she's fucking okay

So The Master Sword Geoglyph was literally the third memory I watched.

The one where Zelda states she's going to become an immortal dragon to reach the future.

Like. I'm not saying getting spoiled on Zelda becoming the Light Dragon so early on RUINED my precious experience, I still enjoyed the game deeply despite that. But I do, really really wish, that I hadn't seen that memory until much later. Not just because it was frustrating to listen to every character be like "oh jeez I wonder where Zelda is" when I know exactly where the fuck she is, but also because it did affect my enjoyment of the rest of the memories. Like, there's a great story TOTK is telling, but I've already seen the most important part, the part I was the most invested in, the end of it. So the rest, the way we get there... kind of doesn't matter.

I feel like had they either NOT given the players advice on how to interact with the Geoglyphs so early in the game (meaning you probably wouldn't know how to see the memories until later unless you figured out how to brute force them yourself), OR had they just kept the Memories more hidden like in BOTW... IDK, I think either method would have worked better than the way TOTK ended up doing it

All that aside, I gotta say. It's not often that a story leaves me feeling as mortified, empty and sad as TOTK did. Nor as inspired and full of hope as TOTK did. Like. Normally I'm very numb and don't get invested in storie, I rarely get emotional over a story. I rarely get invested. And TOTK just managed to wack me over the head, it's genuinely impressive

Like. Of course, the best parts of the story where when all the sages united together and I just WISH Nintendo would have allowed there to be more moments like that, I could not get enough and simply yearned for more. I don't even mean during gameplay, just give me a few more cutscenes man 😭

Okay first, I said friend not friends. And what they meant by death flags is that isha was potrayed as the kid who is clearly made to be cute and then be killed trope. I'm here talking narrative wise since you talked about the tragedy genre.

Second I also have a problem with Silco's words at the jail but others have pointed out so I'll only discuss how it played into Isha's death.

"Killing isn't mercy," Jinx said. The problem is how exactly she arrived to that conclusion? Has this always been a mindset that she held? If that is so, it's not a revelation. If this is a revelation I can't see where she get that conclusion. When Isha died, barely any killing happen on jinx's personal level that would give her that conclusion. The only killing that happened was Isha killing warwick. But what idea that she held before that was changed because of isha's death? If isha's tells her killing isn't mercy, then she must hold the idea before that killing is mercy. This sounds... unlikely? I never saw jinx killing for mercy so I cant tell if she holds that ideation.

The same with killing is a cycle. Now killing is not a cycle (but an effort to stop the cycle) does maybe sounds like something jinx might believe. Kill enforcers so they stop killing us which only lead to more killing. Still, how does isha's death proved to jinx that killing is not not a cycle? Isha wasn't killed by let's say caitlyn whose mom was killed by jinx or even enforcers. She sacrificed herself.

The entire warwick situation was because of the arcane which really has nothing to do with jinx. Literally nothing she could've done could've prevented jayce from getting thrown to a fucked up arcane invested world coming back home and immidiately one shot viktor without talking. And no, this is not the inevitability that i'm talking about. The inevitability should come from the respectable character's action.

Besides, Jinx kinda already break the cycle, right? You can call it running away but Silco literally said "walk away" so jinx not joinning the revolution is already walking away. In fact she already said this, "jinx is dead" and her entire plan at the janna temple was so that jinx could just die. If the message is walking away, she already does that and now you call it inaction. You cant call two same action as different thing when it convinience the argument. Silco saying "you should walk away, jinx" as if she has not done that already??? (Again i have problem with the killing is a cycle speech anyways so dont take this as my belief)

The problem she has caused the cities and vi <- honestly this will branch out to another critique that I have but the problem was NOT jinx. The problem was the system, jinx is a product of that system, S1 already establish it. In fact, silco said it himself, "killing is a cycle, one that has started before vander and I" the problem has started BEFORE Jinx/powder was even born. Also, what did she exactly do to Vi?

Jinx faking her death is another problem that i have but it's not that offensive but also, she still avoid the situation, my guy. Until the very end, she never resolved her trauma, she just pretend it never happen.

