can't take a picture right now, but! I just harvested my first bell peppers!

#espy talks #they look a little wonky and they're small and one of em had a blemish i had to cut off #but!!! home grown peppers!!! this is the thing i was most excited for!#i could let em ripen instead of picking em green #but it looks like i'm getting pests or some sorta disease i'm not sure #either way i'm picking everything early nowadays #i had talks about ripping up the green beens since they're not producing as much and they're super bushy now #it's hard to work around em #so if i do that i'm gonna grow herbs there #or i'll see how long i can keep the beans! who knows!#it's just too hot to do much in the garden #by 9 it's so bright and humid and hot i don't wanna be out there long #and i think i need lower maintenance plants this time of year next time #ive learned a lot about plants too!#like half of my youtbe feed is garden related now #never thought i'd love the color red but here i am with red tomatoes and red flowers #red is the color of pride now #i'm excited to try again with all of this next year #and see what i can do better #i've gotr some videos queued up to do research today :) i'm dedicated #i wanna get a good grade in plants #espy gardens

wanted to do a "year" in review, though actually i only joined tumblr in october! so instead i just did twelve pieces i'm proud of, in roughly chronological order!

I dunno why but it's one of the funniest moments in TF:Exodus. Like, the way Megatron just ignores Shockwsve's words makes me think it wasn't the first time. Like "yeah, yeah, you might desire to conduct an inhumane experiment on me, but check out my new name".

But Shockwave and Soundwave are such good besties. No questions asked, just be who u wanna be.

Also my personal hc that Shockwave and Megatron met through Soundwave. 2waves already knew each other, cuz Shock used to patch Sound up. And after Megatronus fought Soundwave, the latter was very interested in his opponent, so he sent Laserbeak Rumble and Frenzy to spy on the best gladiator. He wasn't really happy with cassettes following him, but once they explained themselves he decided to meet with Soundwave again. After they've gotten closer and became brothers in arm, Sound decided to introduce gladiator doctor/unhumain scientist. Megatron really wasn't happy with Shockwave using gladiator's corpses for his own caprice. Yet he was still useful for the cause so he had to tolerate scientist. After all of them became kinda close. They had a very strange type of friendship, but it worked and no one complained.

my littlest cousin is very sick with some sort of upper respiratory for like the 20th time in his very short little life. 😢 it's so hard not to mentally backseat parent in a situation like this. at least his mom is always quick with the doctor's visits, that makes me feel better at least.

#it's hard not to judge #not that i ever say anything because what use would it do #but she's a nurse who doesn't mask at work #and he's been in daycare since he was like 3 months old #he had rsv before his eyes had the light of awareness in them #she is doing a good job with him in many ways! he's vaccinated and he gets all sorts of boosters and she's got tricks & tips for everything #like his eyes used to cross a lot when he was a newborn and she would hold her hand over his eyes for like 10 seconds to unstick em #and she was putting breastmilk in his baths to help his skin #and using barrier cream to prevent diaper rash like i honestly don't know that he has ever in his life had diaper rash #idk what to think. i don't have a baby specifically because of situations like this.#he needs to stop being around tons of other children during a pandemic #he also needs socialisation and his parents need to earn money to keep him alive #like. the fuck are you supposed to do.#i guess everyone's just gonna be sick all the time now. especially babies with no immune systems. and that's that.#adam yaps
