this reality tv show follows valley senseis chozen toguchi and mike barnes as they renovate houses in the la area, helping clients turn their dilapidated homes into dream homes… and teaching their students karate?

aka, after johnny and daniel retire from being senseis and the karate war is long over, chozen and mike start their own house flipping business (chozen does interior designs, mike does all the carpentry/furniture work) and get so popular that they get an hgtv show. heck, they might even get assistance from johnny with handyman stuff, or daniel with electrical work. all the while giving their new miyagi do kids some lovely chores to do, because we really aren’t paying for someone to sand all these wooden boards, are we?