Isha emulating jinx is a silver lining I gotta say i do like that she sacrifice herself with Jinx's gun, sorta like, baby blue you taught her this. But still, isha's death has more to do with jayce shooting viktor than jinx's influence. It was not caused by Hamartia and i cant really follow the thought process of isha death to death isnt mercy and killing is a cycle. Isha did not have to die in that situation. That's why in my original post I said I thought the theme was passing the torch, isha continuing jinx's creation while jinx died in a free zaun.

Isha death isn't my biggest complaint. As I said it's just a missed opportunity.

ARCANE WASTED POTENTIAL (PART 1)

I feel like a dumbass because I actually didn't expect that Isha would die 😭😭😭. But I suppose that was my fault since my friend told me the deathflags were everywhere.

I thought Isha's story was about PASSING THE TORCH. Like– like think about it. I thought Jinx was going to die and Isha will continue Jinx's creation but with better mindset, in a better living condition. Like, it makes sense, right?

Vander and Silco grew up in Zaun that were so oppressed that the air was lethal to breathe on. Isn't this was what Felicia was worried about? Like having kids? In this damn economy? I think it's agreeable that Zaun is doing better when Vander and Silco took over (or at least closer to independence). During their time together and after their fallout. But both died never being able to see an independent Zaun.

Imagine what could have been.

Silco passed down the torch to Jinx. Jinx was reluctant at first, having being a Jinx and all that. But then during the Stillwater prison break, she realized that as long as Zaun is under Piltover's oppression, Isha will always be in the risk of danger. Ekko could come in, showing/reminding Jinx of another side of Piltover oppression that does not involve the enforcers, he could also show Jinx too the effect of shimmer on the kids who fell victim to Silco's shimmer empire.

Jinx then decided she'll do it. She'll take Silco's torch. She knows Silco's vision (and arguably Vander's too but maybe we can insert Vi into this). But she won't be like Silco. She won't sacrifice the cause for the end goal. She won't stay still like Vander aswell. Keeping status quo will only mean the only torch she will pass down to Isha is the current one, the oppressed, contaminated, covered in blood, grief, and trauma kind of life.

So she'll learn from them two. She'll fight for the children. For Isha, for the future generations, and for her inner child. For Powder that was never able to grew up in a healthy environment. Besides, acceptance by her people actually feels kind of nice. Jinx's story will be about her successing the mission her fathers failed. Achieving what all three of her fathers fought for. And for that, Jinx then will die breathing in Zaun's independence.

She then passed the torch to Isha, who despite having to spend her childhood under Piltover's oppression, will have the chance to grow up in a better Zaun. It won't be perfect but at least Zaun will be undergoing reformation during this time. Isha will be Jinx but without the psychosis that was often debilitates Jinx. She'll have a healthier mind, a healthier vision and view of Zaun. Then one day, she will pass it down to her own children, the kids who will grow in a reformed Zaun.

I just think it's such a missed opportunity to use Isha only as plot device and emotional leverage for Jinx. Besides, it'll tie up nicely with the parenthood theme in S1. That the strings of event passed down from Silco, Vander, then Jinx was not just tragedy for the sake of tragedy. It's about the struggle of these people passing down a torch for their children, designing it as such to their best effort so that their children won't get burnt holding it.

Well, I have. An au, of sorts. I hate my brain so much, I am supposed to be learning Chemistry for my Monday test, not making up scarian au’s that I’ll most likely never get around to writing, but Oh well.

It is a star wars/general space bulshit au.

So, Scar, Mumbo, Pearl and Impulse are a group of intergalactic vigilanties called the BOATEM crew, they have a large ship that is the base of their operations called B.O.A.T. and they are just like. Space pirates basicaly.

They steal stuff, they kill people (if they are hired to do so), they Also offer other services, more peaceful ones: fixing ships, gathering parts, etc.

Their main goal is profit. My lovely space capitalists <3333

Scar is more or less a vex, Mumbo is a shapeshifter(made in lab),though his shifting is very dependant on redstone (he has to consume it in some way or another before he can change forms), Impulse is a blaze hybrid from one of the nether aligned planets and Pearl is an enderman hybrid (teleportation powers!).

