So, I have an interesting idea as to what I want to happen in acftl.

What if Evangeline is put into another situation in which she’s dying? But, this time Jacks is gonna confess his love to her and then Evangeline is gonna say she loves him too (because it’s so obvious) Then he kisses her. His thought process is “well she’s already going to die.”

But, this time, his kiss doesn’t kill her, it actually saves me. Their love for each other is so true that it not only un-did his curse but saved her life. I’m saying this based on the thought process that your true love can’t be pre-determined but you can only experience what true love feels like when you find someone who truly loves you.

I feel like this would have such a nice parallel to the fact the curse Jacks had always killed the girl and would almost feel like a full circle moment if Evangeline does someone turn out to be his first fox like many believe.

If my mom sees a significant amount of blood she gets lightheaded, and has fainted on some occasions. Once it happened when we were kids, I wasn't there to witness it but I heard the story from my dad. Basically my brothers, around 7 or 8 at the time, were playing outside while my mom was making their lunch, and she accidentally cut her finger. It wasn't anything serious, but it drew a fair bit of blood and she passed out. My dad saw this and rushed over, but he didn't really know what to do so he just sort of started slapping her to wake her up (not recommended, but he had no idea and panicked)

At that exact moment my brothers both came in from playing, and all they saw was our mom unconscious on the floor and our dad slapping her. So, like, without even saying a word to each other they both just INSTANTLY start whaling on him, like, full blown attack mode to defend our mom. Which obviously didn't help the situation, but she did wake up and everything was fine.

Now our dad says that he's actually really glad they attacked him over what they thought was going on, because it means he raised good boys. And I still think that's true, they're very good boys.

They were not a couple so, Jayce (who had a very bad day and just wanted to hug it out) proceeded to freak out, backed out of the lab and never mentioned it again but, Astral Viktor, that mf ? He'd be delighted to remind Jayce of that moment in time, of that missed call and watch him die from embarrassment and resentment over himself

people online talk so much about hating babies and kids but in "the meatspace" people LOVE babies. hang out with a baby and you will see so many people staring at you with big smiles and waving at you and going "that baby is SO cute" and generally being pleasant unprompted. the lady at the vietnamese place just now gave us like three extra soup spoons because my niece loves those spoons but kept dropping them on the floor and the lady kept giving us more with a massive smile on her face. on our walk today a bunch of construction guys waved and grinned at her the whole time we walked by, and when we passed by an elementary school a little girl said "your baby's really sweet!" babies are not balls of irritation and hatred they are beacons of joy and kindness actually and they bring out the best in strangers. whenever im out with her we have multiple positive interactions with strangers who are so happy to see her. or maybe it's just that my baby niece is the cutest most wonderful baby in the world :]

Columbo and the Knight (1984)

put me in the universe where Columbo ran through the 1980s and had a crossover episode with Knight Rider. I think they deserved it, and I am not just saying that because they're my two favorite Old Shows. @telebeast wrote a little fanfic blurb about it and I HAD to visualize it into a comic (which is also the longest comic I have finished thus far at five pages...), so writing credit goes to them.

It is SUNDAY

and tomorrow is MONDAY and monday's SUCK.

So, I hope that you can help me make things a little less sucky.

Today, I want you to take a moment, and consider ONE thing you can do right now to make monday better for tomorrow you.

It can be a chore (dishes, laundry, clean up your sitting space, wipe a counter, throw away some trash). It can be getting a little treat at the grocery, or making a food so you don't have to cook tomorrow. It can be making the phone call you've been putting off. It can be setting up a social visit digitally or in person so you can spend time with someone you like. It can be showering or prepping the bath area for a little decadent bath (maybe set out that bath bomb you've been saving, or put a candle in the bathroom to remind you, or a book or a Bath Snack or Shower Beer or whatever you enjoy secretly doing in the shower that you haven't done yet/recently). It can be doing the homework you've been putting off so it's out of your hair.

It can be anything that makes Monday a little better/easier for you.

For me, I put my dr pepper can in the fridge, so that Tomorrow Me can have a chilly, fizzy drink in the morning. It's little, but it will mean a LOT to me that Past Me cared about me enough to go do it.
