I'll never forget the moment when I re-read the books at nearly 20 years old being a horny post-teenager and very time JK Rowling highlighted that Severus had a huge nose as something negative, all I could think about was whether her issue with big noses was that she’d never experienced how incredibly useful they can be for certain... practices.