Now, you May be asking, where is the Grian from the ScarIAN that this au is supposed to have. Well, he (at the start of the story) works beneath the Watchers. It’s more or less a secret Police of the Empire (choose your own emperor, my personal pick would be Gem or Ren, for no other reason than the fact that Renpire and Gempire sound absolutely hillarious)

Grian doesn’t want to work with the Watchers, but the process of hiring new members more or less consists of kidnapping children and putting them through an absolutely terrible training, which either kills them or makes them mindless puppets following the orders from higher up.

G himself was stolen at age 12, which is older than most children and he is a stuborn little bitch. He’s an avian, very strong (buff!grian propaganda), so he excells in his group of cadets, but he’s Also very headstrong and does not want to follow orders, esp since he knows the Watchers are assholes.

So he rebels in any way he can (that won’t get him killed immidiately)

He knows about BOATEM, ofc he does, he’s one of the people hunting them. But what he does not expect is hearing the full ship alarm go off and finding out that two members of BOATEM (Mumbo and Scar) were dumb enough to try and steal smth directly from the Watchers’ base.

Well, Grian gets tasked with transporting them for trial and, realizing his chance (plus some smooth talking from Scar) he takes what is more or less a get out of jail free card and flies off course with them.

Scar and Mumbo are all like ‘Oh, worm? You don’t like the watchers? Well, neither do we! Do you wanna help us steal the thing we wanted to steal?’

And Grian goes ‘sure’

Shenenigans, friendship, BOATEM membership (for Grian) and more than friendship ;) ensues.

You could Also have this as Mumscarian and/or the Boatem polycule. I just love space aus so much-

Most of these pictures are from the anti-caa protests that started in the capital and spread all over the country. I was so proud of us, they tried very hard to stop the protests, but it spread like a wildfire. In Delhi, colleges were barely functioning, metro stations shut down, and there were road bandhs everywhere (remember shaheen bagh?)

However, sadly, after this the country went into lockdown and the protests had to be halted. They used the opportunity to do whatever the fuck they wanted, and now caa is all set to roll into motion.

As much as I liked the premise of the wayfarer of jfc did it feel like somebody just wanted nothing but suffering.

Everybody despises you for not having magic/magic doesn't work on you.

The game will force npcs to see this, ie having a child try to Rob your already dressed in rags character then proceed to try use a fire spell on you when you catch him. He then tries to shout. But options are basically let him take you to a trap a local gang made for him to lure people into( you can fight them at this point) or give him a knife and tell him and his friends to revolt???.

Failing a roll no matter what is punished heavily.

All your Charecters belongings also get destroyed by someone you work for (you don't get to avoid this the game is just like it was done as a Warning if you don't do the job for him) also your character basically had none anyway save for healing shit which were destroyed.

Oh, if you dare to talk to Somebody else offering you a job on thier ship, Immidiately after you leave thier ship you get jumped and if you fail the rolls you and your friend are dragged off to the. Scummy Lords Estate( the one who Destroyed your supplies as a Warning)

oh and then you are locked Into an under water jail with a monster of you survive you get even more threats (bare in mind this dumb cunt destroyed basically anything you could use to do his stupid fucking job)

Honestly this was a game I was looking forward to but it felt like I was being punished for absolutely everything and just ended up miserable no matter what I did.

Hell the other captain despite at first sounding nicer still calls you meaning you and (the people you grew up with who can't do magic/it won't work ons faction? ) greedy/selfish. Despite knowing how much you are despised for not being able to do magic/be unaffected by it

Sorry for the rambling but yeah, good Premise but I don't like a game. Punishing me every single second shit even succsess made me Feel like a failed half the. Time because of how miserable everything was

Your back was beat up and bruised. Not from the hunt. No, you had a nice new pair of stitches on your forearm thanks to that; your back ached from sleeping on the motel’s couch four nights in a row. You arched the curve of your spine and stretched to the ceiling hoping things would fall into place. Defeated, you huffed at the attempt. 

Sam and Dean had been lazily getting around, packing up as they went. Your duffel had been ready twenty minutes ago, but you couldn’t bear to say goodbye. As Dean finished packing his toiletries in the restroom, Sam sat at the end of his bed, eyeing you with curiosity. 

“So.” He started. “What’s next for you Y/N?”

You chuckled before gazing down to your hands, anxiously fiddling with the keys. Typically you would be out of here already, another case lined up, but this was different. Your heart tugged at the strings of loneliness. Licking your lips, you lifted your eyes back to his, putting on a fake smile. “Ah, you know the life. I’ll find something down the road.”

Dean walked in the room, zipping up the cosmetic bag. “Better not find you on the same case as us.” He teased.

“Hey!” You playfully defended. “I got here first.” 

“And who did you call to bail you out of jail?” Dean reminded you. 

You pursed your lips together in a pout. 

“Again?” He chuckled, popping an eyebrow before throwing his duffle over his shoulder. “Don’t make a habit of it.” You threw your hands out. “If I didn’t, how’d I ever get the pleasure of your company?” Dean smiled and after an awkward space of silence, hit Sam on the shoulder. “Ready?” 

“Yeah.” He joined Dean heading out the door, pausing to turn as you stayed seated, lost in thought. “You staying an extra night?” 

You shrugged your shoulders. “Yeah… I don’t… no. Maybe?” 

Sam pulled at Dean’s jacket to stop him. “You alright Y/N?” 

You jerked yourself out of the fog and stood to join them. “Peachy.” But as you inched towards the door, their figures blocked the entrance making it clear they weren’t allowing you to leave until you convinced them otherwise. 

“Oh, come on guys.” You threw your duffle at their feet. “Let’s act like the stone hard adults we pretend to be, skip the melodramatic bull crap your pushing, and get on with our pathetic lives.”

Dean was satisfied and ready to continue on until he realized Sam wasn’t letting this go. 

Sam dropped his bag. “Well now I know something is wrong. Care to elaborate?” 

You scoffed, frustrated at his intrusion. Your feet started pacing the room feeling like a cornered cat with no room for escape. Defeated your gave up and sat at the end of the bed, resting your head in your hands. As hard as you tried to contain it, a single tear welled up in the corner of your eye. “Fuck. I promised never to do this in front of you.” You wiped away the tear but more came so you buried your face further.

Dean leaned into Sam’s ear, lowering his voice to a whisper. “Time of the month?”

Sam elbowed him in the side earning a small grunt. 

The bed dipped next to you, followed by the other side. You leaned your head instinctively onto Sam’s shoulder. He cautiously patted your knee until his hand settled there. Dean gave your shoulder a reassuring squeeze. 

A few moments passed before you calmed down. You owed them an explanation but didn’t know where to start. 

“I…” Your breath hitched. “I’m sorry. I…”

“You don’t have to apologize.” Dean stated catching you off guard, expecting something like that from Sam, not him. 

You looked at him. His green eyes shining and his soft smile giving you courage to continue. “I don’t even really understand where this came from.” You sighed. “I guess work has piled up lately and taken a lot of me… But this week, having the two of you, it made me forget the hard parts.” You chuckled remembering the antics and bickering. “You made it fun. And, well, I’m scared to go back to being alone… to feeling alone.” 

“You’re not alone.” Sam opposed.

“You’re never alone.” Dean agreed. “You’ve got us.”

You jolted up. “You say that, but it’s not true. You two are always together so you don’t know. You’re able to be distracted, to let things go, to not stay so focused on the brutality, on the failures. You’re able to bounce things over, talk things out, to forget. I don’t have that luxury. And god, if I called on you every time I felt this way, I might as well just live with you cause you’d never hear the end of it.” 

Sam and Dean looked at each other, silently agreeing on a pact. Dean stood first. “So then why don’t you?” Sam joined him. 

You glanced between them. “What?” “Join us.” Sam proposed, as if it were just as simple as that. 

“I…” You were at a loss for words. You had dreamed of a moment such as this. They were practically brothers to you. The only family you had. 

As if Dean could read your mind; “You’re part of the family now, don’t ever think you’re not.” He reassured. 

You almost protested but couldn’t.  Spreading your arms as wide as you wrapped them both up into a hug. The three of you stood there for a moment, comforted by the tightness of their embrace. 

Dean’s cough broke the circle. “K, enough of the chick flick stuff. Lets get home.”

Grabbing the bags off the floor, the three of you headed off. Well almost, until your stomach grumbled a complaint.  “Breakfast first?” You suggested. 

Dean whooped immidiately in response. “Hell yes!”

I've missed you so much, love | Nicky Valentino

You were really nervous, it had been three months since you had seen Nicky Valentino, the police wouldn't let him see anyone until he confessed to his crimes. Eventually, not seeing  you caused him to admit defeat and he told them everything.

You turn the corner to see Nicky, sat on the desk, staring at the ceiling. "Hey, Nick" You grinned, you had missed him so much and your life felt empty without him in it.

His head snaps towards the direction of your voice and happy tears start forming in his eyes "Toots! Oh god i've missed you!" He smiles lovingly in your direction and you sit down opposite him. "I've missed you too, Nick"

The conversation flowed easily, you filled him in on what he'd missed, his friends and family, and he told you everything about his first proper prison experience. "It's awful in here," He lets out a defeated sigh. "The food is awful and so is the company" He continues, the last part more intended as a joke. You laughed and just held his hand from across the table.

"I can't wait for you to get out of here, i've been thinking we should get a dog" You suggest knowing he'd love the idea. He nods eagerly, immidiately trying to think of a time. You just zoned out and stared at his features as he rambled on about the dog idea. His brown hair was messy and unkept, showing exactly how stressed he was and his eyes were exhausted, almost ready to close.

"Toots" You calmly muttered. Nicky just looked at you confused, he thought you were listening to his rambling, this caused him to pout when he realised that you had zoned out. "The dog we get, we should call him toots" You explain, a grin invading your features. Nicky laughed and agreed, his hair bouncing as he vigorously nodded his head.

Your time with him was over, but you promised to come back and visit him next week. And that was a promise that you intended to keep.

(True) Story Time

Im going to be laughing at this for the next couple of weeks.

So, intertwined clannish extended family mixed in with small town dynamic mania has resulted in some unusually insane yet hilarious incidents.

By all accounts, this one is a culmination of several crazy thought trains derailing and colliding at one point, the details complicated and out there, so ill try my best to not include unnecessary backstory.

Long story short, some how my cousin and i managed to marry into then assimilate this friend group of about a dozen small town country rednecks into our crazy upstate irish catholic family thats actually german... 'MURICA.

Anyways, it resulted in her sisters, my immidiate cousins, to be proclaimed by one of the town's family's reclusive bastards that they were possessed by demons.

"Dude..." I said, "Did you just say that my cousins are possessed by demons?"

To which the third party, a friend whom no one had heard from for a couple of months because he was in jail and even before that he was in the army for like 4 years and this was my second time meeting him despite having known my husband for fifteen years, stopped and was like, "oh fuck, theyre your cousins???"

I laugh and laugh, an insane witch cackle that was unnerving to even my ears because i never thought this was going to come up. Or result in that conclusion.

I just let it slide. There is no arguing that the 'rational' conclusion of my familys behaviour is that they must be possessed by demons when the truth is the only thing their possessed by is the spirit of themselves.

Ergo, they are just like that.

But i cant explain the dichotomy of my family going back to the Old World to the point of my great grandmother owning a nazi officer skin lamp because of gambling debts from the 1930s before escaping WW2 through Ellis island after changing her name. I digress.

So like, sure.

Theyre possessed by demons and im going to tell the whole family clan thats what you guys talk amongst yourselves.

Theyll laugh too.

Because, We're all like that.

Three Sunnies AU part 7

-The vile village-

As previously mentioned in TEE, the Baudelaires get kidnapped by Olaf and Esme

Here is the thing, though

The Baudelaires almost immidiately get out of the car (by accident!)

They are captured inside a suitcase with some breathing holes, and since Olaf is terrible at driving they move around a lot

And one time there is a large bump on the road and the suitcase flies out

Before the girls understand what has happened, someone picks the suitcase up and after a few minutes, it gets opened

Sunny, Suzy and Sally are now in a town hall full of people, on a stage

”They look like those Baudelaire babies! We should keep them!” says some man

The Baudelaires try to explain to them that their friends are kidnapped, hoping that someone can understand them

No one does, and the council of elders decide to keep them, and also decides that the babies shall live with Hector

Hector can’t fully understand them, but he knows something has happened

It doesn’t even go one day without Olaf and Esme showing up, fully dressed in police and detective outfits

And after some time, there comes a couplet from the crows

Hector reads it out loud since the Baudelaires can’t read and Suzy screams ”Isadora!”

And so they start to look for them in the town

Then some ”Count Olaf” has been captured, and the girls goes to the town hall to see Jacques Snicket

He whispers to the children that he is Jacques Snicket and that he needs their help to escape the jail

The girls are skeptical, but realise that Jacques speaks to them like they were adults, and so he must be trustworthy

So that night, they sneak up to the jail and bite a freaking hole in the wall

But Jacques is not there, so they assume he as already escaped

But the next morning, they realise he is dead, and Olaf blames them for it

So they get put in jail, but Hector visits them quickly all like ”don’t worry! If you escape by four, we can all live in my air mobile home forever <3 Also here is another couplet”

He reads the couplet for them and then wishes them good luck

But the girls barely stay in the cell, because they have already bitten a hole in

So they bite the hole larger from the inside to crawl out

Then after they are out, they think hard about the poem and slowly realise it might refer to the fountain

So, all three of them climb the fountain and open it

Isadora and Duncan are so happy to see them <3

But Olaf and Esme spots them, and tells everyone in the village that the Baudelaires have escaped

Isadora and Duncan does the most kindest thing and lets Sunny and Sally ride on their backs, while they take turns on who carries Suzy, all while running for their lives

Hector flies with his air mobile home and Duncan and Isadora climb carefully up with the triplets clinging onto them for dear life

Esme shots down some balloons, making the Quagmires almost slip and the Baudelaires falling off

But Sally screams at the Quagmires to keep climbing, and they do

But the Baudelaires have to climb down because of Esmes shooting

But Esme shoots down a crow, and so the townsfolk starts to chase her and Olaf

This is the time where Sunny, Suzy and Sally wave goodbye to their friends

And then, Suzy starts to slowly take her first steps

The three young Baudelaires waddle and crawl away

~|Got to spend the day at Hopes Peak while the bullies rethought there life decisions!

~|“Wow! This place is huge!”

~|The whole class loves you- but you could’ve sworn Hiyoko didn’t have a black eye a few minutes ago.

Nagito:~|He makes bagels for breakfast and will deliver them to your house.

~|He also walks you to school!~|None of the usual people made remarks about you today…

~|I wonder why?

~|You casually wandered into school, a new girl walked up to you. You became friends pretty quickly!

~|After school you invited her to chill in the park with you and Nagito.

~|You saw Nagito standing on a bench while he destroyed those nonces with words.

~|When they walked away from you casually strolled up to him.

~|“Do you know this guy S/O-” He ran up and hugged you. “It’s better to ignore that side of him…” You said nervously.

Fuyuhiko:

~|Fuyu enjoys taking you in car rides to see pretty places around Tokyo

~|Lots of fried dough cookies.

~|Not much of an affection giver but when he does give any it’s really adorable

~|Showed up to your school with half his gang when he found out about the bullies.

~|He sincerely apologizes he couldn’t bring everyone.

~|Everyone is staring at you as you try to get him not to yeet the whole school.

~|You win of course.

~|He still brings it up, the day you saved him from jail!

 Kazuichi:

~|He made you the coolest bike once and you ride on it all the time!

~|He always gives you loads of hugs and kisses when you’re feeling down.

~|Had the most normal approach to the bullying problem

~|He went to the principal who was very surprised to see a Hopes Peak student charge into his office one afternoon.

~|The next day the bullies were expelled.

~|He likes to take you to museums for some odd reason.
